*the members of the madrigal family except Julieta remained seated waiting for breakfast made by Luisa, no one was talking, no one made a sound the only sound in the room was alma drumming her fingers on the hardwood table, dolores couldn't help but noticed the black eye her tío Agustin now sported and the absolutely furious expression on Alma's face, Dolores kept her head down and arms on her legs to not cause any trouble but as se was looking down she saw it, she saw Camilo looking at him,another hit of guilt hit her since before she would give Camilo food under the table as they waited but she hasn't done that in years she couldn't do that she couldn't risk losing her reward for giving food even if it was her own brother*

Alma:Luisa what's taking so long?!

Luisa:a..almost ready abuela just a bit longer!

*The panic on Luisa's voice was evident it made Isabela sick that alma was talking that way to her last remaining hermana but she could do nothing but remained there with the same plastic smile since the perfect madrigal "does not spend time in the kitchen" god forbid that Isabela breaks a nail helping her sister, after a bit Luisa came in with the breakfast for everybody putting it on the table Camilo went first but his hand was slapped away by alma who glared at him who in turn made Pepa glare at her mother but kept her mouth shut repeating the montra*

Alma:before we eat we must say grace and i have to tell you all you're chores for today

Isabela"we've been waiting here an hour and you couldn't do that then?!"

*Alma started talking it took another 30 minutes before everyone could eat*

Alma:Camilo you're serving yourself last for that stunt you pulled before

*Camilo bit his tongue and nodded Felix wanted to say something anything to call alma out but when he felt his wife hand on his leg it stopped him knowing she didn't want an argument she just wanted him to let it go, felix gave a small sigh and served himself after another 5 minutes that felt like 20 for Camilo he finally grabbed his plate of food and started eating*

Alma:now everyone i have such wonderful news?

Camilo"your finally dying?"

Alma:today I expect you all to finish you're works 2 hours early in order to return here and get properly bathed and dressed i will not accept any excuse just because Julieta didn't want to complete her duties today means you all can't do you're am i understood?

Everyone:yes abuela

Alma:now since everyone is finished off you all go except you Luisa do the dishes then go to the Osvaldo farm the donkeys has gotten out again

Luisa:si abuela....

Alma:good now everyone leave an serve the community

*Slowly everyone got up and left with alma being the first to leave,Luisa got up and started picking up the plates feeling bad for herself and Camilo since both of them weren't aloud to finish There meals*

With Mirabel

*We see Mirabel hiding in a bush seeing a fox trying to hunt a squirrel*

Josiah:my what a most wonderful creature wouldn't you agree?

Mirabel:ah!!!

*Mirabel jumped out of the bush scaring the near by animals away making her groan and glare at the strange man who paid her no mind and just lifted his hand up as a bird flew on it*

Mirabel:who the hell are you and what the hell are you doing here this is....

Josiah: Hosea Matthews place i know I'm a friend like Charles and uncle

Mirabel:nice to meet you and again do you realize you made me scare off every animal in the area?

*Mirabel said putting her hands on her hip with an angry expression on her face making him chuckle she reminded him of his cat back at home*

Josiah:my apologies my darling girl i was simply curious of what you were doing

Mirabel: practicing My bow skills

Josiah:ah i see and why hunt an animal? Couldn't you practice on a tree?

Mirabel:a tree doesn't move

Josiah:hm....

Mirabel:what? What do you want to say with that hm?

Josiah:me? Oh nothing, nothing, it just seems you're hunting the animals to get out some frustrations

Josiah:yes you're probably right, a runaway girl with no family couldn't have any deep seeded resentment inside her now could she?

*Mirabel scoffed and grabbed the arrows that fell on the ground when she screamed*

Mirabel:screw them all who needs them love is nothing more then a silly dream for fools

Josiah:silly? My dear how can romance ever be silly? It's all we have

*Mirabel spit on the ground at the very notion of love and walked back to the farm she had chores to do anyway better then staying there with this strange man, Josiah sighed with a smile on his face as he walked back with her seeing Mirabel as a stray cat she'll need time to open up but Josiah knows she will eventually be part of the van der linde gang like little jack*

Back to encanto

*Somehow Everyone managed to finish there chores 2 hours early everyone was miserable they're muscles hurt and just wanted the day to end we see them all dressed to the nines waiting for alma as more and more villagers came inside Casita alma must have spread the word since it looked like a festivity, even Julieta was convinced to come out of her room dressed but she didn't talk to anyone especially agustin whenever he tried Julieta would just look at him at his other good eye almost as a warning for him if he wants a repeat of the morning, after a bit of waiting in came alma with the Guzman, Agustin seeing this Gave a breath of relief and walked next to alma*

Alma:everyone may i have you're attention please

*All eyes were on them Julieta was glancing at Agustin suspiciously*

Alma:i know everyone must be exited for the reason I've called you all here for you see Agustin has planned the most wonderful of ideas for years the madrigal and the Guzman have been the 2 most powerful members of the encanto and Agustin decided it was time for our families to stand united

Agustin:Isabela could you come up?

*Dolores and Isabela both they're eyes opened in shock as Isabela felt absolutely sick her plastic smile and expression broke for a moment and she actually showed emotion, fear*

Alma:isabela.here.now

*Alma said in a stern tone making Isabela flinch and put her smiling face back on and walked up to them her legs shaking a bit as she made it next to Mariano who was smiling oblivious do it all, alma grabbed hold of both there hands and joined them together*

Alma:as of this moment you two will start dating Mariano is the best Boy in the encanto it is what's best for the village

Agustin:now alma don't get ahead of yourself they're not getting married this moment they'll date first and get to know each other more until they are 21

*Isabela felt as if she was suffocating she wasn't even 21 and her entire life was being decided by her grandmother and father two being who should want her to live her life they just ended it as Isabela will die at the age of 21 and become just a house wife,as the crowd cheered for them no one noticed 3 thing, no one noticed Dolores running to her room, no one noticed the absolute murderous expression Julieta was giving Agustin and finally no one noticed the single tear that fell from Isabela's face*
