●In this AU, The Black Phone takes place in 1988 instead of 1978. Scream still takes place in 1996.

●Finney & Robin were 10 while Gwen just turned 8 a week before Robin got kidnapped.

●The Black Phone is basically the same as the original movie, but Robin is alive & both of them took down the Grabber, but Finney still gave him the final blow.

●RInney shall eventually become canon in this book.

●There will be some internalized homophobia, homophobia, stalking, obsession, bullying, murder, kidnapping, attempted kidnapping, blood, rape & attempted rape in this book. Although some are just mentioned, like rape, it's best to be aware of this.

●Finney & Gwen still have their powers that they got from their mom.

●None of these characters belong to me.

●Some of the personalities are slightly different than in the original movie.

●Billy, Tatum, Stu, Finney & Robin are 18 years old while Sydney & Randy are 17 with Gwen being 16.
