Paralogue 7 (Y/n) is Missing?!
So this random idea popped in by head. All the Fire Emblem fanfic writers should do a collaboration, it would be so fun! Anyway, enjoy paralogue 7!

(Y/n)'s POV
Being the wife of a king is tough. Ephraim is always working; I am too, but he's far more busy than I. Ephraim told me that he'd take me out for a stroll today after he finished his work, but judging by the amount of paperwork he has left, it looks like we won't be able to.
"Ephraim, are you almost done?" I asked.
"No my queen. I'm sorry, we'll have to go out together another time." My busy husband replied as he continued working.
"I see." I said disappointed. "I'll just go out by myself. I feel as if I've been cooped up in the castle for months."
"By yourself?" Ephraim looked up from his paperwork and at me. "You should go with Seth or Kyle." He told me.
"It's not the same going out with them. I'd rather just go out by myself if you're not coming. Don't worry, I'll be alright by myself." I assured him.
"Alright, be careful (Y/n)." He sighed.
Ephraim gave me a hug and kiss before I went out on my walk. I walked through the nearby valley that I would go to with my parents all the time as a child. It was different back then. It was before my parents were hired by King Fado, when we lived in this meadow. I remember having a picnic in the grassy field with wildflowers surrounding us, and the birds singing their triumphant melody while we dined turkey and cheese sandwiches, apples, and tuna fish, which we thought was exquisite at the time. Father often told me that he dreamed of owning a magic school one day with my mother, but his chances were shattered when he found out the cost of starting a school, and didn't have the funding.
My father then asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, and I said I wanted to be queen of Renais, so my father could open his magic academy. I was around 5 years old, and I had no concept of what marriage was. My mother told me that I would have to marry the prince of Renais in order to do so. I told my mother that I would so that father could have his school. Who would have thought that I actually would marry Renais' prince, and become queen after I had long forgotten what I told my parents. I wish they could have been alive to witness my wedding with Ephraim. While walking through the valley, I decided to visit my old home a mile up the trail. As I was walking, I heard rustling in the bushes. I stopped walking, and looked around.
"It must be the squirrels." I mumbled to myself as I continued walking.
Arriving at my old home, I took the spare key we hid on the windowsill and proceeded inside. What was astonishing was that everything was there like we left it. I stayed in my house reminiscing and exploring my home for approximately 2 hours until I decided to return back to castle Renais. The sun was setting when I walked out.
"Such a beautiful sight! I wish Ephraim were here to see it with me." I said.
"Me too (Y/n)." A raspy voice said.
Surprised, I swiftly pivoted to see who spoke to me, but my eyes were covered with a blindfold, I swept off my feet from behind, and tied with a rope.
"Mmm... You look so very, very ripe. I find that I can't help but indulge. You make for delicious-looking prey, (Y/n)~"

I can't believe I got kidnapped. How though? Was I being pursued? I guess the rustling I heard earlier wasn't the squirrels. My captor's voice sounded so familiar, but without being able to see, I can't identify who it is. I know for a fact it's a man though. My captor stopped moving, and I heard a door unlock. The clicking of his boots resonated throughout the room as he started walking again. He dropped me to the ground, and ripped off the blindfold and ropes that bound me.
"Valter!" I exclaimed. "What's the meaning of this?!" I demanded to know.
"Hehehe, Ephraim is my prey, and you're going to play the submissive hostage." The curly haired lancer cackled.
"I think not!" I said pulling out my bow and arrows.
"You're vastly outnumbered misguided queen of Renais." Valter stated as he reached out his hand to stroke my face.
I dodged his hand, and quickly shot an arrow at him, but he deflected it with a shield. And is he delusional?! There's only the two of us, I have a fair chance of defeating him. Sadly, I was mistaken. A small army with about 20 men entered my cell and stood behind Valter.
"You!" Valter called out to one of his soldiers. "Deliver this message to Castle Renais, specifically to Ephraim. This shouldn't take you more than 2 hours, you're at the tender age of 21." He said, handing the soldier a letter.
"Y-yes Sir!" The soldier stammered as he ran off.
"Sir, if I may ask what are we doing with the captive?" Another soldier asked, but Valter mercilessly pierced him with his lance.
"She's my prey, that's none of you business! Now get out of my sight—all of you!" The moonstone General barked as all the soldiers left.
"You're a sick, twisted man Valter!" I yelled shooting another arrow at him.
"Hehehe, you're mine now, entertain me~" He walked towards me licking his cracked lips while dodging my arrow.
"I won't! K-keep your distance!" I screamed frantically shooting arrows at him.
Why is my accuracy off? Is it because I'm scared? Oh, I wish Ephraim were here. Valter snatched my bow and arrows away from me, and forcefully grabbed me by the wrist. I struggled to break free of his grasp, but my efforts were futile.
"Yes, resist. It's much more fun for me that way!" He hysterically laughed.
Ephraim, please save me.

Ephraim's POV
(Y/n) has been gone for awhile, and I'm starting to get worried. I looked out the window to see that the sun is setting.
"Milord, your dinner is ready. Shall I bring it to you?" General Seth asked.
"No, I'm going to go out and get some fresh air, I've been sitting for too long." I partially told the truth.
In truth, I'm going out to find (Y/n). I know we planned on walking through the valley that she use to go to as a child, but I've only been there once, so hopefully I don't get lost.
"But Sire, it's late. Won't you at least eat first?" Seth insisted.
"I will when I return." I said as I ran out the castle with my lance.
So far my memory hasn't failed me. I reached the valley that (Y/n)'s family use to live in. I looked on the ground, to see footprints that are about the same size as her feet, and larger footprints. The smaller footprints disappear after awhile, but the bigger footprints continue. Who was (Y/n) with, and why are her footprints gone after a certain point? I hear the sound of running, and I readied my lance. The person comes into view, and it appears to be a soldier. His eyes widen as he sees me and almost looks as if he is scared of me.
"You there, halt!" I ordered him.
"K-king Ephraim!" The soldier stuttered.
"Where you not a soldier of the Renais army but just awhile a go? Why are you dressed in a different uniform, do you intend to leak information about Renais to other nations?" I interrogated the nervous man.
"N-no I would never do that milord!"
"Hm, I see. And what of that letter in your hand?" I asked.
" T-this? I-it's nothing!" He clearly lied. "Wait! What am I saying?! Valter will kill me if I don't give him this letter!" His whispered to himself not realizing I could hear him.
I snatched the letter from him and read it. So the bastard's holding (Y/n) hostage?! Damn, I knew I shouldn't have let her go out by herself!
"Take me to where Valter is holding the queen of Renais." I said trying to hold in my anger.
"O-okay." The soldier said leading to me to where (Y/n) was being held.

(Y/n)'s POV
Valter held me captive in his arms, sniffing my scent while saying disgusting things to me.
"I'm going to make you mine now~" He whispered in my ear, sending a chill down my spine. Valter started pulling on my clothes to try and rip them off me. I was able to hold him off for awhile, but he overpowered me and pinned me to the ground. As I was preparing for the worst, the door swung open.
"General Valter! King Ephraim is here—" A soldier shouted as he was impaled by a lance.
"Ephraim, help!" I screamed.
"Damn! How did he get here so fast?! He shouldn't have been here for another hour or so!" Valter raged.
"(Y/n)!" My husband called. "Valter, you twisted bastard! Get off of her!" Ephraim roared.
"Haha! Get on your knees and beg! She's my prey now~" Valter declared as he caressed my cheek.
Ephraim charged at Valter with his lance, which forced Valter to get off of me and defend himself from the king's frenzy of attacks. I stood up, adjusted my clothing, and ran beside Ephraim who embraced me, wrapping his long, warm cape around me. Tears that I held back came out on my husband's shoulder.
"It's okay my queen, I'm here." Ephraim coaxed me.
Ephraim refocused on Valter, who was hysterically laughing.
"Don't give her false hope misguided king, I am her master!" Valter proclaimed.
"You're disgustingly hideous!" Ephraim shouted as he started attacking the wicked general with his lance in one hand, while holding me in his opposite arm.
Ephraim is truly talented in combat, truly more talented than I am. The king was able to defeat Valter with one hand and two blows. The soldiers that Valter was commanding where Renais citizen's who only followed Valter's orders because he promised to pay them a lot of money, which was most likely a hoax. They repented for their sin of betraying their nation, and Ephraim decided to spare them if they joined Renais' army. They all said yes, and thanked the king for being generous, and apologized to me for aiding Valter in my kidnapping. As there first order, Ephraim told them to take Valter to the dungeon where he will be sentenced to life in prison.
"Thank you for rescuing me Ephraim," I said kissing him on the cheek.
"It's not a problem (Y/n)...are you alright? You're not traumatized are you?" Ephraim asked in a concerned tone.
"No, I'm okay...thanks."
"I'm not letting you go out by yourself anymore." Ephraim told me.
"Well then I guess when you tell me no, I'll just leave the castle to force you to come with me!" I teased running away from him.
"Oh God (Y/n), please don't—Hey, (Y/n)! Get back here!" My husband yelled as I ran away from him like a child.
But the king of Renais easily caught to me, and seized me with his arm.
"I love you my queen." Ephraim smiled at me.
"I love you too Ephraim." I replied initiating a kiss on his lips which he gladly returned.
"It's dark out, but do you still want to go on a walk?" He asked.
"Yes, let's go!" I proclaimed as we held hands and walked through the night.
