It's been nearly a week since the Kalos crisis, and the gang had not been able to leave the region yet do to damage at the airport needing to be repaired.

Most of them instead filled their time with helping out with simple repairs around Lumiose City. Brock, Shauna, Serena, and Dawn helped out at the Pokemon Centers, as most of the others did the repairs. Clemont was busy repairing the Lumiose City gym, with the help of Meyer, Cilian, Bonnie, Max, and Korrina. The work was slow as Clemont examined the remains of the Team Flare weapon, stating it was important incase someone ever built another like it, and it could yield an easier way to counter it.

When Olympia took the information about the weapon out of the heavyset officers head, she also learned where the Team Flare base was. She shared this information with Alain, and with the help of Ash, the Elite Four, and the police, they were able to put an end to Team Flare once and for all.

Ash joined them for only one reason, Olympia also found out where Red and his Charizard were buried, close to the Team Flare base. Upon defeating Team Flare, Ash went looking for the unmarked gave. Only equipped with a shovel, Infernape, Garchomp, and Krookodile, they managed to find the grave site. However, Ash wanted to dig up his father's body himself, his pokemon just sat there and watched as Ash carefully dug down into the ground.

After about thirty minutes of digging Ash found something, a red and white hat, the same one he saw Red wearing when he met him in the vision. Ash picked up the hat to see a skull underneath, with a bullet hole in the forehead. Ash fell to knees as the tears poured from his eyes, with a mixture of happiness and sadness upon finding his father's body. His pokemon looked on as this happened, they walked up to Ash touching his shoulder or back to remind him that they were here for him.

"Thanks guys," Ash said as he sniffed and wiped the tears from his face. "Somebody go get Officer Jenny. I'm going to need her help to make sure we get all the bones out. I don't want a single one left behind when I bring him back to Kanto for a proper burial."

Garchomp took on the task, and returned with a rather angry Officer Jenny, who had no idea why Garchomp carried her off. She saw Ash sitting next to a hole, with his back to her.

"Excuse me Ash, would you mind explaining to me why your Garchomp brought me here?" Officer Jenny asked irritated.

Ash didn't respond, he only pointed down onto the hole. Officer Jenny walked over and gasped as she looked into the hole seeing the skull.

"That's my father, the former World Champion, Red Ketchum's remains. Lysandre killed him. I want the remains of him and his Charizard taken out of the dirt and prepared to be sent with me to Rota in Kanto," Ash said as he stood up.

---------------------------------------------------------

It took the Lumiose forensic team several days to conclude that all the bones were accounted for.

In that time everyone noticed that the people of Lumiose City looked completely depressed. Serena took it upon herself to cheer them all up, and organized a performance. Everyone loved the idea, and wanted to help in some way.

Seeing as it was going to be a performance, Shauna, Miette, and Aria immediately said they wanted to participate. Despite May and Dawn being coordinators, it did give them an eye for how well different moves worked together, so after a crash course on performances they were going to participate as well. They all then worked together to plan a joint performance, as well as several individual performances.

Clemont arranged for the space in front of Prism Tower to be made available for the performance. While Max and Tierno worked a sound system provided by Meyer. Everyone else passed out flyers and spread the word about the performance.

Two days later the performance went off without hitch. Seeing all the smiling faces and how much happier everyone became, this gave Serena a new performance goal, to make people feel happier with performances.

---------------------------------------------------------

The next day everyone was in the Pokemon Center eating breakfast when Queen Ilene walked inside.

"Good morning everyone," Queen Ilene said as she approached the table.

"Good morning your majesty," said the people at the table.

"So I take it that the plane can take off now?" Asked Ash.

"Yes. I just got word from the pilot, the airport is officially ready for operation," Queen Ilene replied.

"But how did you guess?" Illene asked Ash.

Ash simply gestured to the television, which had the news on showing a plane taking off from Lumiose Airport.

"Also we hadn't seen you since you decided to stay at Grace's house. So I figured that was the only reason you'd suddenly come back," Ash replied.

Since the crisis damaged so many homes, Queen Ilene opened up her suite to people who needed a place to stay. Her security wasn't a fan of the idea of her sharing her room with a bunch of strangers, as it would make their job more difficult. However, Grace decided to open up her home to the Queen. She accepted, and her security was happier with that plan.

Upon finishing breakfast everyone returned to their rooms to pack. All of Ash's friends were coming, as well as the ones from Kalos.

As soon as everyone was done packing they proceeded outside and began loading up into four black limousines, escorted by several black SUVs which held the security. Ash and Serena got their own limousine, while Ilene shared hers with Grace, Professor Oak, Norman and Caroline. Once they were all loaded up, they headed to the airport.

As they arrived at the airport they weren't dropped off outside like other people. They went to a gate that gave access to the area where the planes were parked.

They passed many different sized jets. At first they were all owned by the different airline, but then they started to come up to the private jets.

"So Ash, which one are we taking?" Asked Serena as she looked out the window.

"The blue one with the royal crest on the tail," Ash replied as he pointed to the crest his key stone bracelet.

"I don't see... oh my Arceus," Serena said in shock as she finally saw the jet.

Just coming into view, by a hanger, was a seven forty seven jumbo jet with a blue body and white wings, with the Cameron Palace royal crest on the tail fin.

"That's your private jet?!" Asked Serena as stared at it.

"Yes, and now its yours too," Ash said, then leaned in and kissed her cheek.

The limousines stopped about ten feet away from a set of stairs that lead up to the entrance of the plane.

The doors to the limousines were opened and everyone started to get out. Ash's Kalos friends, along with Rosa and Paul, were stunned by the size of the private jet. Even Miette was a little surprised, as her private jet was considerably smaller. They all then proceeded to climb the stairs to get in, while their bags were unloaded and put underneath the plane.

As this was happening a Lumiose City coroner van pulled up, and they proceeded to unload two caskets. Ash walked over and placed his hand on the smaller casket.

"You'll be home soon dad," Ash said, then turned around and walked back to the stairs.

---------------------------------------------------------

Inside the plane there were of course seats for everyone, but all of these were even nicer than the ones in first class. The seats were very spacious and comfortable, could recline much further due to the space between rows, could turn around so you could face other people, and were massaging seats.

In the front of the plane cabin was a sixty inch television with a vast digital movie library, as well as the ability to stream television shows. Individuals could listen to what was playing with wireless headphones, or it could play the movie through speakers in the seats, if everyone wanted to watch the same thing.

Elsewhere there was a full service kitchen where anything could be prepared by the cooking staff.

The plane even included several beds for longer flights, however there wasn't enough for everyone.

Ash went over all of the amenities with all of his friends seeing it for the first time.

"It seems you've got just about everything here," said Tierno.

"Just about. They're starting to build a battle field on here next week," Ash replied.

Everyone looked at Ash surprised, and concerned due to the safety hazards that would present. Ash looked at them and chuckled, showing them he was only joking.

Everyone took their seats and the plane took off on the fourteen hour flight back to Kanto. Tierno suggested a movie, but not everyone wanted to watch "Step Up", so he and a few others watched it while they listened with headphones.

Since the performance in Lumiose City, May and Dawn both said they had fun, but Dawn really liked the performances. So much so she was considering going back to Kalos to participate in the showcases. This had been leading to Dawn talking to Serena lots about the showcases, and currently her going over a performance idea with Serena.

Ash was just relaxing in his seat playing a game on his tablet. He then saw Aria leading Brock away to one of the bedrooms.

"Hmm, I wonder what they're up too," Ash thought out loud.

"I bet she's initiating him into the Mile High club," Miette replied as she was reading a book.

"Mile High Club? What's that? I want to join," Ash said enthusiastically.

Miette then stopped reading and got an evil gleam in her eyes. "I bet if you ask nicely, I'm sure Serena would initiate you."

Serena's eyes got wide, Dawn giggled. Serena wasn't angry with Miette for suggesting it, but she didn't appreciate her putting that attention on the subject.

"Really Serena, could you initiate me?" Ash asked excitedly.

Serena giggled at Ash's innocence and enthusiasm. Then leaned in, and whispered in his ear, "I was already thinking about initiating you later. So why don't you just wait for a little bit, just don't talk about it with other people ok."

Ash smiled, kissed Serena, then went back to playing his game.

---------------------------------------------------------

Spicy scene ahead!

A few hours later it was night time. A few hours earlier they were able to experience one of the joys of flying, the sunset. They were above the clouds, nothing blocking their view. Behind them they could see the sun was further down, while ahead they could see where the sun had yet to set. This created a most romantic view, that some quickly took advantage of. One couple that everyone wished didn't, was Paul and Miette. This taught them all something about Miette that they wish they didn't know, she was a screamer during intercourse.

It was almost midnight now, and almost everyone was asleep. Ash and Serena weren't though, they were watching a movie together. As they were watching, Ash felt his stomach rumble.

"I'm going to go grab a snack, do you want anything?" Ash asked Serena.

"No thanks," Serena replied.

Ash then walked off to the kitchen. Serena paused the movie and stretched. As she did this she looked around at everyone who was sleeping. Her eyes then lit up as she saw what she was waiting for, her mother was finally asleep.

Ash arrived into the kitchen to find it empty. The staff was no doubt asleep, but Ash didn't want to wake them up. So instead he began to look for snack options. As he opened the fridge he found some sandwich meat.

"Hmm, a sandwich sounds good right now," Ash said to himself.

He then began pulling things out of the fridge. Several different types of cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, ham, bacon, roast beef, pepperoni, salami, and others. Ash assembled his very large large sandwich and ate it. He then turned around and headed back to Serena.

As he exited the kitchen he felt his left arm being grabbed and he was pulled aside. He looked and saw he was being pulled by none other than Serena. He was about to speak but she put her hand over his mouth.

"I think it's time for your initiation," Serena whispered into his hear.

It only took Ash a second to realize what she was talking about. Ash nodded with his eyes lit up with excitement. Serena smiled, and then lead him to one of the bedrooms.

Once inside the bedroom Ash saw the lights were dim. Serena led him to the bed and pushed him on to it.

"So what do I need to do?" Ash asked as he sat up.

Serena then pulled an extra clean black stocking out of her bag, and looked at Ash with lustful eyes.

"You don't need to do anything," Serena said as she seductively walked towards him.

Serena climbed onto the bed, got behind Ash as she placed the stocking over his eyes, and used it as a blindfold. Ash was excited, he no idea what was about to happen. He felt Serena start kissing his neck as she began to undress him. Once he was naked she pushed him onto his back and began to do things to him he had never experienced before. Ash still had no idea what the mile high club was, but he was enjoying his initiation, and this new side of Serena.  He also wondered if there were any other clubs Serena could initiate him into like this.

---------------------------------------------------------

Several hours later the jet was touching down in Pewter City. The jet was taken to its private hangar where several limousines and SUVs were waiting to take them to the palace.

As they entered Rota they began to slow down, as there were alot of people crowding the street.

"What's going on?" Ash thought out loud as he saw all the people.

"They're here for you, your majesty," replied the driver.

"Me? Why?" Ash asked.

"Well you're our prince, and you won the Kalos League ofcourse. The people are very proud of you, and excited to finally know who the heir to the throne is now. Not to mention that your already engaged, and they've already fallen in love with Ms. Serena," the driver replied.

Ash's phone started ringing, Ash looked and answered after seeing it was the queen.

"Hello Ash, I'm sorry I didn't tell you. I just found out on our way here. We can just continue on to the Palace if you'd like, it's your choice," said Queen Ilene.

Ash looked out the window as Queen Ilene spoke. He saw all the people cheering, balloons and streamers decorating the village, even posters were being held congratulating him on his win, and of his and Serena's engagement. He cracked the window open so he could hear them. The cheers flooded the limousine, as well as the smells of food. They were passing Ash's favorite restuarant in Rota, and he could distinguish the smells of their food.

Ash looked to Serena with a hopeful look. Serena smiled and nodded. Serena was happy Ash took her into consideration, but as far as she was concerned Ash earned this and she wasn't going to stand in his way.

"Well it looks like they put a bunch of effort into this, I would be rude to not stop in for a little bit," Ash replied to Ilene.

"I thought that's what you'd say. I already have security ready a little further up," said Ilene.

"Great thanks. Also, could you have my pokemon at the Palace released to come here? This is just as much their celebration as it is mine," Ash requested.

"Ash, who do you think I set up to be your security?" Ilene replied.

They stopped a few seconds later at a small stage. Ash's door opened, and he saw none other than Venusaur using one of his vines to open it. Ash stepped out and thanked him as the crowd cheered.

"Ash," said Serena, holding out his Kalos League trophy.

Ash took it and held it up in the air, causing the crowd to cheer louder and start taking pictures. Ash reached his hand out to Serena, who took his hand. Once she was out of the limousine, he pulled her in to him. This caused the crowd to cheer louder and take more pictures.

Ash looked out into the crowd, and keeping them back was his Pokemon. Ash smiled and looked to Venusaur, then raised his hand up to signal them to be silent.

"I've worked long and hard for this, but I didn't do this alone. I couldn't have won this without all of my pokemon's hard work also. They stood by me during the wins and losses, as well as some of the hardest times in my life. So this trophy is just as much mine, as it is my pokemon's," Ash called out.

He handed the trophy to Venusaur, who then passed it around to all of the other pokemon, who also touched it even if they couldn't hold it.

"And this is only the beginning," Ash called out. "There are more leagues out there, and I plan on winning them all!"

The celebration was huge, the whole  village came out to celebrate Ash's win. He even saw several people from Pallet Town have come to congratulate him. Ash and his friends took part in the festivities. Some of the younger girls from the village even came up to Serena to congratulate her on winning the master class, and tell her that she inspired them to try pokemon performing.

While some of the girls closer to her age congratulated her on getting Ash. Serena could tell that they had crushes on Ash from while he was there, but was pretty sure they weren't going to try and make things difficult for her.

The celebration went on till after the sun set. Ash and his friends were at the shore of the lake now on the Palace side. They had a bonfire going and were having a few alcoholic drinks. They were just relaxing now and enjoying each others company until the jetlag overtook them. Clemont and Korrina had already left, as well as Max and Bonnie. May was passed out on the beach from drinking too much. Aria fell asleep leaning on Brock, who decided to carry her to their room.

Serena yawned, "well I think I'm ready to get some sleep, you can continue to stay up if you want Ash."

"No, I think I'll call it a night too. You guys, don't forget to put out the fire. Good night," said Ash.

---------------------------------------------------------

"How do you not get lost? This palace is huge," Serena stated as Ash lead her through the palace to their bedroom.

"To be honest I used to get lost all the time. I actually had a map made so I could find my way around. But slowly I started to figure out where things were, like the kitchen, the dinning room, the library, to the pokemon stables, the battle fields, and of course my room. Surprisingly my room was the last place I learned how to get to," said Ash.

Serena chuckled as it made perfect sense to her that those were the first places he remembered how to find.

Soon they arrived at a set of double doors.

"Welcome to my, I mean, our room," Ash said as he opened the doors.

Serena walked inside, it was remarkably clean, no doubt due to the fact he had been gone for a year. The room was very large, about twice the size of Serena's room back in her mom's house. The walls of the room were light blue, slightly darker than the sky. There was a four post, king size, canopy bed, two night stands, and a dresser. Serena noticed a large space on the wall, past the foot of the bed, was white. She looked up and saw Ash had a projector, and realized Ash had a projector TV in the room.

Serena walked over to one of the walls, and saw many pictures. As she looked at the pictures she was able to see Ash grow up from his time as a trainer. First was Ash's first day with his mom and Pikachu, who didn't exactly look happy. Later was Ash with a Butterfree, Pikachu, and Pidgeotto, with Misty standing a little bit behind them. Then was a picture with Brock, Ash, and Misty. Then one of all his Kanto pokemon except Butterfree.

Then came his badges from the Kanto League, which were in a shadow box. The badges were on a map of Kanto, with each badge where the city it was earned in was supposed to be.

Serena looked down the wall, then the next it curved into, and saw the same kinds of pictures with his friends and pokemon, and the shadow boxes for the badges and frontier stamps. Trophies, medals, and certificates were all hung up in order with the regions of the pictures were taken. Meaning that those walls were a timeline of Ash's trainer carrier.

Serena came to Ash's closet, and her jaw dropped. The closet itself was half the size of her room at her mom's house, and Ash wasn't even using a fourth of it. Ash was already in there, and had just placed his Kalos hat on a shelf beside several other similar looking hats, the same ones Ash was wearing in all the pictures. Serena looked below to see several jackets, also the same ones he wore in the pictures. Serena turned around and looked out at the room.

"You know you can feel free to redecorate if you want. I didn't really care how it looked, so Ilene kind of came up with this idea and had it done," Ash told Serena.

"This room chronicles your whole life as a trainer. I could never take it down," Serena replied.

"Well, it's not my whole life, Kalos isn't up there yet. I was going to give some pictures and my badges to the decorator tomorrow and let her handle it, but if you want, we could do it. I mean, you are the most important person in my life, so I figure you should get a say in how our room looks," said Ash.

Serena turned around to face Ash and smiled. "I'd like that," Serena said, then leaned up and gave Ash a kiss.

They both stripped down to their underwear, climbed into bed, and turned out the lights. Ash was fine with just going to sleep, but Serena climbed on top of him and they started making out. Not long after their undergarments were thrown onto the floor as they worked on using up the last of their energy from the day.
