Evan pov

It was the very next day I decided to sleep with Jane in team CRDL dorm. I woke up to the site of the person that I love laying down on my bare chest. After a minute she started stirring and then woke up. When she saw the position we were in she was blushing.

Evan: Morning.

Jane: G-goodmorning.

Evan: You know what today is right?

Jane: Yeah...

Evan: Ok. Let's go get some breakfast you just make sure your ready. Ok?

Jane: Ok.

Timeskip to breakfast

Me and jane were sitting with team CRDL we already told about the plan last night before we went to bed last night. They were very upset at first but managed. It was a bit quiet until Cardin broke the silence.

Cardin: Do you guys really need to go?

Evan:...*Sigh* Yes Cardin we do. Jane can't handle it anymore and it's only a matter of time before they end up killing me.

Dove: We know it's just...

Sky: We really don't want you guys to leave.

Jane: We understand that but we have to do this. It's for the best.

Evan: Don't worry, maybe we'll see eachother during the Vytal Festival.

Cardin: Yeah. Maybe...

Russel: It's gonna be rough for us and team CVFY. You know that right?

Evan: Yeah...I know.

Cardin: You know Jane your very lucky.

Jane: Huh?

Cardin: To have a guy like him. Someone who always has your back and never leaves your side no matter what.

Jane: Oh, uhh, thanks.

Sky: Watchout teams NPR and RWBY.
He say while pointing at them.

Evan: Don't worry as long as they don't bother us. I'll be fine.
He says while pulling Jane closer to him.

Timeskip

It's time...me and Jane are currently waiting for the bullhead to pick us up last night before we went to sleep we decided on which academy we wanted to go to. And we decided to go to Shade Academy. As we were waiting I noticed how Jane was shaking a bit so I decided to hold her hand which seemed to calm her down.

Evan: You ready to do this?

Jane: Honestly I don't even know...

Evan: Hey, it'll be alright.

Jane: I know its just what if what happens here happens over there? What if they find out about my transcripts? What if-

Evan: Hey. It'll be alright...we just have to be ready. And if you tell them the reason about your transcripts I'm sure they'll understand.

Jane: How can you be so calm?

Evan: To be honest, I'm freakin terrified. I'm just trying my best not to panic.

Jane: Hm.

???: Guys!!

We turned around to see team CVFY running towards us with sad and upset faces.

3rd person pov

Velvet: Is it true?

Evan:...Yes Velvet, it's true.

Velvet then hugged both Jane and Evan while sobbing.

Velvet: I-I-I d-don't w-w-want y-y-you to l-l-leave...
She said with tears running down her eyes.

Evan: We know Velvet, but we have to do this you understand right?

Velvet doesn't say just nods her head.

Coco: It's gonna suck without you guys hear.

Evan: Yeah were gonna miss you guys.

Yatsuhashi: Were going to miss you too. I wish you both the best of luck.

Jane: Don't worry Yatsu, we'll be fine.

Fox: You know I always thought of you guys as siblings. It's really gonna be hard for us. Especially for Velvet.

Evan: We know and I'm happy that you guys didn't get involved in this.

Coco: Hey, if it wasn't for you who convinced us, trust me. It would of been a lot worse for you guys.

Evan: Yeah I can imagine...

Unbeknownst to them a group of 4 individuals were watching them.

???: That bastard thinks he can get away from us!

???: Don't worry they won't be going anywhere.

Back to the group

Coco: So how long until your ride arrives?

Jane: It should be here any minute now.

Velvet: It's gonna be very difficult for me you know with you all gone.

Evan: That doesn't mean we won't see eachother forever. Who knows we may see eachother during the Vytal Festival.
He says while placing his hand on her shoulder.

Velvet: I guess-

???: Hey!!

The turned around to see an angry Yang, Weiss, Nora, Pyrrah.

Evan: What are you guys doing here!?
He said with anger.

Yang: Were here for what you did to pyrrah!

Nora: Yeah!

Coco: Huh? What are they talking about?

Evan: Basically pyrrah confessed to me and I flat out rejected her.

Fox: Wow, for someone like you I didn't think you had it in you.

Yatsuhashi: Honestly I thought they knew you were in a relationship with someone else.

Weiss: Of course we didn't know. Now step aside and let us punish him.

Yang: I just want to know this...Who are you in a relationship with?

Evan:...*Sigh*

Evan looks at Jane who gives him a nod.

Evan:...It's Jane...

Weiss: That faker!?

Fox: You seriously didn't know?

Evan: Of course they didn't know. Cause they were too busy worrying about themselves to bother what goes on with other peoples lives.

Nora: We do care!

Jane: Maybe for eachother, but what about everyone else around you? What about them?

Nora:...

Jane: Thats what I thought.

Yang: Look either you get out of our way or were going to to have to make you.
She says getting more angrier.

Velvet: No, we won't let you get near them.

Weiss: Why do you even care about her?

Coco: Because she did it to help others. Unlike you.

Pyrrah: We want to help people too.

Yatsuhashi: Then why didn't you help them out when you had plenty of opportunities to?

Pyrrah:....

Evan: Look you wanted us gone, were leaving plus the bullhead is almost here anyway.

They get into a fighting position while team CVFY gets into their own fighting position.

Coco: We'll hold them off for you.

Evan: Thanks Coco, your a life saver. C'mon Jane.

Jane and Evan made a run for the bullhead while team CVFY held off their assailants.

When they make it to the bullhead. They turn back to look at beacon one last time. Then they boarded the bullhead.

Evan pov

Pilot: Where to?

Jane: Shade Academy.

Pilot: You got it.

After a minute we decided to sit down.

Evan: Welp, this is it. This is either the start of something amazing or...

Jane: Its ok.
She said while holding my hand.

Evan: I know, I just don't want anything bad to happen to you.

Jane: I know.

After a few minutes I started to get a little tired. I look over to jane who's already passed out on my shoulder. I mearly smile at this and just rest my head on hers and just let sleep take me...

Back at beacon a few minutes before the bullhead arrives

Ozpin pov

I was sitting in my office thinking if I made the right choice or not about mr. Bledsoe and Ms. Arc. When Ms. Goodwitch heard about her transcripts she was definitely furious. But thankfully it took a lot of convincing to calm her down and help out Jane. I know she was secretly getting trained by Evan. But I know deep down I'm going to miss her...including Evan. When I heard about what some of the students have done to him it didn't just make me furious but all the staff. To hurt someone just for protecting someone that they not just care about but love.

I just wish I could have done more for them. I know they said that I've done enough for them but my heart says otherwise. I shed a single tear in rememberence. I got up from my chair and looked out the window and I see the bullhead taking off, knowing who was on there I started shedding more tears saying only one thing as if they can here me.
