S3 EP10: Space Invaders Part 1

Aria

"Dad! Get Schwoz down here!" I yelled at my dad who was shooting blasters up at Schwoz who somehow attached himself to the ceiling.

"I'm trying Aria!"

Charlotte and I stood off to the side as my dad kept repeatedly shooting the blaster at Schwoz. He always missed because he's horrible at aiming, not to burst his bubble or anything.

Henry came down the tube and it opened. A bunch of rubble from the the Man Cave landed in Henry's path. He stared up and furrowed his eyebrows together at Schwoz. I did the same thing when he scared the living crap out of me.

"Okay, what is going on?" Henry asked as wrapped his arms around me, pulling me in for a hug. I pressed my cheek against his chest and tightened my grip on his waist.

"Schwoz won't give Ray the launch key to his little rocket ship." Charlotte explained as me nor my dad felt the need to explain to Henry, who I am add isn't the brightest human being in the world.

"Why won't he- Schwoz has a rocket ship?"

I got thrown to side of the couch by Henry's force. I landed on the couch and rested my face in the palm of my hand as I witnessed the scene around me.

Jasper told us information that all of us already knew, mostly because we watched the news about the astronauts stuck in space. As Henry tried to help Schwoz, I looked at the monitors with Charlotte and it showed the NASA space station about to orbit over Swellview.

"Come on Schwoz, let us use your Love Shuttle.

"Yeah, you're never going to need it." My dad said and I mentally sent daggers his way. My dads never going to need it, and he's like thirty-eight or something, I don't know.

"I will,"Schwoz protested, "for when I get married!"

"Oh, to what Schwoz?! What's going to marry you?" My dad said. This time I went over to him and smacked his arm, earning a glare from him. I smiled and went back to Charlotte.

"Even that robot girlfriend you built for yourself, Gerda, even she left you.

I couldn't help but laugh at that. Henry did tell me about this, which happened last year. Apparently Gerda is shape shifting and morphed into Henry and when her/he broke up, she flew away.

"No...we-we're just taking a break."

"She turned herself into a bird Schwoz, then she flew away!" I told him from the monitors. I think my dad was happy to know I was on their side about this and not Schwoz's.

After a while, Schwoz finally agreed to give my dad the launch key. Before I knew it, it looked like Schwoz was hacking up a hairball or something. I draped Henry's arm around my shoulder as I watched in horror.

The launch key came flying out of Schwoz's mouth and landed in my dads hand. I covered my mouth as that was the most disgusting thing I've seen Schwoz do before.

Jasper, Schwoz, Charlotte and I were able to talk to my dad and Henry as they boarded Schwoz's Love Shuttle. Not going to lie, the inside was very well done from what I could see.

I cringed as love music started playing from the inside of the Love Shuttle. Schwoz jumped off the control panel and danced in a weird way. I looked back at the monitors to see my dad and boyfriend also dancing as well. Not something I thought I'd see, that's for sure.

"Oh, Henry?"

He looked straight into the monitor camera, "Yeah?"

"I love you."

"I love you too." My dad glared at Henry then at me. I shrugged my shoulders and said it to my dad before they took off to space. They smiled then the cameras went off.

Henry

"Space! The final frontier."

I turned my attention to Ray, "What does that mean?"

"You know, the final frontier. The last place in the universe that mankind hasn't explored yet. SPACE! Ahh."

At this point, Ray was confusing the literal crap out of me. Because I'm pretty sure that people have explored space, but maybe I'm wrong. And Ray thinks he knows everything when he doesn't. He didn't know he had a daughter, but that wasn't entirely his fault either.

"What about oceans?" I said after I sat there and thought for a minute on what else people haven't explored yet.

Ray had blank look on his face, "Huh?"

"Oceans. I mean we haven't explored all parts of the oceans yet...so aren't they an unexplored frontier? Oceans." I tried to explain my reasoning but I didn't do so well.

"Okay fine. Space, one of two final frontiers. Ah."

Next thing we got into was parallel universes and it annoyed the both of us actually. Then he changed up his wording and I laughed to myself.

"Yeah, I like cartoons."

Ray started to mess with different buttons and I was afraid he was going to break something. He pressed a single button and I started to laugh as my chair vibrates underneath my butt. We started to make weird sounds about the vibrating chairs.

All of a sudden, a loud crashed caused us to scream. For a second I thought we like...almost died or something, but that wasn't the case.

We connected the Love Shuttle to the opening port of the space station. We got out and enter the space station which was very bright and also very white. Right ahead of us we're the two trapped astronauts locked inside their sleeping compartments.

Something from the ceiling came crashing down and hit Ray in the back of the head. In complete fear, I started blasting the whole entire space station uncontrollably. When I though the coast was clear, something else fell from the ceiling and fell on top of my head too.

My blaster was picked up by some little girl that was on the space station too. Me and ray stood up and backed away from her, not knowing what else to do.

Henry

The little girl held the blaster at us, waiting for a moment to shoot. Ray would survive, I wouldn't. Then Ray started to ask the girl questions to which she couldn't answer because he kept asking them in a row.

Turns out, the astronaut from Swellview is the girls dad and she's the one who locked them both in their sleeping compartments. I don't know, because she's like eleven, but she seems controlling. Very, very controlling.

"Okay, I don't know what the butt is going on here, but uh, Kid, you let those astronauts out of their sleep...things."

I went to let the astronauts out but the girl kept the blaster directed at chest. I talked to Ray and the little girl threatens to blast me because I wanted to help the astronauts.

"Good luck."

She shot the blaster and I dodged them. She slowly put the laser down and her mouth was agape. My Hyper-Motility tends to surprise people every time I use it.

"Okay little girl. We're taking you back to Earth. You're from Earth, right?"

"Yes, but I'm not going back! You guys don't understand. Those astronauts are evil! Look." The girl said as she stomped over to where we were standing.

She opened up one of the storage compartments and a row of bunnies were present. I awed at them, seeing the cute bunnies in there. Apparently the astronauts brought these bunnies to see if they hop higher while being on the moon.

We were all in the Love Shuttle so I tried to get in contact with everyone back on Earth in the Man Cave. The connection was poor at first, but it soon connected easily.

"Charlotte, do you read me?"

"We see and hear you." Schwoz said, messing around with the controls on the panel, not surprising me.

"Listen. We're loading up the Love Shuttle with bunnies and a girl."

A smile formed on Schwoz's lips, "Is the girl married?"

Aria popped into view and stared into the monitor. I haven't seen her for hours so I wonder how she felt being stuck with Jasper. She probably wanted to bang her head on a wall. I love Jasper and all, but he can be too much.

"No, she's eleven. Look, I'll explain everything when I get back."

"But wait, the Love Shuttle can only hold two peoples." Schwoz intervened as I was just about to exit out of the call.

"Uh, well now we're three peoples and six bunnies, so we're going to have to figure something...I'm sorry I've got to go. Schwoz, plot a course for us back to Earth."

I went back in the space station and we found the bunny chewing on some orange wires in the back. It was Ray's fought that the bunny ran off, it apparently tricked him.

The astronauts let themselves out and put on these weird boots, shoved Ray into a room and turned on the zero gravity. I was lifted off the ground and started spinning around in circles. Maybe letting them out was and idea. Kelsey already had the bunnies loaded in the Love Shuttle and was probably waiting for us.

We ended up having to take theses astronauts back to Earth, and since there was only supposed to be two people on the Love Shuttle, we kind of had to make room for everyone. All of us were inside the Love Shuttle, while Ray was on the outside of the Love Shuttle.

Aria

I know I might be crazy, but I'm pretty sure that I see my dad swinging outside of the Love Shuttle. I gasped and started to shake Charlotte as she noticed it as well.

"My dads on fire!" I screamed, pulling my hair out with my hands as I stared in horror at my dad.

Jasper tried to calm me down by telling me that he's indestructible and won't die. But that's not what I'm a hundred percent worried about, I'm worried about Henry.

When the came back to Earth, Henry convinced my dad to let me keep one of the bunnies, so I picked the white and black one. Henry and I shared it together and we picked the name Oreo. Since I know lived here in the Man Cave, the money would stay here and not with my mom.

Obviously my mom doesn't know that my dad is Captain Man, so when she asked where he lived, I said it was close to Junk N' Stuff. She believe me and never bothered to ask any more questions.

"Well, we may not live together, but we share a pet together." Henry kissed my lips before my dad grunted behind us. I rolled my eyes, lying my head on his shoulder.

"That's my daughter Henry. You know better."

"Dad! We've been together for a while now, and before you knew I was your daughter!" I groaned. My dad became more protective over me since he found out I was his daughter.

"I know sweetie, but you're my daughter and Henry knows that if he hurts you, I'll shove my foot up his-"

"ENOUGH!" I yelled loud enough for everyone in the Man Cave to hear. Jasper screamed, Charlotte fell over, my dad jumped, Schwoz dropped something and Henry covered his ear.

"Thank you."
