"We have to go and bring him back home before it's too late!" Gidget yipped, looking down at the assembled pets. Everyone glanced at each other, thinking the same thing. But none dared to say it aloud. At last, Snowball spoke up. "Your boyfriend is probably nearing Canada at this point... we'll never catch up," he said mournfully. He hung his head, blaming himself. Everyone else bowed their heads as well and were silent until Ozone piped up, "Can you not hang me over the edge now?" In response, Tiberius tossed him over to Leonard.

"Maybe we should go home now," Chloe suggested, hoping to eat some cake. But then Gidget held her tail high and stood up straight. "We're not giving up on Max that easily, we are his friends! We will help him, because do you know why?" she spoke. Mel waved his paw in the air. "Don't answer please," Gidget said quietly before raising her voice once more, "We are going to help Max because we're the greatest pets ever, we're dogs!" She wagged her tail. The fellow dogs barked in agreement.

"Pardon me for saying this but I am a rabbit!" Snowball cried.

"Cat," Chloe and Ozone said at the same time.

"Hawk," Tiberius called while Norman cried, "Guinea pig." Sweetpea chirped. 

Gidget groaned. "Why do you have to ruin my inspirational speeches," she muttered quietly before adding, "How about you guys be dogs for a day? Would you like that?" Snowball gave her a thumbs up while the felines did a thumbs down. "Can I be a chihuahua?" Norman asked.

"Now, let's head for Alaska guys!" Gidget shouted at the top of her lungs before spinning around, only to realize she had jumped off the Empire State Building. "You've got to kidding me," she murmured as she plummeted to the ground, again. "Oh no, she's falling, what are we going to do?" Chloe said sarcastically.

Still falling, Gidget felt for sure she was going to the sidewalk when suddenly claws gripped her back. "Do you have a habit of jumping off of buildings?" Tiberius asked as he flew up to the roof. "Let's just go and save Max," she replied, dying to save her true love.
