Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3254 is to be put to work in Sector-21's Medical Bay, with living quarters provided as seen fit, and given Level 3 Security Clearance in order to work with injuries or Bio-Infections caused by Euclid or Keter Classed Objects that carry a title higher than "Confidential". When SCP-3254 does not comply with instructions, breaks Foundation procedures regaurding the Health/Safty of Personnel, or becomes violent towards staff Security Clearance is revoked and SCP-3254 is to be put into one of Sector-21's Solitary Confinement Chambers (Known as Isolation Protocol-3254A-Omega) until behavior correction can be carried out by one of the on Site Psychiatrist. In the event that SCP-3254 injures or kills the on duty Psychiatrist SCP-3254 is to be restrained and escorted by no fewer than 4 (Four) heavily armed guards to Sector-21's Dangerous Items Wing and is to be contained in one of the Reinforced Iron Cells and is to have a heavy restriction on movement for the entire period of being in the Cell (Isolation Protocol-3254A-Alpha).

Job Update: In a recent decision by the 05 Council SCP-3254 is to have access to Classified Information reguarding any Bio-Hazards currently in Foundation Custody and any that are aquired in the future to use as a reference for the treatment of infected Personnel unless infection is required for testing. This new Protocol has been named Health Inspections-3254.

Job Update 2: SCP-3254 requires authorization from at least 1 (one) Level 4 Medical Personnel in order to treat memetic Illments.

Description: SCP-3254 is a male of German decent currently standing at 1.8m (6ft) tall. SCP-3254 can fluently speak and understand English but prefers to have conversations with staff in German so Personnel working at Sector-21 are required to be Bi-lingual and be fluent in speaking and understanding German. Just like SCP-208, SCP-3254 can cause the regeneration of dead cells, that have be damaged by physical illments, in living things it is in close contact with for a long period of time. Also SCP-3254 seems to be able to regenerate cells damaged by memetic effects (Mental Illments). It has been found by Dr.James that SCP-3254 can cause mental illments when conversing with Personnel unable to speak fluent German and such illments caused by SCP-3254 cannot be corrected by SCP-3254. Testing into how and why this occurs is pending 05 review. Once every month SCP-3254 becomes very violent towards Non-German speaking Personnel for unknown reasons. During this time Isolation Protocol-3254A-Alpha is to be carried out if there is not enough guards on duty in the area to activate the protocol then Security Team Alpha-Delta 4 is to be given permission to incapiate SCP-3254 with brute force if nessecary.

Note: On 10/24/[YEAR REDACTED] Dr.James was the victim of this effect that lead to the discovery of SCP-3254's memetic effect. Dr.James was treated by Dr.A[REDACTED], one of Sector-21's Psychiatrists, and returned to work over the next 3 (three) days.
