*We see Mirabel and Isabela preparing for the escort mission. Isabela was sharpening the bows while Mirabel was busy checking the bullets. Isabela glanced at Mirabel*

Isabela:so...

Mirabel:no. You're not touching the guns

Isabela:oh come on! I've gotten better!

Mirabel:Isabela, last time you aimed the Winchester rifle the recoil was so hard it literally send you flying to the mud with a dislocated shoulder

Isabela: it was one time! I'm better now!

Mirabel:your right is just one time because I banned you from touching them

*Isabela huffed and puffed. She kept sharpening the arrow heads with a scowl on her face. Mirabel looked at her and gave a small groan*

Mirabel:if I give you a revolver will it make you feel better?

*Mirabel had to look another way to not be blinded by Isabela's bright smile. She went running to the gun trunk, opened it and took out the first revolver she saw with star on her eyes*

Mirabel:I'm already regretting giving you that. Come on we gotta meet jack, he's the one with the map

Isabela:yes ma'am

*Isabela said putting her bow on her back and holding on to the gun. Mirabel but the Winchester rifle on her back and held her crossbow*

Mirabel:you got everything?

Isabela:yup, we should be good to go

*Isabela said while she played with the gun fake shooting it at placed much to Mirabel's annoyance*

Mirabel:Isabela that's not a toy now stop it or your staying behind

Isabela:boo your no fun, where's that firecracker that comes up with freaky ideas on how to have fun huh~?

*Isabela said softly on mirabel's ear making the poor girl shiver and for her knees to grow weak. She gave Isabela a blushing glare as she walked out*

Isabela:come now Mirabel we wouldn't want to be late!~

*Mirabel growled but followed behind Isabela, in the end they ended up walking to Jack's location while holding hands. It took a few hours of walking but they made it to the meet up point where Jack was there holding a map and a sawed off shot gun*

Mirabel:my oh my, does your daddy know you have his gun or did you "borrow it" from him

Jack: piss off, he gave it to me to get my woman

Mirabel:yeah, that sounds like John. Can't imagine that Abigail was all that impressed with his kind of advice

Jack:she's not, she's still against all of this. She told me to tell you that she's gonna kill you for accepting this mission

*Mirabel just laughed as she waved his hand dismissively*

Mirabel:If the miracle and this forest hasn't killed me, what chances does your mother of even hurting me

Jack:the fact that she can force you on that dress is prove enough for me that she'll put the fear of God in you

*Mirabel's laughter died out as Isabela giggled seeing Mirabel grumbled some kind of excuse*

Mirabel:a..anyway! Show me the map, where the hell is this town anyhow? Does it have a name?

Jack:ah....I don't know actually, never asked for the name of the place. But here you go

*Jack passed the map to Mirabel who looked at it and then her compass*

Mirabel:alright, let's get going we're loosing daylight. This way

*Mirabel closed the map and walked ahead of the two taller people who followed behind her*

Isabela:aww are those flowers I see sticking out of your backpack?

Jack:w..well uh, mama told me to always give girls flowers when you meet them

Mirabel:funny, you gave me a book when you met me

Jack; like I said mama said to give GIRLS flowers

Mirabel;and like I said....oh you mother fucker!!

*Isabela and jacked laughed at Mirabel who gave an annoyed huff, keeping her gaze forward*

Isabela:she's so adorable. You think this girl you like will be like my little mirabel?

Jack:don't know, from what I've read, she's quite the lovely and charming woman, with a deep passion for literature. Oh I can't wait to show her the story I've been working on

Isabela:what's it about?

Jack:oh uh I..it's not finished yet, but it's about this green hair boy in a world of magical powers and he was born without any

Mirabel:.  .  .suck to be him I guess, he'll have to work hard to be seen as a EQ...

Jack:so then this ancient man comes and gives him powers!

*Mirabel stopped walking, turned around and looked at Jack with an unamused expression*

Mirabel:wait up wait up, so he just...gets powers? Just like that? That is so stupid. If he was gonna get powers anyway why not make him have them from birth?

Jack:so that the readers will know that he has struggled and deserves it

Mirabel:oh please that's such bullshit. I've been through hell and back do I magically deserve magical powers from an old man?

Jack:you deserve the powers to shut up, that's what you deserve

*The two started to bicker while they followed Isabela who now had the map*

Mirabel:life is a horrible place where you have to struggle every day just to be heard, your character is just a weakling that couldn't hack it in the real world

Jack:that is so not true, he's still gonna struggle! He'll have trouble mastering his powers!

*Mirabel raised her hands in to the air outraged as they walked through a river hopping from rock to rock*

Mirabel:and when he does what? He'll be so overpowered that nothing could ever be a challenge for him except world ending events? Next time leave the story writing to the professionals

Jack:you win one competition, one!! And suddenly you're a professional?

Isabela:wait.... mirabel you wrote a book?

Mirabel:w...well not a book per say, it was a short story

*Mirabel said with an embarrassed blush. Isabela grinned excitedly as she passed the map to jack who was now leading the charge*

Isabela:oh you have to let me read it! I'm sure it's great!

Mirabel;....yeah, there's not a snowball chance in hell that I'll let that happen

Isabela:aw come on, I'm sure it was amazing! Jack what was it about?

Mirabel:jack don't you dare!!

Jack:let's see, if my memory is serving me right. It was about this woman that could make flowers falling in love with a maid without powers

*Isabela and mirabel both blushed for VERY different reasons. Isabela looked at mirabel with a small grin*

Isabela:huh, that sounds awfully familiar mira~

Mirabel:shut it before I push you down a flight of stairs

*Isabela hugged from behind as they walked rubbing her face on mirabel's cheek making her even more red and annoyed*

Mirabel:I told you I hate it when you do this

Isabela:hm~ wonder how long you had a crush on your big sister

*Isabela whispered to Mirabel's ear, Mirabel managed to scramble away and walk next to jack. Isabela couldn't help but giggle*

Mirabel:I'm gonna change the ending, the princes is gonna die chocking on her own flowers!

Isabela:but who fed her the flower?!~

Mirabel:argh!!!

*Mirabel's feet started to stomp as she walked while Isabela kept teasing her, jack looked the two with a small smile*

Jack:you two make quite the couple. Hopefully me and my honey won't be like that

Mirabel:trust me, no matter what you do. I don't think you'll ever be like me and Isabela

*Mirabel and Isabela looked at each other, even after Isabela annoying her mirabel could manage to give her a genuine smile and Isabela smiled back*

Isabela:yup we're quite unique

Mirabel:alright that's enough mushy crap, sun's going down, let's bunker down on that cave before the demons come out

*The 3 of them walked inside the cave, Isabela walked deeper making sure it was safe, jack started building a fake wall of branches putting them in the entrance, and Mirabel started making a fire so they don't freeze to death*

Mirabel:alright everything is set, come get some food, we're having dried meats

Jack:that's fine, just try to keep your hands to yourself. It'll be unfair if you two are having fun when I can't get any

*Jack said sitting down next to the fire, he grabbed some of the jerky and started chewing them while Mirabel sat at the other side*

Mirabel:your mother would slap you for talking like that. Oh it makes me proud, but I promise nothing. I have no control over her

Jack:so the big mean one arm woman is scared of her girlfriend? Ha! If the villagers could see you now

*Mirabel glared at him as she chomped down on the meat roughly her annoyance level reached it's peak having to deal with Isabela and jack*

Mirabel:I would glare at them, yell and point my guns at them, don't forget that there's a reason I'm respected and FEARED in that village

Jack:Uhu, like my daddy isn't?

Mirabel:compared to me? he's wolf chow

*Mirabel jumped when she felt the arms of Isabela wrapped around her neck from behind. Jack smirked at the growing blush on mirabel's face*

Isabela:so....tell me more about this princess~?
