29 - Dreaming
Falling mysteriously,
Sailing past a mountain side.
Floating on a cloud somewhere,
In a dream state, I am found.
Giant metal rails,
Underground railroad tunnels,
Smoke and rivers flowing through valleys,
All seem too colourful.
Sounds loud as silence,
And the quiet of the midnight air,
In a dream of unimaginable,
I am finding my way through.
Alone in this empty world,
Voices disembodied,
Oceans and huts,
Life and death,
It's like a cinematic reel on view.
For in the land of dreams,
One will often find,
The appalling truth,
Only an adult can walk through.
