Wanda and I protected the core until Steve said, "Almost everyone's on board." The Iron Legion suits weren't stopping. We could hear gunshots and then we heard Pietro say, "You didn't see that coming." We heard a body fall on the ground. I felt something different in the air. I knew Wanda could sense it was Pietro. This fact caused her to fall in despair. This caused a blast that went around my shield and took out the Iron Legion suits.

I knelt next to her. Her face turned from sadness to anger. I told her, "Go on. Get on the Helicarrier." She nodded and went. I kept the suits at bay while the others got the rest of the pedestrians on the Helicarrier. Wanda said, "Ellie, I'm on." I replied, "I'm still in the church." Thor walked in, "Lady Ellie. Go" I nodded and ran out of the church.

I hear Tony say, "Thor, on my mark." I could hear the crack of lightning. Vision flew by and picked me up. He then flew away as the city is being destroyed. Tony yelled, "Now!" I looked over Vision's shoulder and watched as the city exploded. I wrapped my arms around his neck and cuddled closer to him. I've already experienced falling once this week, I don't want to fall again. We landed on the Helicarrier and he let me down. I sighed as he flew off again, "My hero." I was exhausted, so I sat down and passed out.

I sat straight up. I tried to catch my breath after waking up from the same dream I've been having all month. It was Natasha, "We are at the drop-off point. The new Avengers base." I got up and saw a big white building. I was in awe at how beautiful the view looked. Nat told me, "Everyone else is inside besides Clint and Bruce. Laura had her baby. Bruce took off in the quinjet." I was excited and she showed me a video of a little baby boy with a sweater that read, "Nathaniel Pietro Barton." I said, "Awwwwww." The last part of her words sank in, "Oh I'm sorry Nat." We walked to the new Avengers facility.

She sighed, "It's ok. What I really want to know is what's up between you and the new guy?" My eyes went wide, "You mean Vision? There's nothing going on there." She wiggled her eyebrows​ at me. She looked up to the sky and pretended to sigh, "My hero. Barton told me how you have done nothing but stick up for him since he was "born"" She continued, "I think you should tell him how you feel. Anyone with eyes can tell he cares for you." I sighed, "You don't know that though." She put her arm around me, "You'll never know until you try. Ive got to go see Cap about training some rookies." I laughed because I knew I was part of that.

I went to the main part where Vision, Wanda, Rhodey, and Sam were. We were all dressed up in our super hero suits. I went to stand over by Wanda. She looked at me, "You really should just tell him how you feel." I rolled my eyes, "You two?" She smiled, "Your thoughts are very loud and he hasn't been able to keep his eyes off you since you walked in." I looked over to him and it was true. He was staring at me. I looked back at Wanda, "Should I?" She nodded. I was about to go over there, but the doors opened up. It was Steve and Nat. The doors shut behind them. Steve yelled, "Avengers..."
