I'd Start Talking If I Were You
"You going to talk now or later when you're in the afterlife!" Snowball shouted at Ozone, who was dangling over the side of the Empire State Building. The only thing keeping him from falling down was the fact that Tiberius still had a grip on his neck. Mel whispered in Buddy's ear, "Do you think we might have gone too far with this?" Buddy replied back, "Most definitely,"
Gidget stepped up towards the stray cat. "Tell us where Max is or I will tell Tiberius to let go," she growled, baring her teeth. Ozone snickered a little. "You guys realize that I'll land on my feet, right?" Chloe added, "True, cats always land on their feet." Everyone looked at Chloe. "Chloe, I know I haven't known you as long as everyone else, but I have never seen you land on your feet successfully," Duke said slowly.
"Anyway, I doubt you'll land on your feet from this height," Tiberius said, looking down over the edge. "How about you let go of me and we shall see what happens?" Ozone challenged, a daring look in his eyes. Pops commented, "You won't survive the impact Hairless."
"I have nine lives," Ozone said proudly.
"You'll lose them all from this height," Duke retorted, snarling.
Leonard stepped forward. "Ozone, just tell them where Max is. My parties won't be the same without you if you die," the poodle pleaded, his eyes begging the cat. Finally, the cat became convinced. "Oh alright. I will admit, I saw Max last night around ten after nine. I didn't go up to him but I could have sworn he went towards the subway," Ozone spoke. Snowball muttered something under his breath and slapped himself with his paw. "What's wrong Snowball?" Gidget asked. "I think when I hypnotized Tiny Dog, he still thought he was a polar bear from the Arctic," the rabbit replied, pulling on his ear.
"He did try to eat some fish!" Duke put in.
Snowball shook his head quietly with regret before looking at Gidget and mumbling, "I'm so sorry but I think Max might have gone all the way to Alaska."
