"The map hasn't proven me wrong before!" Thirty three year old Sara Collins exclaimed to herself in a murmur as she glanced down at the map yet again. For the tenth hundredth time it would seem.

"Why don't you try the books?" Her college suggested as she brushed back her hair, eyes scanning the excavation going on before them both. "They've never steered you wrong."

"Thank you Lettie, but I know the books inside and out. I don't need to check them." She grunted.

"Then why don't you ask Peter, or better yet. Christoper. He's related to Tolkien for Eru's sake. And might know more too."

"I've tried them both , no response. And Peter wouldn't know much anyways. He was the film director." Sara retorted.

"How bout Andy Serkis? He played Gollum. Or Ian McKellen? Ooh, or the other Christopher, Sir Lee. No, wait, never mind. He's -"

"Lettie, please. You're not helping."

"Ma'm, we've found something you might want to see"... One of the diggers interrupted, giving Sara a brief moment to breath.

"What is it?" She asked, hope and curiosity building up inside her.

"The remains, of Smaug The Great."...
