Tuxedo Mask was slowly wandering around in a strange foggy environment.

Suddenly the fog parted to reveal the same crystal palace that he had been dreaming about constantly lately. And on the balcony was the moon princess. Though her face was still shrouded making Tuxedo Mask unable to tell who she was.

"Tuxedo Mask," she called out to the hero.

"I'm here Princess," he replied, "but please can you show me your face? I need to know who you are so I can find you!"

"Find the imperial silver crystal," the woman said, "if you find it we can be together again."

"I know that but why is the crystal so important?"

"It's the key to everything," the moon princess explained, "it's the key to freeing me."

"How will I find it?" He asked.

"Find the rainbow crystals they will help."

With that the foggy landscape shattered around him. Oscar snapped awake and began breathing heavily as he looked down at his sheets.

"I-I need some air," he said to himself before opening his screen door and going  over to his balcony.

He leaned against it and ran his fingers through his hair.

"What is it with this dream?" Oscar asked himself, "could I really be Tuxedo Mask? And if I am why don't I remember? Well at any rate the princess in my dream wants me to find those rainbow crystals, whatever they are, so that's what I'm going to do."

"Neo," Queen Salem called.

The mute young woman stepped forward and bowed.

"I must commend you on your successful retrieval of the first rainbow crystal. But remember there are still six more to be found."

Neo nodded, "understood majesty."

She held the dark crystal over her head. "Dark crystal I command you! Show me another one of the holders of the rainbow crystals."

In the crystal's reflection she saw the face of a preacher appear.

"There we are. This human shall be my next target." The villainess smirked.

The next morning Ruby was once again back at school but she found that she was having a hard time paying attention to Ms. Goodwitch's lecture, this was due to the fact that she kept staring at Jenni's unoccupied chair. Sadly, the wolf faunus hadn't been back in school since Adam's death.

"Poor Jenni I wish I knew how to cheer her up," Ruby said inside her head as she once again replayed the sad scene to herself of her best friend crying over the body of the man she loved.

The redhead sighed sadly.

"Alright class that's all for today. And does anyone have any questions?" Ms. Goodwitch asked.

"Yeah," Ruby murmured, "will Jenni ever be ok again?"

After school Ruby was slowly dragging her feet when Ugine raced up to her.

"Hey Ruby what's going on?"

"Hi Ugine..." Ruby said sadly.

"What's the matter you seem sad." The fox faunus pointed out.

"Yeah I am. I'm worried about Jenni,"

Ugine thought for a moment, "well Ms. Goodwitch gave me Jenni's homework to give to her why don't you come with me to her house and we can both check up on her."

Ruby actually smiled at that, "sounds good Ugine. But remember Jenni needs to be happy so don't bore her with one of your annoying science lectures ok?"

"Hey I'll have you know I can be very insightful!" Ugine argued.

"Uh huh sure."

A bit later they came to Jenni's apartment and rang the doorbell. Her mother, Roquel answered soon after.

"Hey Mrs. Opal we're here to check up on Jenni," Ruby explained.

The woman smiled, "thank you. I know she's not feeling the best right now but I'm sure a visit from you two will cheer her up. I'll give you guys some snacks and you can head right up."

The two teens nodded and took the snack tray along with Jenni's homework up to the girl's bedroom.

"....so as I was saying Jenni you should've been in gym today Ugine's belt got stuck on the volleyball net and his pants fell down in front of everyone!" Ruby laughed.

"You wouldn't think it was so funny if it was you!" Ugine argued as his face turned red.

Jenni didn't answer though and she leaned her head against her window before letting out a heavy sigh.

"Um Ugine got any good gossip?" Ruby asked.

"Hmm gossip....gossip....oh I know! Jenni did you hear that that guy Garrett Hunter mysteriously disappeared?!" Ugine asked

Ruby shoved the boy's face into a pillow, "why did I agree to let you come?"

Suddenly though she heard a small noise and it took her a second to realize that Jenni was talking to her.

"What did you say Jen?"

"I asked if you wanted to go on a walk," Jenni said again, "it's a nice day isn't it?"

"Y-yeah it is, I'm just glad you feel up to it. Let's go."

Meanwhile, over at Oniyuri temple, the other three sailor scouts were meeting up to discuss the fight that Nora and Ruby had had against Johnathan a few days prior.

"So let's go over what we know. The negaverse, which usually hunts energy, is now going after crystals?" Blake asked.

"That's what it looked like to Ruby and I," Nora said, "once that weird girl took the crystal from Johnathan he turned into a monster."

Zwei shook his head, "this isn't good. I'm worried that these crystals the negaverse is after might be the rainbow crystals."

"What are the rainbow crystals?" Nora asked.

The corgi sat down, "well it's kind of a long story but the crystals hold the most powerful soldiers in the negaverse, the seven shadows. One thousand years ago the moon kingdom was attacked by the negaforce. The seven shadows were an instrumental part of that battle but thankfully they were stopped when Queen Summer of the moon kingdom used her magic to trap the seven shadows inside her silver imperial crystal. After which she sent it into space to this planet. Once the crystal entered the atmosphere it broke into seven pieces, known as the rainbow crystals. This should have freed the warriors but instead they remained trapped in the shards."

"So what happened after?" Nora asked, "I mean it's kind of obvious those shadow warriors are back."

Zwei nodded, "Each shadow warrior was reincarnated into normal everyday humans. These humans each hold a rainbow crystal and their former shadow self inside them and they have no memory of what they used to be."

Blake thought for a moment, "then that means Neo has one piece. And she's probably gonna come for the rest."

"Right which means we need to get to them first," Cinder chimed in.

"Well we already have an advantage. The crescent moon wand that I gave Ruby contains a small alarm that is triggered whenever a rainbow crystal is nearby," Zwei explained.

"That reminds me," Cinder said, "why is Ruby the one who gets the wand? I mean I get that she's Sailor Moon and all but no offense to her she's not all that responsible. I think I should hold on to it."

"No way Ruby is very responsible. I trust her," Nora chimed in.

Cinder looked over at her, "oh yeah? Well if she's so responsible then why did she skip our meeting? Again?!"

"Now now girls let's calm down," Zwei said, "we can't let friction get in between you all. Blake call Ruby on your scroll and ask her where she is."

Blake nodded and did just that.

"Hello?" Ruby's voice came through the scroll.

"Hey Ruby did you remember that we had a sailor scout meeting today?" Blake asked.

"I did but I can't make it I'm super busy with something really important," Ruby explained.

Zwei seemed satisfied, "see she isn't shirking her duties she's got something very important to do."

"I'm taking a long walk around the city with Jenni and Ugine."

The corgi blanched and this time it was Cinder's turn to look satisfied.

"I rest my case."

"Who was that Ruby?" Jenni asked as she watched her friend pocket her scroll.

"Oh it was just Blake. But don't worry everything's fine."

She then looked around where they were currently walking, "by the way Jenni any particular reason we're walking next to a graveyard?"

Jenni lifted her head slightly, "huh? Oh I guess I didn't notice."

Ugine shuddered, "graveyards creep me out. When I walk in them I feel like I'm walking on dead people. Mind if we go somewhere else?"

But Jenni ignored him and rested her arms on the top of fence before letting out a sigh, "hey guys do you think....do you think Adam is looking down on me right now? Like a guardian angel?" Her lip trembled and she started crying.

"Jen-" Ruby began.

But her friend quickly wiped her tears away, "S-Sorry. I just miss him...so much."

Ugine thought for a moment, "hey why don't we go grab a bite to eat? There's a diner not to far from here."

"We just ate an hour ago! I doubt Jenni really wants to eat now," Ruby said.

"Well maybe we should ask her what she wants!" Ugine yelled back, "I mean we're trying to cheer Jenni up so it should be her choice."

The redhead rolled her eyes, "ok fine. Jenni what do you want to do?" She turned to her wolf faunus friend to find that she had disappeared, "Jenni?"

"Oh great now you lost her!" Ugine said

Ruby glared at him, "I'm sure she didn't go that far. Let's just walk around a bit and see if we can find her ok?"

Meanwhile Jenni was making her way inside the graveyard. While her friends were arguing she had spotted a preacher and decided to try and talk to him. If anyone could make her feel better then it had to be someone like him.

"Excuse me sir," Jenni said, "d-do you have a minute? I could really use someone to talk to right now."

"What can I help you with?" The man asked.

The wolf faunus looked down at the grass, "well recently I lost a good friend of mine. We didn't know each other long but we became really close during the short time we spent together." She then pulled the cloth wrapping that been around Adam's arm from her pocket and squeezed it. "And since this is all I have left of him I'm afraid I'll forget about him. Or he'll forget me."

The man placed his hand on her shoulder, "young lady if you and this man were as close as you claim then you'll never forget him. He'll always be in your heart. And I really don't think he'd want you to sit and be sad forever would he?"

Jenni shook her head.

The man then looked over to see that Ruby and Ugine were making their way over.

"Now why don't you go to your friends? It's obvious they care about you very much and it's times like this that you need their support."

Jenni sighed and nodded, "alright I will. And thank you for listening Mr...."

"Alex,"

"Mr. Alex."

"Yes thank you for standing here for so long talking to this brat. It made it so much easier to find you," said a new voice.

Jenni and Alex turned to find Neo levitating in the air a few feet away from them.

The wolf faunus's eyes widened, "it's you....you're the one who sent those monsters after Adam! You're the reason he's dead!"

Neo rolled her eyes, "oh great it's you, Adam's little girlfriend. If you want my advice sweetie forget about him. He got what he deserved for betraying the negaverse."

Jenni bared her fangs causing the mute woman to chuckle silently, "you know it's quite ironic that I would run into you here in a graveyard of all places."

"Can I help you miss?" Alex asked.

Neo held up her dark crystal, "actually you can. There's something I need to collect from you, now do me a favor and don't resist."

When Jenni saw the crystal she felt her blood boil, "that's the crystal you stole from Adam. Give it to me!" She ran at Neo and tried to grab the crystal but the villainess merely used her magic to slam Jenni into a headstone.

"How rude. If you must know I tossed Adam's stupid crystal, this one is much more powerful, it's going to help me retrieve our queen's most powerful soldiers."

She then held up a hand, "but before I do maybe I should destroy you." Her hand began to glow with dark energy, "say hello to Adam for me."

Neo fired a beam of energy right at Jenni but before it could touch her something grabbed her and pulled her to the ground, protecting her.

Jenni looked up and saw Ugine lying a few feet away unconscious.

"Ugine!" She yelled before going over to the fox faunus. She rolled him on his side and saw that his right arm was bleeding.

"No...." Jenni began to cry, "not again....please not again."

"Ugine! Jenni!" Ruby shouted as she began running up to them, however just then she heard a beeping sound coming from her purse. She opened it to find that her crescent moon wand was flashing with a bright light and some sort of alarm was going off.

"What in the world?"

"Ruby!" Zwei called out as he raced up to the redhead.

"Zwei when did you get here?! And why is my wand beeping?" Ruby asked.

"That's why I ran all the way here, that alarm is signaling that a rainbow crystal is nearby. You have to find the holder and retrieve it. But don't worry Nora is on her way to help you."

Ruby bit her lip, "I can't wait Zwei I have to help Ugine and Jenni. Moon prism power!" Her locket glowed and turned her into Sailor Moon.

"Ugine....please get up." Jenni begged.

Neo rolled her eyes, "this is really quite pathetic. I say it's time I put you both out of your misery."

"Not so fast!" Sailor Moon shouted.

Neo turned to see the heroine standing on a headstone.

"Leave them alone Neo! As the champion of justice I am to here to fight for my friends. So step aside."

The villainess smirked, "oh it's a fight you want huh? Very well then." Neo held out the dark crystal Salem had given her, "come to me rainbow crystal."

Alex felt a tightening sensation in his chest. The area around his heart pulsed with light as a orange crystal tried to force its way out. Slowly the dark crystal pulled the orange rainbow crystal from the man's heart.

Sailor Moon could then only watch as the preacher began turning back into his shadow self, which was a winged humanoid wearing a boxer's uniform.

The man's golden eyes flashed, "at long last I, Bloodedge, one of the negaverse's greatest champions, is free!!"

Sailor Moon looked over at Jenni and Ugine, "Jenni get your friend out of here. I'll handle this."

The wolf faunus nodded and began dragging Ugine off to somewhere safer.

Neo reached her hand out to grab the orange crystal. But before she could grab it it was snatched out of the air by none other then Tuxedo Mask!

"Sorry Neo," he laughed, "but I need this a bit more then Salem does."

Neo growled, "give that back!" She began chasing after the caped hero leaving Sailor Moon alone to deal with Bloodedge.

The monster knocked his boxing gloves together before flipping his white and blue streaked hair back, "how sad. It doesn't look like anyone is gonna play in your corner with you Sailor Moon. No matter, round one coming at you!" He punched the air with his right fist causing the glove to fly off and head right toward Sailor Moon.

The heroine quickly rolled out of the way as the glove smashed into the ground just beside her.

"Time for the left hook!" Bloodedge exclaimed before doing the same move but this time with his left fist.

Sailor Moon scrambled backward to avoid the attack, "no good. I don't have much room to work with here."

"Need some help?" A voice asked.

Sailor Moon turned and saw Sailor Jupiter making her way into the cemetery.

"It appears it's time for round two!" Bloodedge said.

He moved his arm back to prepare another attack but Sailor Jupiter merely crossed her arms over her chest and extended her pinkies and pointer fingers upward, "Jupiter thunder crash!"

A lightning bolt came down and struck Bloodedge momentarily stunning him.

"Sailor Moon you're up!" The electricity heroine told her friend.

Sailor Moon nodded and summoned her crescent moon wand before holding it up and drawing a large circle of moonlight around herself, "moon healing activation!"

The circle of moonlight encased the shadow warrior inside it, destroying the monster but also returning Alex to his human self.

"Sailor Jupiter make sure he's ok," Sailor Moon said.

"Ok but where are you going?"

"I have to help Tuxedo Mask, Neo went after him and the rainbow crystal."

She quickly ran to off find her friend and found him fleeing the cemetery.

"Tuxedo Mask!" Sailor Moon called.

He turned to her, "Sailor Moon I can't stay I have to get out of here."

"But you're going to give me the rainbow crystal right?"

The hero sighed, "I'm sorry but I can't. I need it. I can't tell you why but just know that I will keep it safe ok?"

With that he pulled his cape over himself and vanished. But as he did something fell out of his pocket and hit the ground.

Sailor Moon gently bent down and picked it up.  "What is this?" It was a silver necklace with a star pendant.

"A locket?" The heroine asked herself as she opened up the necklace causing a beautiful tune to play. "Wait...I've seen this before...somewhere...I just can't remember where."

Later that afternoon Ruby found Jenni and Ugine sitting on a bench together. Jenni was wrapping a piece of cloth around her friend's wounded arm.

"Hey wait isn't that the wrapping you gave Adam?" Ruby asked.

Jenni nodded, "yeah, but I know Adam would want me to use it to help Ugine. After all he protected me just like Adam did."

Ugine blushed a bit, "oh it was nothing."

The wolf faunus sighed and looked up at the sky, but she was still smiling, "and you know talking with that man earlier really helped me. I'll never forget Adam because he's in my heart, just like you two, my best friends."

Ruby hugged her, "that's beautiful Jen."

Meanwhile across town, Tuxedo Mask had made it back to Oscar's apartment building. He looked at the orange rainbow crystal in his palm as he felt his disguise revert back to his normal attire.

"I knew it!" Oscar smiled, "I am Tuxedo Mask! Just like the dream."

He ran his thumb over the surface of the jewel, "now I just need to find the princess."
