I sat in my room crying. Jarvis was my best friend other than Steve. The others had been in the lab talking about what happened after the party. I got out of my dress and into my costume. Tony designed it for me. It was a black and green suit with black pants and green shoes. I made my hair straight in it's natural brown color. I kept my eyes blue and I took off the lipstick. My hair was then put up in a ponytail to keep it out of my face. I sat down on the bed.

There was a knock on the door. I said, "Come in." It was Steve, "I have something you need to see." I wiped my tears and went over to him. He turned the tablet he had in his hands around for me to see. It was a picture of a dead man that I knew very well.
It was Strucker's dead body with the word PEACE written in blood on the wall next to him. I sighed in relief, "I'm free from him." Steve nodded and hugged me, "That's one less thing you need to worry about." I stepped away after a while. Steve said, "You should come help us." I nodded, "Okay."

We walked by Clint on his phone, "That's a negative. I answer to you. Yes, ma'am." Steve interrupted him, "Barton, we might have something." Clint muttered, "Gotta go." He hung the phone. Steve asked, "Who was that?" Clint said, "Girlfriend." I smiled at him.

The rest of the team was already in there. Steve showed them the picture of Strucker's dead body. Tony asked, " What's this?" Steve said, "A message. Ultron killed Strucker." Tony commented, "And he did a Banksy at the crime scene, just for us." Natasha pointed, "This is a smokescreen. Why send a message when you've just given a speech?"

I said, "Strucker must' ve known something that Ultron wanted us to miss." Tony asked me, "Did Strucker say anything to you?" I shook my head, "It's as I said, I thought I was  there for a job interview, but then ended up an enhanced individual. After I woke up, a man helped me runaway."

Natasha said, "I bet he..." She looked at the monitor, "Yep. Everything we had on Strucker has been erased." Tony noted, "Not everything." We gathered everything and went through the physical files we had on Strucker. Steve read the folder's contents, "Known associates. Well, Strucker had a lot of friends." Bruce held up a photo, "Well, these people are all horrible." Tony took a look at it and said, "Wait. I know that guy. From back in the day. He operates off the African coast, black market arms."

Steve gave him an accusing look, "There are conventions, alright? You meet people, I didn't sell him anything. His name Ulysses Klaue. He was talking about finding something new, a game changer, it was all very "Ahab"." Thor pointed.to the scar on the back of Klaue's neck and said, "This." Tony explained, "Uh, it's a tattoo. I don't think he had it..." I looked closer, "No, those are tattoos, that would be a brand."

Bruce looked up the brand on Klaue's neck on the computer, "Oh, yeah. It's a word in an African dialect meaning thief, in a much less friendly way." We were all confused. Steve asked, "What dialect?" Bruce read what the results were, "Wakanada... Wa...Wa...Wakanda." Tony said, "If this guy got out of Wakanda with some of their trade goods..." Steve asked, "I thought your father said he got the last of it?" Bruce, like all of us, was actually confused, "I don't follow. What comes out of Wakanda?" Tony and Steve looked at the Captain America shield on the floor. I realized what they meant, "Vibranium." Tony nodded, "The strongest metal on earth." Steve turned back to Tony, " Where is this guy now?"

I got on a computer and ran facial recognition. After a minute, I told them, "Facial recognition puts him at a salvage yard on the east African Coast. Tony said, "What are we waiting for? Let's go."

We went to the quinjet and got situated. We were all in our superhero suits. I checked my gun to see if it was loaded. It only had a few bullets out of it. Natasha came over, took a quick look at my mag and gave me the amount of missing bullets. I looked at her, "Thanks Nat."

The quinjet got there in about 20 minutes. The team split up. Bruce stayed behind until a code green was needed. Natasha, Clint, and I went in and stayed out of sight until Tony gave the signal. Tony, Thor, and Steve went to go in the middle. We overheard Ultron say, "It's a thing with me. Stark is, he's a sickness!" Tony, Thor, and Steve either flew or jumped down. Tony sarcastically said,"Ahh, Junior. You're gonna break your old man's heart." Ultron scoffed, "If I have to."

We could hear Thor saying, "We don't have to break anything." Ultron laughed, "Clearly you've never made an omelet." Tony turned towards Thor, "He beat me by one second." It must have been Pietro who spoke next, the thick male Russian accent said, "Ah this is funny, Mr. Stark. It's what, comfortable? Like old times?" Tony told him, "This was never my life."

Steve spoke to the twins, " You two can still walk away from this." This time a thick female Russian accent, Wanda, was heard,"Oh, we will." We then heard Steve say, "We know you've suffered."

Ultron grew impatient, "Uuughh! Captain America. God's righteous man, pretending you could live without a war. I can't physically throw up in my mouth, but..." Thor tried to reason with him, "If you believe in peace, then let us keep it." Ultron scoffed again, "I think you're confusing peace with quiet." Tony finally got to the point, "Yuh-huh. What's the Vibranium for?" From just around the corner, I could see Ultron raise his hands, "I'm glad you asked that, because I wanted to take this time to explain my evil plan!"

Suddenly the Iron Legions attack Tony, Steve, and Thor. Tony then attacks Ultron's main body and flies with him out of the top of the building. The guy known as Ulysses Klaue shouted, "Shoot them!" We ran in as Klaue's right hand man asked, "Which ones?" Ulysses shouted back, " All of them!" Tony was still out of the building as the rest of us battled it out with the Iron Legions, Klaue's men and the twins as Stark fight with Ultron.

As I was shooting the men and Legion fighters that came at me, I saw Steve knock down Pietro, "Stay down, kid!"
I went back to shooting. My gun was then kicked out of my hand by one of Klaue's men. I threw up a shield and pushed him over to the nearest person, "Nat incoming!" She looked just in time as the man got up. I ran and tried to protect my team mates.

Wanda's Russian accent rang through my head, "I'll mess with the ones in here first and then finish with the Hulk." Bruce asked over the comms, "Guys, is this a Code Green?" I said, "No. Bruce stay in the quinjet or the female Wonder Twin is going to mess with your brain. Everyone watch out." Tony laughed, " Good one Ellie."

I listened​ to Steve over the comms, "Thor! Status?" Thor said, "Lady Ellie is right. The girl tried to warp my mind. Take special care, I doubt a human could keep her at bay. Fortunately, I am mighty. " I see Thor walking around lost, "Um guys I think she got him after all." Clint said, "she got Nat and Steve too."

I blinked before realizing the setting had changed, "I believe she got me as well." I was in the dress from the party. There was a man with blonde hair and blue eyes in a tux. He spoke with an English accent, "Ellie." My eyes widened, "Jarvis?" He nodded. My eyes watered, "But Ultron killed your program." He shook his head, "In here I can be anything. He thought he killed me. I'm just hiding." He kissed my cheek before putting one hand on my waist and the other held one of mine. I laid my free hand on his shoulder. He led me in a slow dance around the empty dance floor.

Everything was perfect. I then realized it was all good to be true. Jarvis was a program. I blinked a few times and the real world came back into view. Steve was kneeling in front of me. I heard Clint over the comms, "Whoever's standing, we gotta move. Guys?"

We headed towards the quinjet to see the door opened, meaning one thing. Bruce wasn't in there.
