Special Containment Procdures: SCP-3362 can easily and safely be contained in a standerd Electronic SCP Item Storage Locker at Site-15. No more than two (2) regularly armed, by Foundation standards, guards are to be stationed in proximity of SCP-3362 at any time and, to avoid mental or memetic illments, are to be rotated on bi-weekly basis. The locker containing SCP-3362 is to be locked electromagneticaly as well as padlocked with the key in the possession of Site-15's Director. The lockers passcode is to be changed at least two (2) times a week, preferably after interaction, and to be put into the care of Dr.Dellarobbia. Access to the locker should only be given to Level Two (2) or higher Personnel and all interactions with the Item are to be monitored by Dr.Dellarobbia and Site-15's Director the entire time the interactions are taking place.

Description: SCP-3362 appears to be a normal LG Android phone by the [REDACTED] phone company (referred to SCP-3362-1 hereafter). When the Item is picked up by a humanoid, dosent seem to mater about things such as race, it powers normally and when its fully booted the home-screen displays the phrase "Welcome to [DATA EXPUNGED]" and when unlocked by the individual an app named [DATA EXPUNGED] is the only thing shown on screen. When the app is opened the individual seems to experience a Zero State, a moment of time being frozen for one or more indiviuals, and it continues until physical contact with the Item is broken by the individual. Although similar models released by SCP-3362-1 don't seem to possess the same anomalous properties. Investigations into why no other models hold the same properties as SCP-3362 are on hold as of 11/23/[YEAR REDACTED]. As of [MONTH AND DAY REDACTED]/2015 testing with SCP-3362's Zero State effect is to be carried out by at least two (2) Level Two (2) or higher Personnel.
