'The heart of a child is very fragile. This child might not seem like it but she's capable of more things. She and her brother will go and train in the mountains. They can do it. Only they can defeat them. You two will fight for the future of the world.' the voice was unknown yet strangely familiar.

"Ahh!!" I fell off the bed while wondering what happened. "It was a dream." I assured myself and went to the bathroom to take a quick shower and wore a simple white T-shirt with shorts and slippers. I walked out of my room, being welcomed by family? No I was welcomed by boys. Perverted boys. A lot of things happened in the past which I cannot remember. All I remember is my name, my brother and them finding me at the forest out cold seperated from my brother. I was used to the atmosphere here so what of it. I ducked since I saw something flying towards me. "Good abilities as always, kid." I heard someone say it, I recognise that voice, I smiled at him. "Gou! Welcome back!" the others shouted excited. "I missed you!" he said hugging me, I hugged him back. I had no idea why I can't talk, I wanted to but after coming here I realised that I can't seem to talk at all. Confused, and frustrated but I let it be. I let him go and he gave me a souvenir, my eyes were sparkling. I gave my closed eyes smile that I'm famous for. He told me to go to my room while he goes find the chief. I was quite excited since he came back and we are like siblings since I came here, he was the one that found me in the forest and raised me. Teaching me and more. We are both at a big mansion with the others, I'm apparently 9 years old. Still, absent minded, I opened the present he gave and I saw a necklace with my name on it. 'Hit' being my name since Hitsune being to long as a fighter. I might be a kid, but I have a mind of an adult. I smiled and put it on, I look quite good with it. With my waist long, black with violet tips coloured hair, I actually look quite good with it. I tied my hair into a high ponytail with a couple strands of hair left out. I was wearing my gloves, getting ready for training. Did I mention, this place is popular because of it great self defense moves. I learnt all of them, perfected, even creating new ones. I walked out the room with my new look although I started with a stiff walking then it became normal when I was used to the looks, I came in the training room setting up a dummy for my usual routine. Beat the dummy with knifes at vital parts, testing my sword skills and stuff like that, but I still haven't defeated Gou yet. The hell, I saw something at the corner.

The moment I look back, it was gone. Somehow, it was weird I've never experienced this before yet I feel like I was used to this kind of stuff. I need to regain my memory but it needs time. I wish this wasn't true. What? Did I just say that? That's not me. What? I realised that I was in a trance, being manipulated by the unknown puppet master. I acted like I was still in a trance and fortunately, he brought me closer to him. I was waiting for the right moment but nothing happened. I was wandering what was happening when I heard footsteps out of the training room, the door swung open revealing two figures standing there with worried faces. It was really funny seeing them in a vulnerable state. What? What am I thinking!?

There wasn't enough time before they could react to the puppet master's attack. I simply smirked and I realised my mistake. The puppet master ran towards me, he found out I was already out of his trance so what. I could easily run away. Judging by the way he attacks, he looks like a middle aged man. He's a little fragile on his left leg and I could easily kick it and run, leaving them as bait. What, am I saying? I never said that before. Neither have I behaved this way before. I was thinking but the puppet master interupted me by throwing knives at me. I effortlessly dodged them, also catching them. I threw it back at him to see him disappear and reappear behind me. I was completely shocked with the new move I experienced. I mean who uses moves like that here? I've been here long enough to know that no one is capable of that. I quickly reacted to his attack by kicking his back. He was dumbfounded by the creepy smile I had on my face. Even I was shocked by my action, the thing is I didn't even realised that I attacked. I was shocked and surprised but I kept my poker face on. I never actually did even let them hear any sounds from me. Why can't I talk? I feel so useless. I heard the chief and Gou screaming my name. I looked at them and saw them trapped in a weird spell by the puppet master. I tried to free them but instead of working, my own plan backfired on me. They told me to go and ask the others to help but the door was sealed. I was frozen stiff, I didn't know what to do. I was just looking for a way out to tell the others but there was no way to escape. The puppet master realised that I was out of ideas so he made his move. He walked towards the chief and grabbed her arm harshly. Gou was trying to get out to help the chief. Apparently, Gou had some feelings towards the chief, of course her being an attractive woman, how wouldn't men be attracted to her. I was thinking of a way out but to no avail. I was completely frozen when I saw what the puppet master did to the chief. He pulled out his knife and stabbed her right arm countless times, she was crying in pain. My body reacted on its own, I ran and ran as fast as I could to the man that stabbed my sister-like friend. I punched his left leg breaking it, and kicked him to the wall. "I'll kill you. For hurting my family." I said darkly. I said it quietly, enough for the man to hear. I realised what I said and backed away. I couldn't believe my own words to even say that, its not right. I suddenly had the urge to punch this wall and break it. And so I did. The result was amazing. I broke it, to pieces even ashes. I was relieving my rage to this pitiful wall. Sorry wall, but I'm mad right now. I looked back at the puppet master and saw him smirking. The chief and Gou were already released, so they were in their fighting stance. "Well, looks like I found my target." he said. "Target?" I was saying it aloud enough for those two to hear. They were utterly surprised and immediately regain their positions. "The only target here is you. And also, state your reason why you're here, puppet master." I was waiting for a reply but I didn't get any. He was enraged. I was blank. My feelings didn't betray me, I walked closer to him and said something I never thought I would. "Die. You disgust me, mortal" and suddenly he had a hole in his chest. I was covered in blood. I regained my normal self and saw myself covered in blood. "What happened? Why am I covered in blood?" I remembered everything which made me shocked. The last thing I remembered was the shouting of my name before I passed out.

I know. It sucks, doesn't it? I got no inspiration to write or draw so I kinda let myself get drowned with school work and eternally blaming my lazy self for not completing a single assignment. Well, this is Hitsu's past so be sure to read this when you have time. ~\(^°^ )
