Chapter 5: The Camping Trip/Part 1

~Charlotte's POV ~

Waking up and going to school at 5 a.m is not anyone's favorite thing to do. Especially when you have to go on a trip camping with your soulmate who you need to stay away from. Oh wait my bad I forgot I tell you. I have decided to stay away from him before he thinks I'm a crazy freak. Look how great that's working out.

"Charlotte, Are you ready Sweetie?" My mother asked coming Into my room using her vampire speed.

"Yea I'm ready." I said grabbing my bag.

"Here don't let anyone open or take this bag. It has 4 water bottles of blood. I packed two extras just in case." My Father said handing me a small bag with a smile. I thanked him and we all went downstairs to the kitchen.

"Here you go Princess." One of the butlers Greg said.

"Thank You Greg."I said and he nodded and bowed before walking away.

"We are driving you to school today." My mother said making me choke on my drink.

"What?!?" I said in between coughs.

"It's about time we left the palace and we need to meet your teachers before you go. So no buts or questions go get into the limo. It's waiting outside." My Father said and I groaned but listened and followed behind slowly.

"Oh Charlotte no need to be so dramatic." My mother said rolling her eyes.

"C'mon walk faster, we all know you can." My Father said causing my mother to giggle. My parent have been around for over 1,000 years and they still act like they're Teenagers.

"Won't people be suspicious about your age? Oh and what about that vampire! He'll know I'm your daughter and I'll be exposed as a Royal PureBlood vampire!! People will come after me!!" I said listing all the cons to this.

"Charlotte calm down. You'll be safe.We have a small potion we got from a few witches we helped years ago. It will make us just like you. We will look like humans and we will look older too. " My father said calming me down. I sighed.

"Oh and we drank some blood to make our bodies warmer." My Mother added.

"Okay." I said and they smiled taking a sip of the potion.

"Oh Mom! Dad! You Look Old!" I said gasping when the potion worked a few minutes later.

"I feel wrinkles on my skin!! How old do we look!!" My mother said feeling her skin with a disturbed look on her face

"You look like your in your 40's." I said when we pulled up to the school. Max opened the door for us and held out his hand which I grabbed stepping out of the car. He did the same for both of my
parents then grabbed my 2 bags and followed behind us.

"Name." Mr. Burt's my Principle said not looking up.

"Charlotte Fayee." My Mother answered smoothly.

"Oh Mr and Mrs Fayee! Its a pleasure to finally meet you." Mr.Burt's said finally looking up.

"Mr.Burt's the pleasure is all mine. How long is this trip?" My Mother asked with a smile.

"3 days. Your daughter is sharing a room with her friend Jasmina, Drew Parker and Jason Buret. They all will be riding with Drew." Mr. Burt's said.

"Oh wonderful. Well I'll see you in a few days Sweetie." My Father said kissing my check while my mother gave me a hug.

"Isn't Drew Parker your soulmate?" My Mom asked in a whisper so only I could hear. I nodded my head and she pulled away smiling.

"Be safe and Max go put Charlotte's bags in Drew's car." My mom instructed and he quickly nodded running off in human speed.

"Charlotte are these your parents?" Jasmina asked walking over with Drew and Jason.

"Yes, We are. You must be Jasmina Drew and Jason.I have heard a lot about you." She said and Drew sent me a smirk. I rolled my eyes.

"Its so nice to finally meet you!!" Jasmina exclaimed.

"Maybe when you get back from this trip you can all come join us for dinner." My Father said causing me to cough on my own spit.

"What?!" I exclaimed.

"Charlotte don't be rude." My Mother scolded.

"Sorry." I mumble my mom shot me a look causing me to raise my eyebrow, I didn't understand what that look meant.

"Well you all must get going. See you soon." My Mother said when Max came back.

"Bye Mother. Bye Father." I said and they got in the Limo and Max gave me a nod before going in the limo.

"I knew you were loaded!! You got brought here in a freaking Limo!!" Jasmine exclaimed.

"Yea, Yea, Yea." I said rolling my eyes as we headed to Drew's car.

"So you talk about me?" Drew said smirking.

"No." I said walking ahead.

"C you get front." Jasmina said as her and Jason jumped in the back seat.

"Yay 3 hours of fun sitting next to Drew. Every persons dream." I said sarcastically.

"Babe please. It may not be every persons dream but it is every girls dream." He said winking at me while starting the car. I just rolled my eyes in response. That thought though alone made me want to kill every girl on the planet by sucking them dry then Tearing them from limb to limb. A little violent yea but you would be to if you were in my situation. I clenched my fists at the thought of him even kissing another girl.

"Are you always so arrogant?" I asked Drew.

"Only when your around." He said smirking. He may be my soulmate or My beloved or whatever you want to call it. But all he is a jerk and a arrogant a** and I swear that smirk never leaves his face.

But he looks hot when he smirks.

No he Doesn't.

Imagine his fangs on your throat, Him sucking your blood or even you doing the-

Nope. I can't think about that he is a Human and would hate to be a immortal creature that sucks the life outing people.

I got knocked out of my internal Thoughts when Jasmina leaned over and turned the radio on. I wonder how long I was fighting with my self but Im glad Jasmine knocked me out of my thoughts. my fangs were slowly growing and were very close to showing the whole car. I'm also pretty sure my eyes are darker. I closed my eyes and put my head against the window letting myself drift off to sleep.

3 hours later I was awoken by tingles shooting through my whole body and Someone calling my name. I almost moaned at the sound of the person calling my name. I slowly jumped and gasped when I seen Drew leaning over me.

"Finally! I have been trying to wake you up for 10 minutes!! Everyone already is in their cabins." Drew said an I looked around and noticed it was pouring. "Here you can use this." Drew said handing me his jacket.

"Thanks." I smiled. I grabbed my bag by my feet and then quickly ran to the cabin.

"They picked a beautiful day to go camping!" I said sarcastically.

"Yea I agree. Its all nice and Hot and Sunny,perfect weather for swimming!" Jasmina said in the same tone.

"Why did they chose these 3 days to go camping? It's suppose to rain everyday." Jason asked.

"Who knows but it could possibly get warmer and the weather man isn't always right." Jasmina said and I nodded in agreement.

"C'mon." Drew said opening the door for all of us. I raised a eyebrow at him and so did the others.

"I am not going anywhere in this weather." Jason said and Jasmina and I nodded.

"Oh stop being babies lets go swimming in the lake. It will be fun." Drew said and I shook my head No.

"Oh my gosh that would be fun. lets go!!" Jasmina said smiling.

"No, I'm not going. You can all go and have fun but I will stay right here in this warm cabin." I said.

"Yea I agree with Carrie. We could get sick." Jason said. I frowned. My name isn't even hard to remember.

"It's Charlotte." I said.

"Whatever. So you two go have fun we'll say here." Jason said.

"I never knew you two were such babies." Jasmina said coming out of our room wearing a 2 piece Yellow bikini. the too wrapped around just her chest and was strap less.

"I also don't have a bathing suit in here." I said matter-of-factly.

"I'm sure Jasmina has as extra." Drew smirked checking her out. I Love Jasmina to death but right now I could push her off a bridge for purposely showing off her body.

"Yup, Indeed I do." Jasmina said running in the room them coming back with another bathing suit just like hers but it had pink and white Polk-a-dots. I groaned but grabbed into and went into the room and quickly changed. When I was done I looked in the mirror and frowned it looked like something Chloe would wear. I walked out with the frown still on my face.

"I look like Chloe." I said speaking my earlier thoughts out loud.

"You look Hot." Drew said his eyes not moving from my chest.

"My Eyes are up here." I hissed.

"Where?" He asked seriously not removing his eyes. I grabbed the clothes I was wearing earlier and slid them on top of my swim suit.

"Jason you can stay here but were going." Jasmina said and Jason sighed but slid off his shirt.

"Okay Lets go." He said. I noticed Jason has a 6 pack that looked pretty sexy. As I was looking at Jason It sounded like Drew let out a hiss that was so low only a vampire could hear it. I most likely just imagined it though. We all walked out together in the rain and ran over to the lake and jumped in. It was freezing cold but I knew for a fact I wouldn't get sick. Vampires don't get sick,Its impossible.

"You cold?" Drew asked a while after we all had a huge splash war. I was surrounded by how concern he looked.

"No I'm fine but I don't know about Jasmina." I said and he looked over to where Jasmina was shivering her lips were turning blue.

"Lets go back. Jasmina's freezing and the teachers will probably be going around soon to make sure everyone made it in safely and are in their cabins." Jason said and I nodded. We all got out and Drew rapped a arm around my waist pulling me into him. His body was like a icicle but my body was probably like that too.

"Your freezing." Drew pointed out.

"Yea I'm a little cold." I said shrugging. He frowned and handed me his shirt to put over my swim suit. I would of put my clothes over but I might have forgotten to take them off before I jumped in, Therefore they are soaked. We quickly made it back to the cabins and we all took hot separate showers then laid down in our own rooms. I sat their for a while just thinking about Drew and how for once he was actually nice for a little while. He wasn't smirking or being arrogant he was being relaxed and pretty cool. I knew that I would have to make it my mission to get to know the real Drew Parker, With that Last thought I slowly drifted off to sleep.

A/N: I'll be honest I was thinking about deleting this story. I feel like I need more experience with writing Before I go off and write a Vampire story But I'll try and keep writing this story without deleting it. Just to inform those who don't know I have started school at it has be a but crazy so every Saturday or Sunday I will try to update but if not once a week then at least once every other week i'll upload.
