Taurus walked into math with a new gusto. She had forgotten about Gemini and her craziness, and had decided to worry about Cancer later. She and Aquarius had texted a lot last night, and they were both happy to have each other. Aqua had been alone and on her own until then. Hence, Taurus knew she had a reliable and definite friend. She walked into math looking for Aquarius, only to be greeted by a face that was not Aqua.

"We need to talk. Now." She dragged Taurus out of the classroom, past the empty GT hallway, through crowds of students Taurus didn't know, and into a bathroom near the cafeteria. She turned to look at Taurus, squeezing her shoulders lightly. "I know everything."

Taurus' eyes widened. "You what?" she blurted. Immediately, realizing her mistake, she slapped her hands over her mouth. Slowly, she took them off, and said, "I, uh, I mean, what are you talking about?"

Pisces put her hands on her hips and smirked. "Really? You know exactly what I'm talking about - Mini and what she did. I kinda am her best friend?"

Taurus remained quiet. "Look, she's not like that usually. It's just that when it comes to Cancer, she goes crazy! She's crazy protective. You just need to learn how to deal."

Taurus said, "And how is that?"

Pisces fished into her pocket and pulled out a piece of paper. "Come to this address tomorrow after school. I hope you like fro-yo."

Taurus frowned. "Fro-yo. What's that?"

Pisces gasped. "You've never had fro-yo?! Frozen yogurt?!"

"No, but it's food, so I love it already! I'll be there for sure!"

"Great!" Pisces exclaimed. "I can't wait!!" And with that, Pisces rushed out the door and disappeared into the crowded hallway.

"Pass the red paint, T!"

Aquarius and Taurus were in art, and they were painting self portraits. They only had primary colors, so everyone had to mix colors to get the colors they needed. Aquarius was lucky, having pink hair and blue eyes, but Taurus had brown hair and brown eyes, so she had to mix more paints and experiment more to find the colors she needed.

Taurus said, "Sure!" and reached out to grab the red paint.

As her fingers touched the paint, she felt a short sting. Taurus looked up to see one of the Nerd Squad kids - the girl - with her fingers on top of hers. The girl looked frazzled, as if touching other people's fingers was some kind of sin. Her eyes went wide, and she mumbled something along the lines of "Oh no... it's true..." She quickly said, "Sorry." before rushing off. Taurus watched her, as she ran to the boy and whispered something in her ear. The boy's eyes widened as he listened. He looked at her, she nodded, he nodded, she sat down, and they got back to work.

"What's up with them?" Taurus asked Aquarius.

"Oh, they've been like that since you came. It's as if something is wrong with you being here. But don't worry, you have me. Anyways, you were telling me about Pisces?"

But Taurus wasn't listening. It was true - those two had been acting really weirdly ever since they laid sight on Taurus. She had to get down to the bottom of this.

Taurus walked over to the two, a bag of her favorite chips in her hand. He arrived at the table, and slammed her hands down on the table, making them look. "Okay, guys, I'm not sure who's who, but Cancer & Gemini told me y'all are Nerd Squad, Capricorn and Virgo, I think it was?"

The girl looked impossibly scared, but the boy looked much calmer, though a little bit worried. The boy said, "Yup! We're Nerd Squad. I'm Virgo, but people call me Vir, ViGi, V, and GoGo, but I don't like Vir. I prefer GoGo and ViGi. This is Capricorn. Cap is a bit shy, but she's really nice and awesome after you get to know her." Virgo smiled at Capricorn, and she smiled back, still looking

Taurus frowned slightly. "Are y'all a thing?"

Capricorn and Virgo blushed. "Naw, but we get that a lot!" Virgo said.

Taurus said, "Well, I wanted to get to know y'all and stuff, so I have a bag of chips for you guys. I'll see you guys around?"

Capricorn nodded and said, "Yeah, see you around," really quietly.

Taurus walked to her desk and sat down. Aqua leaned toward Taurus and asked, "What happened?"

Taurus whispered, "The boy - Virgo - he was really talkative, but not as much as Gemini. The girl, Capricorn, she was really quiet. Virgo said some stuff about his nicknames, and he started rambling a bit. He seemed pretty nice and stuff. And Virgo said Capricorn is usually kinda shy. What do you think?"

Aqua thought for a second, her eyes glazing over. She snapped back into reality and said, "Pecuilar."

"Huh?" Taurus questioned.

"Cap is an ambivert, but most of the time she's rather talkative. She also is a big leader, so she should have talked, not Virgo. Cap isn't shy....... Capricorn being nervous or scared.... that's usually Cancer that's like that. Speaking of Cancer, he's been acting pretty differently too."

Taurus frowned deeper & furrowed her eyebrows together. "What do you mean?"

"Like, Cancer stutters a lot and is really insecure. But the day you came, he began talking more confidently. He seemed more bold and strong. Capri is that type. It's almost like they...."

"....switched places." Taurus completed. "You're right.... and they're also acting like the complete opposite of their actual personalities!" Aqua and Taurus looked at each other, eyes glistening in discovery.

Taurus froze. "Wait. Cancer said that his group and Nerd Squad were friends."

Aqua nodded slowly. "Right....."

"So what is this is some kind of game or something between them that has to do with them changing or swapping personalities?"

Aqua shook her head. "But then why did it start when you came?"

Taurus thought for a second and said, "You have a point.... I don't know."

Suddenly, Aquarius' eyes sparked, and her eyebrows shot up. "What if you coming here has caused some kind of change or something in them that they themselves don't realize? After all, if you count the teacher, in each class there'd be 13 people - 13 is an unlucky number, right?"

Taurus smirked. "Nice theory, A, but this isn't a magic story. But you're on the right track."

Aqua nodded. "We've gotta get down to the bottom of this."

Taurus nodded. "Hold up. What if it's something to do with me, but they're changing personalities purposely?"

Aqua frowned. "But why would they change their personalities?"

Taurus looked away, and said, "I don't know. But I think we're gonna find out soon."

And that they would.

And it's finally out! Really sorry that I couldn't get it out sooner... I was out for most of this week. Well now it's here, and we have a thick mystery. Why would this happen?!
