Jesse's Pov:

I felt guilty for what I did to my friends and dad, so I made them rest for the rest of the day. I made a fire, gave them water and went hunting to give them food. It was finally nighttime and I was exhausted. Everyone was eating while I kept collecting some firewood.

"Jesse, you've done enough. You need to rest and eat to regain your energy." Petra said as I shook my head. 

"I'll be fine you guys need to rest." I began to put some more firewood on the crackling fire.

"I'll be back. I'll get more water." I said as I grabbed a bucket and went to the forest.

It took me ten minutes to get to the river. I caught some water with the bucket and pulled it out off the river. I felt arms around my waist and I turned my head around and saw Petra laying her head on my back.

"Petra? What are you doing here? You should be resting."

She didn't respond, she turned me around and put her head on my chest. I was surprised but I hugged her back. We pulled away from the hug and she holds my hands.

" Jesse you've done enough. You need to rest too, not just us."

"Petra I told you i'll be fine. You go back and rest."

"Jesse are you doing this because of the battle from earlier?"

"..." 

I was speechless. I was doing this to make them feel better for what I did. We are about to go to battle with a powerful demon god and his army. And I need to pay the sequences after I imprison Herobrine along with his army. 

I sighed and looked away.

"Jesse, it wasn't your fault. It was Herobrine." I still didn't face her.

She turned me around and made our lips seal. I was surprised but closed my eyes and kissed her back. I felt her hand go around my neck as mine went around her waist. Our kiss was long, sweet and gentle. I had missed that kiss for years, she did too because she began to roughen before we pulled away. We panted and she rested her head on my chest as my arms were still around her waist.

"Petra..." I felt her smile and I smiled back.

"C'mon lets go back before they worry." Petra took my hand as I grabbed the bucket with my other hand. We walked back to the village and saw everyone awake and resting. The all stared at us as I left the bucket near the fire.

I went to dad and whispered in his ear. "Should I tell them?"

Dad gave me a worried look but nodded. I sighed and looked at everyone with a sadden look as they gave me a confused look. I sat down next to Petra and looked at Axel and Olivia who were across the crackling fire.

"Ok guys remember when I talked about the Dark Real earlier?" They nodded.

I sighed and I tried to not let tears fall. "Well I didn't tell you about the price after I open the Dark Realm." Everyone but dad looked at me with a scared look.

"What do you mean?" asked Petra.

I looked at her with a sadden look and then I faced the ground and closed my eyes as I sighed again.

"When the Dark Realm opens and I banish Herobrine with his army I..." I stopped myself as I tried to get the courage to say it.

"You will what!?" My friends yelled.

I didn't looked at them. "I will die."

"WHAT?!?!" They yell.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU WILL DIE?!?!" Petra asked me with a worried scream.

"This is the price I will have to pay after I open the realm. The only way to seal the Dark Realm is the person's soul. Not just any person, the person's soul has to be from the one who opened the Dark Realm." I explained as I saw everyone including me let tears fall.

"My soul will leave my body to seal the Realm and my body will turn to dust."
