We see Yajin standing on top of a mountain, a calm but stern look on his face as he looks at the full moon. For a moment, the moon gave off an ominous aura, making his eyes flash red, before looking down and closing his eyes.

How do we know which road to take
When temptation leads the way
Follow our virtue
Where it will lead us

Images of Ragnarok, Savitar, the LOV, and DeVoe appear in his mind, making him grit his teeth in anger. But what made him loose it, was a brief flash of the horror's Gyuro has down, as he exploded in an aura of flames.

As the story goes
Shrouded in mystery
Fate bestowing down upon me strength to carry through
Scarlet, hear me now

Light will shed hope on our forsaken souls

Daizo and Kahn are seen flying fast towards somewhere, as Akemi and Kenji both took a fighting stance, with an image of Gyuro smirking face could be seen. Yajin, with his eyes closed is seen standing in a dark void as Gyuro's smirking face appeared, as his body was glowing red before a torrent of flames covers the screen as the title card comes in.

Gaia Arc

Though every sign is pointing me away
The question still remains

Kratos, sitting in his chair, is watching the citizens of Gaia Island interact with the students of Class 1-A, with Mineta using a pickup line on Himeno, Suma, and Nier, only for Himeno to smack him away causing everyone to have a deadpanned look.

Another voice is telling me to stay
Have faith inside of you
Don't run from the reality
That stands before you

Kenji is seen looking ahead, images of Yajin, Daizo, Kahn, and Akemi flashing in his mind when he met, but not knowing who they are. He shakes the thoughts off, taking a stance and transforms into a Super Saiyan, his purple aura dancing around him like fire. Unaware of the others watching from a distance, a look of shock on their faces.

Give me the wisdom to unravel every tangled thread
Running within my every vein
Save me from silence drowning me inside of my head
Before the remedy is forever lost again

We get a flashback of Yajin giving a look of pure hatred towards Gyuro, having seen what he did and recognizing the bodies around him, as Gyuro had no look of remorse on his face, before he rushes towards Yajin.

We then cut back to the present, as Yajin is seen giving him the same look as before, then transforms into his Super Saiyan form, with Gyuro channeling his demonic aura, as the two of them charged towards each other, creating a shockwave.

As the story goes

Both sides started to clash with each other, trading punches and kicks, as Gyuro grabbed Yajin and slammed him to the ground, his hand around his neck, as Yajin tried his best to free himself. We get one final flashback of the two of them having smiles on their faces before cutting back to now, as Yajin grit his teeth before letting out a primal roar, his aura exploding once more, as the scene fades to black.

Yajin and Gyuro stood their ground as they were waiting for a chance to strike. Gyuro rushed in first as his hands formed into sickles.

Gyuro and Yajin blades were connected with intense force as Yajin remembered how Gyuro changed so much from a kind and quiet boy to someone who wanted blood from the world.

Gyuro - Blood Demon Art: Flying Blood Sickles!

Shooting out blades from his hands as Yajin countered every slash and noticed something about them.

Yajin - Their soft...too soft for me to even cut. I need to figure out something.

Quickly blasting the slashes away as Gyuro went right up to Yajin's face and was able to give a small cut to his cheek. Each strike was fast as Yajin was on the defensive with Gyuro moving around in an unfamiliar way than he did before.

Yajin - He's moving like if he was a praying mantis.

Using his speed, he was able to kick him back and shot a beam of energy from his eyes. Gyuro crossed his arms as the blast hit him head on.

Yajin caught his breath and something was slightly wrong.

Gyuro - Not bad. You're definitely much stronger than you were five years ago. Actually way stronger.

Yajin - I wasn't obviously just gonna relax knowing people like you were out there. I was trained in many different ways after last time.

Gyuro - At least this won't be boring like last time.

Daizo and Kage passed them as they continued their fight, trying to use every opportunity he could to help out Gyuro as Kage threw several spears.

Noticing the spears, Gyuro kept being on the offensive as Yajin felt the spears coming towards him but he couldn't find a chance to escape.

Yajin - I'm cornered!

Yajin - Gohan?!

Kenji had arrived ready to fight alongside the others.

Yajin - What the hell are you doing here?!

Kenji - Sorry but I couldn't just watch you fight and not help out anyway I could.

Yajin - Damn it. Just stay behind and follow my lead.

Kenji nodded as both took their stances and Gyuro looked annoyed but he did smile and started chuckling as he saw Yajin slowly catch his breath.

Yajin - What is so damn funny?

Gyuro - At first I was surprised on how you were alive since my sickles are drenched with deadly poison. I was thinking that you were immune but look at you. You're slowly needing to catch your breath.

Yajin stabbed the ground as he stood up and looked confident.

Yajin - So what?! I'm not tired, I'm just getting started and plus a little poison helps me get warmed up.

He stood up with a smile however Kenji and Dai looked at him and the latter could see someone in him. It reminded him of the smiling boy of Kyuyo.

Yajin - Come on!

Gyuro - Fine...Die.

Gyuro aura bursted as he took a familiar stance and said the words that Yajin hated.

"Shadow Development: Cursed Death"

Both fighters ran at each other at blinding speeds and Dai could see he was fighting exactly the same as "that" day.

Gyuro - Don't you see that all of this fighting is futile. You could have joined the shadows with me and Niara!

Yajin - The shadows come with a cost, a person's humanity! Kyuyo told you these words before and yet you still believe that.

Gyuro - Kyuyo was a fool.

Both were inside a home and continued the fight as Gyuro dodged most of the lethal attacks as Yajin cut off a leg and an arm however Gyuro quickly regenerated his leg and used it to kick Yajin back.

The force was strong enough to make Yajin crash back to where both started the fight.

Kenji - Master Goku!

Yajin stood up and kept taking small breaths with Gyuro walking and having a devious smile on his face.

Yajin didn't waste anytime and Kenji joined him this time as both attacked from each side.

Gyuro - Blood Technique: Rotated Slashes!

Both were close to get hit but in the last second, Yajin lightly kicked Kenji back as he did his best to counter the attack.

Yajin - Phoenix Flames: Burning Resounding Slashes!

Quickly creating small energy blasts as he threw them and Kenji did his best to defend with all of the slashes.

Yajin's blades were covered in fire as he started to increase his speed and slashes the energy blast causing explosions that canceled the attacks.

After stopping the attack, Yajin looked across the battlefield to see that Gyuro was gone.

Yajin - Kenji, be on guard!

More attacks were coming from behind as a sword was thrown and cancelled the attack. Yajin grabbed it quickly and slashed the attacks.

Nier - Yajin!

Yajin - Nier?!

Nier - Don't worry about me you just fin-mmph!

Gyuro grabbed her face as he looked right into her eyes.

Gyuro - Interrupting this fight...will cost you blood.

Yajin - NIER!!!

He ran to her however Kage got between him as he started to fight him and he couldn't get away from him to save her.

Yajin - Nier.

Kratos - Kyuyo!

Gyuro punched Kyuyo right on his ribs hearing them crack and delivered a strong punch to his face. Backing away with half of his face being covered in blood.

Kyuyo - Inferno Tiger!

His sword created a spirited tiger as it roared and ran towards Gyuro, however he smiled again while taking another stance.

Gyuro - Disorder!

A dark aura covered him with him letting out a small laugh enjoying the fight as he ran and punched the tiger causing a massive explosion.

Everyone could see Kyuyo taking a few breaths and noticed something purple on his face. It was poison.

Gyuro - Don't tell me it's over.

Suma and Nier arrived with something in their hands as Thor and Hercules saw them arrive and ask them for a spell.

Yajin started to wake up as he saw Kyuyo standing there on one knee catching his breath and he tried his best to stand but he was in so much pain.

Kyuyo - Yajin...please take care of your mother. Once you go back to Japan, become the hero that I know you can be. Never forget where you came from.

Yajin - ...kyuyo...please....don't.

He got on one knee as Kyuyo took a stance with his power being felt as everyone could feel that something was different.

Himeno - Yajin!

He turned to see a pair of dual swords being thrown to his direction as he tried to grab them but he couldn't. They were dropped nearby as he held his stomach in pain and ran to them.

Gyuro - So this is how it ends huh?

Kyuyo - Master...thank you so much for teaching me so much. Mother, please forgive me.

Niara knew what this meant as she couldn't watch and tried to break the barrier but her power wasn't enough.

An amazing aura started to form around Kyuyo as he held his sword with all of his strength.

"I will see my duty fulfilled!"

Yajin's eyes turned to a fiercer red as he kicked Kage back and Daizo held him in a full nelson and flew back to where they couldn't interfere.

Yajin - I'm not losing another person today!

Kenji ran to them as something started to boil as he felt so much rage and in an instant he saw a chance.

'SLASH'

Kenji was able to save Nier as both backed away and Yajin kicked him back and rushed forward, both continued their fight as Gyuro grabbed his neck and slammed his body down.

Gyuro - You'll die today.

Yajin - Not today, Not Now!

He opened his mouth and shot an energy blast from his mouth, connecting the blast directly right on his face as Gyuro screamed in pain and he looked at Yajin's direction in anger however he saw that Yajin no longer held his dual swords but Nier's sword and had a familiar stance.

Gyuro - So you want to try this. Then go for it.

The drones were able to watch the fight as Kratos looked at the stance and most of the villagers knew who's stance that was with most of Class 1A being worried.

Yajin - Flame Technique: Esoteric Art...
Kyuyo - Flame Technique: Esoteric Art...

Dai watched on as the similarities were no longer being memory, it was now pure intention of imitation.

"Set your heart ablaze, overcome your limits!"

Yajin - I am the Phoenix Hashira: Son Goku! 9th Form - Kyuyo!
Kyuyo - I am the Phoenix Hashira: Kyuyo Hidashi! 9th Form - Yajin!

(An homage to each other, both being brothers in battle and making their strongest move the name of their friend)

Gyuro - Cursed Death: Annihilation Type!

Taking a step as it broke the ground and a burst of fire with a Phoenix being the only thing seen by the others as the Hashira went at Gyuro at full force.

Kenji - Master Goku!
Yajin - Kyuyo!

Gyuro smiling as he blocked the initial strike however both met each other in a ball of fire as he swung his sword down with Gyuro laughing, as it cut through his arm however he lifted his sword again and went for another strike however the next one was targeted for his neck.

Gyuro pushed the sword down as it went down to his stomach with it starting to hurt even more as he gritted his teeth when the flames bursted out from the sword but he twisted his hands and screamed out with all of his strength. Lifting the sword as it cut through Gyuro and caused a small tornado of fire.

Kahn ran towards the forest with Akemi doing the same, Izuku clenched his fist as he ran with them and wanted to make sure that his cousin was still okay.

Kenji held Nier close as he covered her so she wouldn't fly away as the fire tornado died down. Daizo and Kage looked to see the result of the attack however the result shocked both. Kenji quickly looked and was also shocked. The drone that watched the fight made everyone shocked to the result.

Yajin watched the smoke go down as Kratos and everyone else couldn't believe what happened.

A fist was piercing a stomach, blood dripping from the latter.
A fist was piercing a chest, the latter coughing out some blood.

Yajin cried out in disbelief as he saw Kyuyo impaled.

Kenji and Nier couldn't believe it as Gyuro had struck Yajin through the chest.

History has repeated and sadly the enemy has survived again.
