Everyone was in the Quinjet as Goku was helping Clint by healing his wound and Natasha smiled at him as she gave him a small sedative to let him relax.

Goku walked towards the scepter but his mind was still on that vision was it a trick or a memory that he could never remember.

Natasha was talking to Bruce since both have gotten a lot closer as friends but Goku could tell they liked each other.

Natasha - Thor report on the Hulk.

Thor - The gates of Hel are filled with the screams of his victims.

Goku spat out his water out of laughter and Natasha gave Thor a disbelief look more of a "why the hell would you say that?" look.

Thor - N-Not the screams of the dead of course. Wounded screams mainly whimpering. Great deal of complaining and tales of sprained deltoids and gout.

Goku - Nice save.

Thor just gave him a slight punch in the arm as Goku just chuckled and looked at the scepter going back on his memory.

Tony - Feels good huh? You've been after this since S.H.I.E.L.D collapsed. Not that I haven't enjoyed our little raiding parties.

Thor - No but this..this does bring it to a close.

Steve - As soon as we figure out what else Strucker used it for. Since when Strucker was capable of human enhancement.

Goku - Strange.

Thor - What is it young one?

Goku - That gem is giving off a strong energy but something much more weirder it's really hard to fully explain.

Tony - Me and Banner will give it a rundown until it goes back to Asgard. Before the farewell party. You both are staying right?

Goku nodded as Thor agreed and called them all revels as they landed back at Avengers Tower. Which was cool for Goku since the tower was pretty close to Queens.

Natasha and Clint went with Dr. Cho to help heal him. As Goku and Steve walked with Maria Hill.

Steve - The Enhanced?

Maria - Wanda and Pietro Maximoff. Twins. Orphan at 10 when a shell collapsed in their apartment building. Sokovia has had a rough history. It's nowhere special but it's on the way to everywhere special.

Goku - Their abilities?

Maria - He's got increased metabolism and improved thermal homeostasis. Her thing is neural electric interfacing, telekinesis, mental manipulation.

Steve looks at her with a confused look, though Goku just smiled as he explained in simple terms.

Goku - Super Speed and Mind Abilities.

Steve - Well their gonna show up again.

Maria - Agreed. Files says they volunteered for Struckers experiments. Its nuts.

Steve - Right. Who in their right mind would let a german scientist experiment on them?

Maria - We're not at war Captain.

Goku - They are.

The elevator closed as Steve noticed Goku's strange attitude.

Steve - Is something wrong? You've been acting weird ever since you got the scepter.

Goku - No its just something on my mind. Nothing to worry about. So your gonna go to the party?

Steve - Yeah. If I didn't Tony would tell a rumor or the "incident" that happened.

Goku - Just be sure to watch your language.

Steve chuckled, Goku smiled and gave him a wink and thumps up as he walked to meet with Barton.

Tony - And Helen I expect you to be at the party on Saturday.

Helen - Unlike you I don't have much time for parties.....will Thor be there?

Goku - Yep so go and get your dream angel girl.

Helen blushed as Goku walked towards Barton and gave him a little pat as he went to his room and took a shower but again with the vision. Mostly just the man and woman that "maybe" sent him away.

He brushed off the thoughts and got ready with a nice dark red dress shirt and black jean pants.

Steve - Not bad you dress up nice.

Goku - Thanks.

The party started as many people showed up and this was new for Goku since he never has been at a party and it was his first time drinking. He literally spat out whiskey but not tequila.

Goku - It's not bad but Mom did say know my limit.

Goku walked around and talked to many people but was sure to stick around with either Thor, Steve and Hill.

After a while Goku just watched the party go by as he felt a bad feeling for no reason. He drank a few more drinks and for any normal person they would be completely drunk but he was perfectly fine. In no time everyone was gone and Goku finally felt comfortable with the people he usually hangs out with.

Clint - It's a trick

Thor - No, no, it's much more than that.

Clint - Ah whoever be he worthy shall haveth the power. Whatever man! It's a trick.

Thor - Please be my guest.

Clint - Really.

Goku - Now this is gonna be good.

Tony - Clint you've had a tough week. We won't hold it against you if you can't get it up.

Everyone laughed as Clint kept his cocky attitude as he walked right in front of Mjolnir

Clint - You know I've seen this before, right?

He tries to lift it but nothing not even a flinch as Tony went up next.

Rhodey - Uh oh.

Tony - Never one to shrink from an honest challenge.

Clint - Get after it

Tony - It's physics. Right, so if I lift it I then rule Asgard?

Thor - Yes, of course.

Tony - I will be reinstituting Prima Nocta.

He tries but nothing as he grabbed his armor glove but nothing even with Rhodey nothing. Bruce tried as he let out a hulk roar but it just made him a little embarrassed.

Steve stood up next as he rolled up his sleeves and everyone was watching.

Clint - Come on Cap.

Steve lifts but it only flinches and this got the attention of both Goku and Thor as they noticed. He pulled one more but nothing.

Thor - Haha nothing haha.

Tony - And?

Bruce - Widow?

Nat - Oh no. That's not a question I need answered. What about you Goku? Maybe your worthy?

Goku got a little nervous but he got up and went towards it. Now everyone was staring and Goku powered up slowly and lifted the hammer. Out of nowhere his face was met with Mjolnir and he fell to the ground but no one moved this shocked them as Goku held his face in pain but he noticed his hand was holding Mjolnir.

Goku - Hey guys look I guess I can lift it. It's really hard but it not really heavy. Cool.

Thor - Looks like he is...worthy.

Nat - Right in that godly pride.

Everyone laughed as Goku swung the hammer for a bit but he just gave it back to Thor.

Thor - No Young one you got that power and you can now rule Asgard.

Goku - Why would I want that? I don't want hand out power. Plus it was never mine to begin with, thanks but no thanks. I want to get stronger my way. Not by items or hand outs.

Thor - Young Goku just know you will always be worthy.

Everyone smiled as Nat pat his head and gave him a kiss on his head as he smiled but their smiles went away when they felt a high intense sound in their ears.

??? - Woorthyyy.

Everyone got their attention towards a messed up Iron Legion as it started speaking.

??? - No. How could you be worthy? Your all killers.

Steve - Stark.

??? - I'm sorry I was asleep or I was a dream

Tony - We got a buggy suit.

??? - I kept hearing this terrible noise. And I was tangled in...in strings.

Goku fist clenched as he was on guard ready for a fight as his left hand slowly grew a small aura of fire.

??? - I had to kill the other guy. He was a good guy.

Steve - You killed someone.

??? - Wouldn't have been my first call. But down in the real world were faced with ugly choices.

Goku - Who sent you?

The suit played a recording of Tony speaking.

Tony - I see a suit of armor around the world.

Bruce - Ultron.

Ultron - In the flesh. Or no, not yet. Not this chrysalis. But I'm ready. I'm on a mission.

Nat - What mission?

Ultron - Peace in our time.

3 Iron Legion bust through the wall as many took cover but Goku and Thor pushed them away and Steve covered a blow but was still pushed to the ground.

Goku flipped as he noticed his power pole was hanged but he couldn't focus on that now.

Clint and Rhodey were pushed away as Ultron blasted Rhodey to the hangar of the Quinjet.

Maria - Rhodey!

Natasha and Banner jumped to the other side of the bar. Steve jumped on one of the legions but he then was pushed towards a wall as he crashed and fell.

Goku jumped over the rail as he grabbed his power pole and noticed Thor threw one of the legions to the ground and it started floating and it was ready to attack Helen but Goku struck the legion right in its head as he grabbed Helen and carried her to an area where she wouldn't get hurt.

Clint threw Cap's Shield as he caught it and shot it straight through the legion destroying it.

Ultron - That was dramatic. I'm sorry I know you mean well you didn't think it through. You wanna protect the world but you don't want it to change. How is humanity saved if it's not allowed to...evolve. With these...these puppets.

He breaks a legions face as he lets it go.

Ultron - There's only one path to peace. The Avengers extinction.

Goku shot a blast towards Ultron destroying him but he heard his last words.

Ultron - (singing) I had strings but now I'm free....

In Sokovia Ultron was making more copies of himself.

The Avengers had grouped together in a lab as everyone started discussing what happened.

Bruce - All our work is gone. Ultron used the internet as an escape route.

Steve - Ultron.

Nat - He's been in everything. Files, surveillance. Probably knows more about us than we know about each other.

Rhodey - He's in your files. He's in the internet, what if he decided to unleash something a little more exciting?

Maria - Nuclear Codes.

Nat - Nukes? He said he wanted us dead.

Goku - He didn't say dead he said extinct.

Clint - He also said he killed someone.

Maria - But there wasn't anyone else in the building.

Tony - Yes there was.

Stark bring up the now destroyed 3D image of Jarvis. Everyone watch in shock and devastation.

Bruce - This is insane.

Steve - Jarvis was the first line of defense. He would've shut Ultron down, it makes sense.

Bruce - No, Ultron could've assimilated Jarvis. This isn't strategy, this is...rage.

Thor then came in as he grabbed Tony by his throat and lifts him up which surprised everyone.

Tony - Come on. Use your words, buddy.

Thor - I have more than enough words to describe you, Stark.

Goku grabbed Thor's arm as he gave him a look that told him "not right now". Thor let go of Stark as he gave Goku a small pat as he turned around in annoyance.

Goku - The Legionnaire.

Thor - Trail went cold about a hundred miles out but it's north, and it has the scepter. Now we have to retrieve it, again.

Nat - The genie's out of that bottle. Clear and present is Ultron.

Helen - I don't understand. You built this program. Why is it trying to kill us?

Tony just started to slowly laugh, and this confused everyone though making some even more mad. Bruce shakes his head, trying to tell him to stop.

Thor - You think this is funny?

Tony - No. It's probably not, right? Is this very terrible? Is it so...is it so...it is. It's so terrible.

Thor - This could've been avoided if you hadn't played with something you don't understand.

Tony - No, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. It is funny, It's a hoot that you don't get why we need this.

Bruce - Tony now maybe this might not be the time to...

Tony - Really? That's it? You just roll over, show your belly, every time somebody snarls. 

Bruce - Only when I've created a murder bot.

Tony - We didn't. We weren't even close. Were we close to an interface?

Steve - Well you did something right and you did it right here. The Avengers are supposed to be different than S.H.I.E.L.D.

Tony - Anybody remember when I carried a nuke through a wormhole? Saved New York. Recall that? A hostile alien army came charging through a hole in space. We're standing three hundred feet below it. We're the Avengers. We can bust arms dealers all live long day, but that up there? That's...that's the endgame. How do you plan on beating that?

Steve - Together. 

Tony -We'll lose.

Goku - Then we'll do that together, too. Thor's right. Ultron's calling us out and it's better to find him before he's ready for us. The world's a big place so let's start making it smaller.
