Prinston is can be found here alot if he hasn't snuck out already. It's basically his second room even has a bed. You can come visit him if you'd like. Don't feel the need to try and bust him out he has that covered.

Side note this is a great place for stargazing.

Also it's a very high tower with alot of stairs.
