Here is the new chapter as per schedule. And this chapter is in continuation with the last one but this time it is from the point of view of Samar Singh as it's important to know what actually happened inside the safe Chamber before Adhikshit had reached.

10th March 2021

"Flash Back Continues"

Samar's pov

We all were celebrating, happy for our next Legend, Adhikshit. But then the whole Valley shivered with the sudden attack.
The effect of the Blast was disastrous, our men were injured, I quickly guided Kids and Mothers and women to the safe bunkers.

I was puzzled, how was it possible for any intruder to plan such a massive attack.
We have had our warriors trained and I did not even receive any information regarding any disturbance.
Through out the Wedding ceremony I was linked with my soldiers.

I was explaining the possibilities of the counter-attack, King Vijay asked me to call Aadarsh as well.

When Aadarsh Informed that Roshni and Girls were alone, something pierced my brains.

Sugandha!
She has been weird these past days.
Especially, after our union, she was ignoring me. Initially I thought that may be she is busy with the wedding preparations but then she refused to live in our chamber. And I also felt that our Singha Bond was getting weak.
Our investigators too did her interview but there came nothing suspicious.

But my brain kept telling me that something was off with her.
I felt that she was not being involved with the Prides.
She never tried to mingle with them and was always ignoring such engagements, well except for the wedding.

What if what I have been feeling towards her these past days was correct?
What if she was a disguise???
I dreaded the situations if my intuitions were to come true!

I had not discussed about this possibility with anyone, not Adhikshit and not even Roshni when she warned me about her Dreams.

Alarmed, I rushed towards the Specail Chamber and definitely something was not right there.
I could sense it!

And as I entered I was thunder struck!
The whole chamber seemed to be spelled by Evil powers. The smoke was too much to ket you see anything clear.
I tried to concentrate on my Sigha powers but instead I felt a piercing pain in my Heart and I knew I had lost the battle!

My sixth sense was right all this while!

My Mate!
My mate had betrayed me!

She was standing there with Ahalya, who was also her partner in the betrayal. Sugandha looked possessed, her heart was cold and I am sure I saw her electric blue eyes, sending alarms to my brain.

She was the Traitor!
She was friends with our arch enemies, Nandingha!

My heart was bleeding... My Lion was wounded....his power weakened.
Because my other half had seized her share of potion.

Roshni and Aloki looked hurt and puzzled at this new Avatar of Sugandha. Well, I was too but I had to control my emotions. And stood behind a pillar to see what she was upto. The pain that emerged due to my mate's betrayal was sharp, I felt all my stomach getting twisted.
I was becoming powerless.!
What fate I have got! - I cursed Sugandha and myself

Well done Princess Aloki!
But too bad, you can not overcome our powers! - I heard her say

You Traitor!
I will kill you!
You will see how I behead the both of you! - roared Aloki without a fear

Aloki was fighting with the guards who were all imposters. My blood boiled at the deceive that my own mate had inflicted on us.
Aloki and Ahalya were fighting when I saw that Sugandha had placed a Silver Blue dagger right in Aloki's chest, precisely near her heart and I heard a piercing scream.

She Had Stabbed Aloki!!!
Sugandha had stabbed princess Aloki with a special Nandingha dagger.!
My heart was beating so fast that I thought it would jump out any time!

Blood rushed out of Aloki's wound and she fell on the ground with a thud....but I could not help her, atleast not yet.
I saw that Roshni ran to her and tried to stop the Bleeding but nothing worked....may be her powers were weak too.

I was shivering.....trying to wake up my Lion...who was drenched in tears.
He was deep in grief!
Once again, tried to get my powers active but I was feeling so weak and helpless....Sugandha had converted her share of Singha potion and I could do nothing other than being a mere witness of her betrayal. But this can not go on like that, I seized my Lion and then stopped the Bond. So what if I did not have the Singha powers with me, i was still well trained and I decided that I will fight against that Traitor.
She can not pass through me!

Sugandha might have felt the weakening effects and in a rush she walked upto Roshni and then I saw her taking out a glowing tube and before I could stop this, she pierced the tube on her neck and all the liquid seeped in Roshni's body!
I watched her bones turning into Jelly.

L...Leave me... Sugandha!
Leave....you.... You Swine!
Aloki needs me! - Roshni screamed at her in panick

Oh Queen, She won't survive!
Let her Be!
You just worry about Yourself Roshni!
You are soon going to going in a deep Slumber Queen! - replied Sugandha in a cold merciless tone

What deep Slumber???
Oh Goddess Parvati, keep Roshni safe from the evil clutches! - I prayed

W.... What ha...have you done to me???? - I heard Roshni asking Sugandha who in return just smirked

I saw Aloki had completely lost her consciousness and Roshni was no better, I felt her getting lightheaded and she wobbled as feathers...her eyes rolled back....her veins popped up and they seemed to explode and she too probably was loosing herself to darkness.!

That was my queue to stop the Madness!
Sugandha obviously had bigger vicious plans so i decided to step in. I knew I was weak without my Lion but I had vowed to protect the Singhas and my Prides!

Especially ROSHNI!!!!

There was no way I would let Sugandha or Ahalya harm our Future Queen!

She was our Protector!
The entire Prides depended on her powers and Her future children.

LET HER GO!!!!! - coming out of my hiding, I roared

Ahalya Smirked looking at me -

Oh, Look who is here Sister!!!

Your Mate!
Samar Singh!
The Loyal Singha Guard or The Dog!

I looked at Sugandha on this new found information who just nodded curtly at Ahalya!
Oh God!
Where is this going????
Ahalya had always been with us as far as I remember. So, all this while these two sisters were in contact with each other, planning against us.
Probably that is why we did not get anything suspicious when we found any clues, these two were sisters had planned everything cunningly! - I concluded

I glared at Sugandha who stood there shocked, no words were spoken between us... Our eyes talked and a helpless tear left my eyes and I saw an emotion pass through her eyes too but she quickly masked that and her eyes shooted Electric Blue again!

My heart once again Fluttered!
God!
Right now, I hated being weak infront of her!

But she was my mate and it was bound to happen! I could not bring myself to detach from her. My heart still longed for her...blame the Union!

But i had to be strong!
I had bigger reasons to think straight!
I had to rescue Aloki and Roshni.

When Roshni's dropping eyes found mine, she looked hopeful but the next moment her expressions changed, she looked frightened.

I frowned at her saddened and alarmed look.

Wasn't she happy to see me!?! - I was thinking but then I heard her shaking her head in fear.

NOOOO!!! - then I heard a scream escaped her throat

Why??
What was she thinking???

Anyway, obviously I could not read her so I let it be and turned towards Sugandha who had the dagger in her hand and i was not sure about whether she intended to strike Roshni and I roared -

Sugandha!!!!

Don't you Dare Touch Roshni!
Don't forget she is your Queen!!!

Drop your weapon!
You are not doing the right things!
I don't know why are you doing this or why you Betrayed my Love!
But this is going way to Far now!

Sugandha gritted her teeth and spat -

Wow....easy for you to say Samar Singh!
What do you know about me??? Han??

You found your mate in me and you took me as if my opinion did not matter to you!

Did you ever try to know about me?
Being my mate, Not for once you tried to understand my inner turmoils.
In fact you being this blind only helped me in my plans!

It was so easy to Trick you!
Atleast, my mate was useful in one way! - she mocked me

I was stunned at her outburst, then she continued -
I lost my father... My whole family because of that Vijay Raj Singhal and his obsession with Royalty!
He destroyed my life!
And I want revenge!

He thought that by taking Ahalya with him, he was doing me a favor. Very conveniently He chose Ahalya as she had Singha Attributes since beginning but ditched me as I was just a normal human to him. But fate had something else planned for me. It was in my teens that I discovered that I was not just a mere Human, I was a gifted Nandingha!

Do you even know, jow difficult it was to accept the changes???
No body was there to guide me how to cope with the pain when I shifted for the first time!
No body caressed me when my whole body endured the Heat!
But may be the power above us melted looking at my struggles, He sent my guardians!
My own Blood, Nandinghas!
And it was them who supported me in my initial struggles, so I will always be loyal to my blood!

And now it's Time for the Royal Singhas to pay up ! - she growled

Sugandha, you are not doing the right thing here!
I am sure whatever Singha King did, must be serving some purpose
He has never done unjust to his people! Besides, Roshni didn't do anything!
Why do you want to Harm her?? - I spoke

I don't care Samar!
You guys killed an innocent Family!
And now, it's Blood for Blood!

And to achieve that, Roshni is going to play the scapegoat for me! - she smirked looking at a weak Roshni

With Roshni's disappearance, I know the entire Prides will suffer. I want to see them begging!
I want to see That Vijay Raj Singhal go done on his knees!
And That will be my Revenge! - Sugandha was speaking like a possessed soul

Don't do this Sugandha!
You are clouded by their venomous words!
You don't even know whether they are facts or not?
Please Drop this idea!
I will support you, I will find out the real Truth behind the killing of your parents! - I tried to speak some sense into her brain

It's Too late to back Down Samar! - she whispered

You know Adhikshit is going to find you two then he is going to split your heads into two!
You know his powers are limitless! And he will never forgive traitors!
- I warned her

Oh, that time will never come my dear Mate! - scoffed Sugandha

I watched Aloki could hardly breathe, Roshni tried to sooth her pain but her hands were shaking, her powers did not work because of the Nandingha potion that Sugandha had Injected.

Roshni herself was loosing her consciousness and with helpless eyes she looked at Aloki was breathing her last. And I felt guilty!
As My mate was the reason behind this suffering!
I had decided that very instant that i would rather die as a loyal Singha than let my mate Harm the Prides!

Sugandha, if you are going to Harm Roshni or Aloki, then you have to Face me! - I roared with finality

Oh, so the loyal Fighter in you still wants to fight us!
Well, let me fulfill your wish before you Die as a Dog! - it was Ahalya who spoke this time

And before I could do anything I was surrounded by their guards. I looked at my mate for the last time with some emotion but she stood their emotionless!

I cut my Bond and prepared myself to fight my Last battle!
They all were Nandinghas!
I knew I was not going to make it, so switching back to my Singha, probably for the last time, I mind linked with King Vijay and told him about the deceit!
I asked to send Adhikshit, before something really evil possessed Roshni and Aloki!

I held my Singha Sword and began to attack our enemies.

It was One against All!

I continued to cut them down like a farmer in harvest season. Each strike felling, and dismembering, hungrily gnawing into their soft tissues and shattering bone.
I wanted to kill them all for making our land impure with their evilness.

The last guard fell to the floor with a dull wet thud from my Sword, his eyes wide as his last breath hissed out from his lungs and then lights left his eyes.

And I roared in high Spirit!

Both the evil sisters looked at me in Alarm!
I could tell they were scared of me!
Well, if I was going to die, I was not going without a fight!

I was rushing to Roshni to protect her from sugandha and the Ahlaya but then a deep mist of cloud circled me and like a black magic, in front of me appeared Nakshatrika, the evil sister of Nishan!

My while body shivered looking at her Cold eyes!

She seized me and my body turned stone!
My bones twisted painfully and I curled up in a Ball.
I was no match in front of her Powers!

She then Held Roshni on her back and then she smirked at me sadistically and gestured something to Sugandha.

And with that she was Gone!

And so was Roshni!!!!!!

I ran behind her with all my might......But next thing, I was Stabbed behind my Back!!!!

I closed my eyes feeling the excruciating pain..... Not on my Back.... But in my HEART!

Sugandha! - I whispered

It was my mate, who had stabbed me in my Back with the Nandingha Sword.

She had no regrets on her Face!
Not one Bit!

May be this is my Time to Go!

I did not know if I will rest in peace!

Her Betrayal will not let me Rest!

Her Betrayal might have detached my body from my soul and disintegrate in air but I know my soul will not be at Peace!

The only thing that brought a smile on my lips was the fact that I was dying on my Land, my valley!

The Himalayas!

May be if I am lucky I will be Born again in the nestle of our Heaven!

I watched the Evil sisters rushed out of the Chamber!

Before the final exit, Sugandha looked at me once......then She left me and Aloki in the pool of blood to die painfully without even uttering a Goodbye!

Atleast I deserved That!!!!

Helplessly, I watched Aloki who just managed to give me a sad smile.!

Before finally giving up in Darkness I prayed to Goddess Parvati that Adhikshit reaches soon and saves Aloki and Roshni before that evil Nakshatrika reached out of our land and his reach!

And then everything was Black!!!!

Phew*
Sugandha really turned out to be the Real Cruel!
She let her Mate die in front of her eyes!

Poor Samar, I hope atleast he rests in peace now!
But honestly I want him to come back and punish Sugandha for her Deceive!

So, I hope everything is clear now!

And Gear up as the final Fight is Close!
