Six months have passed since Bionic Law was abolished, the superhumans were freed from prison, and Chase was declared leader of the world's new nation of superhumans.

Despite the monumental changes, Chase has not yet formally taken action as leader. The city of Mighty Force Nation remains unfinished, with its grand plans still in progress. However, the citizens, including Harper and Chase, have already begun settling in, finding homes, new roles, and a sense of stability.

A black car pulls up to the gates of a high-security psychiatric prison. The engine hums before going silent as the driver's door opens. Chase steps out, removes his sunglasses, and runs a hand through his slicked-back hair, forming a polished topknot. His beard, now fuller than before, adds a rugged edge to his otherwise calm demeanor. With a soft sigh, he walks around the car and opens the passenger door.

Harper steps out, a small but noticeable glint of an engagement ring catching the sunlight. Her hair, tucked under a bandana, cascades in waves, and she ties it into a small ponytail.

She meets Chase's gaze as he extends his hand. "You good?" he asks, his thumb lightly brushing her chin.

Harper inhales deeply, eyes focused on the looming prison gates. "Yeah," she answers, her voice steady despite the tension in her shoulders. She grabs her bag, slinging it over her shoulder as Chase shuts the door behind her.

"Let's go," he says, his tone firm but affectionate. Together, they walk toward the entrance of the prison, their hands intertwined.

Inside, the receptionist stands and greets them, her surprise evident. "Captain Davenport. What brings you here?" She salutes Harper. "General," she adds, with respect in her voice.

Chase gives a brief nod. "We're here to pick up Lara Krane. Her sentence ends today."

The receptionist's expression softens. "Of course. Right this way." She motions for them to follow.

As they walk down the hallway, Harper glances around. "How is she?" she asks, her voice gentle but curious.

"She's doing great," the receptionist replies, a hint of warmth in her voice. "She's the best one we've had here. Made lots of friends, kept a strong spirit the whole time. It's going to be weird not seeing her around."

They enter a waiting room where a familiar face is waiting. The receptionist announces, "Lara, your ride is here."

Lara stands from the couch, her posture poised, yet a sense of relief radiates from her as she looks at them. Her face breaks into a soft, tender smile when she sees Harper.

Lara's new appearance is striking. Her once unruly hair is partially tied up, revealing the clean-cut elegance of her green silk outfit. But the most noticeable change is her prosthetic limbs.

Sleek, high-tech designs that blend seamlessly with her body, looking so natural that it's almost impossible to tell she's a cyborg.

Harper's face lights up with a bright smile as she greets her sister. "Hi, Sis," she says, excitement bubbling in her voice.

But Chase's smile fades slightly as he watches the reunion unfold. He had always known that Lara and Tara were twins, but he hadn't fully realized how strikingly similar they were-almost identical, save for the color of their hair.

For Harper, the resemblance wasn't as apparent. She had grown up with both of them, so the differences felt obvious to her.

Harper steps forward, and the two sisters lock eyes, the weight of their reunion mingling with the grief they still carried. A heavy silence falls between them as they both realize they are the last remaining Krane sisters.

Tears begin to slip down Lara's face, and Harper pulls her into a tight hug. "I missed you so much," Lara murmurs, her voice thick with emotion.

"Me too," Harper whispers back, her own tears falling freely now.

Chase watches them from a distance, his expression softening with a mix of pity and tenderness.

After a long moment, the sisters slowly break the embrace, but neither pulls away entirely. Harper gently holds Lara's hands in her own, her eyes wet with emotion as she smiles through her tears.

"I miss her," Lara whispers, her voice trembling.

"Me too," Harper chokes out, her breath catching. "She would want us to do this wouldn't she?" Lara nods, a fresh wave of tears escaping as she presses her lips together.

"She would have that. I swear," Harper adds, her voice cracking with the weight of the promise.

Lara wipes her eyes, her lips curving into a small, grateful smile. "Thank you for letting me stay with you. I don't know what I'd do without you."

Harper shakes her head, smiling through her tears. "It's not a favor. It's a duty. We're sisters."

Lara nods, her tears now mixing with a sense of quiet relief. "I'll never forget that," she says softly.

Harper gives her a warm, emotional smile before turning to Chase, who watches them with a quiet smile of his own. "Come on," Harper says, picking up one of Lara's bags. "Let's get you home."

Lara sighs softly as she grabs another suitcase. "It's been so long since I've known what it feels like to have a home," she says, her frustration evident.

"You've never stayed in a house like ours, though, right Babe?" Harper replies with a teasing smile at Chase.

"Nope," Chase chimes in with a small chuckle, clearly relieved to see the sisters reconnecting.

Just as Harper is about to lead them out, a receptionist approaches with a clipboard. "Before you go, you'll need to sign this," she says, handing the pen to Lara.

"Sure," Lara replies absently, picking up the document.

Chase, however, is suddenly distracted. His attention drifts to a door down the hall that's slightly ajar. A nurse has just left the room, and for a split second, Chase freezes as he sees a figure in the doorway.

Sebastian, dressed in hospital patient clothes, handcuffed and sitting at a table, catches Chase's eye.

Sebastian stares at him, the confusion in his gaze apparent, as though he's searching his foggy memories for the answer to who this man is.

Chase's heart skips a beat, but he quickly hardens his gaze. He knows that nearly two years ago, Sebastian's memories were wiped clean, leaving him with no recollection of his past, of him.

Their eyes lock for a moment longer, and Sebastian gives a tentative, uncertain smile, as though unsure why he's doing it.

He raises a hand, waving with his fingers in a weak gesture, before quickly dropping it again.

Chase's gaze softens with a mix of pity and sadness. The door to the room is shut abruptly as the nurse returns, and with that, Chase is snapped back into the present.

"Chay, let's go," Harper calls, noticing that he's still lingering. She hands him a bag, and he blinks, breaking his trance.

"Yeah," he says, his voice low. He nods at the two sisters, then follows them down the hallway, the image of Sebastian's uncertain wave lingering in his mind.

Meanwhile. In a large wooden house, painted blue and white near the beach.

Adam was in an armchair with Evan. His baby was sleeping on his arms with his head resting on his shoulder as he stroked his back.

He was humming a song with all the lyrics wrong. While Grace listened to them on a baby monitor downstairs.

She opened some boxes with various things that Adam brought from the plane carrier to their house "You have so much useless stuff here Honey" She shouts up the stairs with a little laugh.

"Said the girl whose boxes were half filled with stuffed animals" Adam says softly Grace hearing the answer through the baby monitor she smiles and shakes her head.

She starts taking Adam's things out of the box and ends up finding his travel duary. Grace frowns and takes the diary in her hand.

"What is this?" She says softly and opens the diary and begins to go through the pages slowly, reading them quickly.

Grace stops at a specific note the day Adam began describing him having to steal gas she reads it with a serious expression on her face and heads to a nearby chair.

She begins to read page by page of that diary in disbelief. Adam describes all the events in his point of view, from the shot he was shot to the moment he saw Harper with her sister lifeless in her arms.

As the events described became more catastrophic in a way Grace could not have imagined possible a tear ran down her face.

She closes the diary and covers her mouth to prevent a sob from being heard. Grace shakes her head in disbelief and upset at everything her family had been through and she had no idea.

Adam dozes with Evan in his arms, stroking the baby's back when Grace appears in the bedroom doorway with a distraught look.

Adam feels her presence and slowly opens his eyes. "What's wrong Teddy Bear?" He whispers. Grace shows him the diary she hid behind her back.

Adam sighs and closes his eyes, Grace slowly walks over to him in the armchair "I promised I would never talk about this" he whispers and looks at her.

Grace nods and then hugs him, climbing onto his lap on the opposite side to where he is holding Evan. She closes her eyes tightly and hugs her husband's neck, who remains unresponsive for a second.

"It's okay now." Grace buries her face in his neck and Evan clings to him, one on each side. An emotional smile creeps across Adam's face and a tear of relief and happiness runs down his face.

He hugs his family tighter as if he were hugging his entire world.

Chase and Harper take Lara to Mighty Force Nation's newest city.

The city is full of technological buildings, landing strips, superhumans flying, running and driving everywhere. Everyone is living their lives normally.

"Woah" Lara says looking out the car window and she sees the beach between the buildings "Is this all yours?"

"This is all ours, mine, yours, and all the super humans and people you see on these streets." Chase responds, turning a corner with one hand on the steering wheel, letting it slide through his hand.

"It's our little corner of the world. That's what the Mighty Force means." Harper smiles and glances at Chase, putting her hand on his leg.

"Exactly" Chase holds her hand up on his thigh. Harper wrinkles her nose and looks out the window as they pass in front of the large Mighty Force Academy building.

At the Mighty Force Academy, the world's new superhero teams were formed, those who would be trained to be part of Elite Force teams and Those who are lucky can make it to the main team of Mighty Force.

The classes were divided into teams of five students. Skylar and Taylor enter a stadium full of students. From children to teenagers.

They were tasked with leading mentoring teams, and leading teams themselves.

"Hello students." Skylar says with a gentle smile into the microphone and everyone applauds "Welcome everyone to Mighty Force Academy!"

"I'm Principal Skylar Storm" Skylar says "And I'm Vice Principal Taylor Krane" Taylor says with a proud smile.

"It is a huge honor and achievement for our people to be gathered here today." Skylar says excitedly.

"Here at this Academy we will strive to train you in the best way possible so that you can be the superheroes that the world will idolize tomorrow" Taylor nods, all cheers.

"You will be categorized by level from 1 where children's training begins up to 100 where the majority of adult and experienced superheroes are to be included in Elite Force teams." Skylar explains.

"Once categorized you will be separated into classes of five people so pay attention to the following names" Taylor says and Skylar grabs a clipboard "Class 1..." She announces starting to divide the classes.

Meanwhile, in the middle of a crowd of students, Spin and Bob were waiting anxiously. "Man, I can't believe we're really here." Spin says. "I know. We went from one academy to another." Bob says.

"No Bob. This is different, this is big, we are level 80 heroes, we are almost part of an Elite Force" Spin says excitedly "Oh Yeah I didn't even know levels went that high" Bob smiles.

"Class 10 report to position!" Skylar announces "That's us!" Spin smiles and he and Bob run to positions.

"Who do you think of these strong guys and agile women will make our team?" Spin looks around, Bob clasps his hands together expectantly.

Suddenly Spin feels a nudge on his shoulder from behind. He turns around and comes face to face with a blonde girl with pointy teeth. "Aaahh!" Spin jumps in fright. "Hey mate!" Lena smiles.

"Hello!" Bob smiles and waves "I'm Lena Wild" she extends her hand to Spin "Uh..." Spin frowns and the girl sniffs "Who's smelling ham?" She frowns.

"Oh That's me" Bob chuckles and raises his hand "I had an accident at lunch" he says, Lena walks over to him and sniffs him.

"Where is it?" She asks "Well it's over but if you want to hear it say there's fried chicken in the cafeteria" Bob says "Yes!" Lena smiles wildly "Woah! Your teeth? Are you a vampire?" Bob asks "You're silly and funny, and what's a vampire?" Lena asks.

Max walks up to them "Hey Guys, I'm Max" he says "Hey" Spin says suspiciously "And this is my sister Ginger" he points to Spin's shoulder who frowns and looks over her shoulder seeing a tiny girl sitting on it "Hi"

"Aaahh!" Spin screams and Ginger jumps off his shoulders and returns to normal size laughing, Max joins in with his laughter and they both high five.

"Geez boy, you scare really easily" Ginger chuckles "I'm just not used to having my shoulders as a landing strip" Spin says annoyed.

"How do you do that?" Bob asks "Our super powers I shrink and Max grows" Ginger explains.

"That's awesome!" Bob says "I know" Ginger smiles smugly "I don't like it" Spin shakes his head "Why? Does that freaks you out" Max mocks.

"Of course not" Spin says "You looked pretty scared both times you screamed" Lena chuckles.

Bob scoffs "What? Nah, Spin screams all the time, right Spin?" He nudges his brother "Shut up Bob!" Spin says through gritted teeth.

"Relax man, it drove me crazy when I found out too." Max says, "Yeah, the first time I shrunk Max almost lost me in the trash." Ginger says, "I already apologized!" Max's eyes widen annoyed

Skylar walks up to them "Okay guys, are you guys familiar with your team yet?" She says "Yeah, I like those two" Lena smiles "This one smells like ham" She sniffs Bob and he blushes frowning at how close she is.

Spin rolls his eyes "Yeah I think we'll make a great team" Max puts his arm around Spin who glares at him annoyed "I agree" Ginger smirks putting her hands on her hips in determination.

Skylar looks at Spin and raises her eyebrow "Is everything okay Spin?" She asks, Spin looks at the new team keeping a frown on his face "Yeah, I guess that's all we have for today" he sighs and Max pats him on the back.

"Welcome to Mighty Force Academy Class 10" Skylar says with a proud smile.

Chase and Harper arrive home with Lara. Chase and Harper's house was not very big but not very small either. It was right on the beach with all the windows overlooking the ocean.

They walk in the front door with all of Lara's bags, Chase throws the house keys on the kitchen counter "Here we are, home sweet home"

"Your house is beautiful" Lara says smiling faintly "Thanks" Harper says "It's yours now, for a while" she smiles.

"Chay, help me carry the heavier things up there." Harper points to some suitcases on the floor. "Because I'm the one with super strength." He smirks.

"But you're the one with those muscles," Harper says softly as she squeezes his biceps, Chase smiles and grabs two suitcases and takes them towards the stairs.

Lara walks across the room toward the window, gazing out at the beach, when Newton, enters. Harper smiles warmly. "Oh, Lara, this is Newton, our baby."

Lara raises an eyebrow, crossing her arms. "Aw, you always wanted a cat."

Harper chuckles. "Yeah, and then Newton showed up." She scoops the cat up gently. "I found him after he fell out of a tree and hurt his paw. I took care of him, and he just... became part of the family." She hugs him, and Newton purrs contentedly.

"That's cute," Lara says, nodding as she continues into the room. Harper wrinkles her nose at Newton, and the cat meows in response.

Lara's attention drifts to a bookshelf lined with picture frames. She scans the photos: pictures of Chase, Adam, and Bree in the lab with Leo, selfies of Harper and Chase, snapshots from school, Christmas moments, Harper with Melody, Bree with Grace, Harper and Maddie, Chase with Mr. Davenport... But her gaze lingers on a particular frame.

A picture of her, Harper, and Tara together-the last one they took before Harper's arrest years ago. The faded memories surge back, cold and heavy, like a wave crashing over her.

Lara takes the frame in her hands, her fingers tracing the edges of the photo. "Did you keep this?" she asks quietly.

Harper steps over to her sister and nods. "Of course I did. You're my family. That's why you're here."

Lara's throat tightens as her finger lingers on the photo, running her fingers over Tara's photo.

Harper looks at her sister with pity and lowers her head "I have something for you" She says calmly, Lara swallows her tears and puts the picture frame back on the shelf while Harper takes something from a drawer.

Lara looks away to her sister who hands her Tara's brass knuckles. "She would want you to have these," Harper says.

Lara frowns, recognizing the accessory. "She gave you that?" She asks. Harper nods. "It was the last thing she did, besides saving my life," she says with a noticeable weight in her voice.

"I know she gave this to me wanting me to give it to you." Harper blinks quickly to keep the tears away. "It's helped me get through some tough times, I hope it does the same for you." She sighs shakily.

Lara looks at the brass knuckles and puts them in her hand. Harper smiles faintly and looks into her sister's eyes.

"I won't let her down. I promise." Lara says looking at her hand and Harper nods. "Neither will I." She says softly.

Lara looks up at Harper "I love you" she confesses, Harper smiles "I love you too" she takes a step forward and the two sisters embrace, not only embracing each other but the memory they share.

Meanwhile Melody and Douglas moved to a house further downtown, welcoming their two youngest sons Daniel and Finn with them.

Finn was in his new room unpacking some boxes of his things that he had brought from the penthouse. One of the boxes among them was from his mother and it was labeled 'Memories'.

The Stone boy opens the box where he finds several photo albums from when he was a baby and toys and clothes from his childhood. Finn smirks and searches through the box with a nostalgic feeling.

Until at the bottom of the box he comes across something that wouldn't be his memory-- Not one he knew ar least-- he finds two wooden drumsticks at the bottom of the box.

"What is this?" Finn says to her as he looks closer at the drumsticks and the name 'La Luna Band' carved into them.

He frowns in confusion trying to imagine where those drumsticks came from but nothing comes to mind. Finn sits on the bed and starts spinning the drumsticks in his hands.

He drops one of them on the floor. "Damn," he mutters and picks it up. Again he tries to spin the drumsticks in his hand and hits the box in front of him.

Finn chuckles lightly and begins to get excited by banging on the boxes around him like a drum.

The boy begins to make a coherent sound from the cardboard boxes and loses himself in the feeling. When Melody walks right through the door and instantly freezes and slowly returns to her son's room.

She sees the boy with what were once the drumsticks of his father, whom he barely knew. Beating the drums with the same enthusiasm and passion that his father played the drums.

She instantly feels a pain in her chest and a sense of emptiness that fills her as she notices how similar Finn is to George, as if he is relived through the boy.

A tear runs down Melody's face, Finn spins the drumsticks in his hand with precision and natural talent. The mother smiles proudly at her son.

Soon he notices Melody standing in the door frame watching him "Is everything okay mom?" He asks, Melody sniffs and wipes away her tears "Yeah, yeah. Just...you're really good, son" she smiles.

"To the point of making you cry?" Finn chuckles gently. Melody closes her eyes and smiles, shaking her head. "I heard there's a band at your college. You should join." She smirks and leaves the room, containing her emotions.

Finn frowns and looks at the drumsticks in his hand, considering.

Meanwhile, in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood a few blocks from the beach, Bree was helping the boys, Kaz, Oliver, and Leo, unload their things from the moving truck.

The boys rented a house for them to share while the girls Bree, Skylar and Taylor rented the house next door.

"Okay then, this is Leo's last box." Bree puts a box on the floor and wipes the sweat from her forehead. "Wow." Kaz walks over. "I told you, you look beautiful when you do hard work."

"She must, you're her boyfriend I'm sure it's no easy task" Leo says as he and Oliver take a bookshelf out of the truck.

Bree makes a face at her brother and turns to Kaz "I'm glad we're going to be neighbors Babe. We can exchange messages to each other through the window like in Taylor Swift's music videos" she beams.

"I thought more about me climbing through your window at night like all the guys in all the romance movies" Kaz says "We can do that too" Bree nods.

Oliver leaves the house and returns to the truck "Kaz, does the big TV go in the living room or the game room?" He asks

"The game room" Kaz replies and Bree puts her hands on her hips "Do you guys have a game room?" He asks "We made good use of the basement" He chuckles.

"Well ours has become a gym" Bree crosses her arms "Sorry Bee, this is boring. Ours has a pool table, bar and recliners" He chuckles.

Bree tilts her head "What?" Kaz asks "I know once you step foot in this room I won't see you for months" She says frustrated.

"Well haven't you heard? There are recliners!" Kaz says and Bree rolls her eyes.

Meanwhile, in the house across the street, the real estate saleswoman leaves after showing the house to a potential buyer. "I assure you, Miss Tempo, this is one of the best neighborhoods in the nation."

The saleswoman says and turns to the girl who leaves the house, Noah, she leaves the house and breathes the fresh air of the garden "I loved it here" she says, every time she speaks she enjoys the sound of her own voice after having gone so long without listening to herself.

"It's everything I've ever dreamed of in a home, and this place is extraordinarily beautiful." Noah smiles kindly at the saleswoman. "So we have a deal?" The real estate saleswoman asks.

"Yes, we do" Noah nods happily "Great. I'll organize the paperwork. Feel free" the saleswoman enters the house "Okay" Noah replies.

He sighs and looks around the neighborhood until a reflective light catches her eyes and her attention is drawn to the house in front of her.

Where she sees Oliver unloading a large TV from the moving truck. Noah's eyes widen slightly "Is that...?"

She watches Oliver rest in the middle of the path and laugh at something Leo says as he leaves the house "Oliver" she says quietly with a smile, incredulous at seeing him again.

But as soon as Oliver notices her gaze, she takes a step back, standing behind a tree out of his sight. Oliver frowns and Leo helps him carry the TV inside.

Noah blushes slightly as her heart races watching the boys enter the house. She chuckles to herself in happiness as she never thought she would see him again.

At the Nation's airport, a plane arrives with several other superhumans who were released more recently or who were finally able to make deposits in apartments in the city, also other residents who are not necessarily superhuman, such as family members, and civil workers who want to contribute to the development of the nation.

Among them were Nick and Sofia. They walk through the airport entrance with a promising look on their faces.

"I can't believe I'm here! And I can't believe I got a nursing internship at the newest Mighty Med hospital!" Sofia beams "I'm so proud of you Sofi" Nick says walking right behind.

Nick was now 100% recovered and joined a military team in the Mighty Force army, hence he wore his uniform with the N. Hawke tag on it

They stop in the middle of the road and look back, waiting for someone. "Come on, Dad, let's go. We're going to be late! I promised the boss that I would arrive on time" Sofia hurries a man who has just passed through the turnstile and shown his passport.

A tall, black man with shaved hair and a friendly smile and a goatee walks towards them.

"Calm down Sofi. There's no such thing as being on time, you either arrive early or late. Change my mind" Theo says to his daughter who rolls her eyes.

Nick chuckles "You used to said that every day in the barracks" he shakes his head "Because it's true!" Theo pats his friend on the back, he also wears a military uniform with the tag T. Dooley on It.

Sofia smiles and Theo puts his arm around her as the two of them and Nick start walking towards the airport exit.

Nick is further behind them when suddenly a round makeup case falls and rolls across the floor until it hits his foot.

He frowns and bends down to pick it up, suddenly he looks in the direction the case rolled and sees Gwen and Glen struggling with their bags.

"Glen, you idiot!" Gwen hits him "Owch!" He grabs her arm "You made me drop everything" she complains "I didn't even do anything, I wasn't even in this scene a second ago" Glen says.

Gwen groans and rolls her eyes, Nick walks up to them "Uh excuse me" he says, Gwen looks up to him and freezes with a gleam in her eye.

"I think you dropped this" Nick shows the makeup case, Glen picks it up "Thanks Oliver Queen" he says, Nick frowns.

"Thank you" Gwen softens her gaze "That's very kind of you" She bites her lip, Nick smirks "It was nothing, have a good day" he leaves.

Gwen follows him with her gaze "Dear Lord" she sighs, Glen frowns "He's even hotter in person" she says, Glen scoffs.

"Did you feel the vibe between us?" Gwen asks "What?" Glen frowns "That didn't happen by chance, did you see the way he looked at me?" Gwen smiles.

"Oh Gwen stop" Glen grabs the backpack and puts it on his back "Seriously Glen! It was destiny, we had to meet because it's our destiny to be together" Gwen says holding her brother's arm.

"Oh, you're making up a plot for yourself." Glen rolls his eyes and starts to leave. "Glen, I feel it! It's my plot. He and I were made for each other, it's written!" Gwen insists.

"Oh no you're not. Now you're being insane" Glen shakes his head "What if I'm his Felicity Smoak in this universe?" Gwen says "Oh you're nothing compared to her" Glen mocks and Gwen punches her brother in the arm again.

Meanwhile at La Luna club, Vince leaves after a show. Unfortunately for him after the damage Chase did to his shoulder he was never able to play guitar like before again.

He's just a singer as a reminder of what Chase Davenport was capable of and he made sure to tell everyone who passed by with bad intentions.

As he leaves the club, Vince lights a cigarette and looks across the street and sees a familiar motorcycle parked and a man next to it, Jack.

Vince crosses the street and goes to the man "You're Vincent Krane huh?" Jack asks "Who are you?" Vince asks "Just a guy who came here on another guy's orders..." He points to the motorcycle "Give that back to you"

Vince looks at Jack puzzled "The Captain made sure I told you he appreciates you lending him the bike" He says "But what about my guitar?" Vince asks "Don't push It" Jack responds.

Vince nods in regret "what about my niece?" He asks "She's fine, but she didn't send any message" Jack replies.

"Fair enough. But tell her I love her and tell the Captain thank you, and that I will never set foot in his nation." Vince runs his hand over the bike. "I promise."

Jack nods "Great. You wouldn't be able to handle the pressure anyway" he says and starts to walk away leaving Vince behind with the bike and a thoughtful look.

After carrying Lara's last suitcase upstairs, Harper goes to her room and sits on the bed. She grabs a tablet from the dresser next to her side of the bed and calls Maddie.

"Hey girl, how are you?" Harper smiles

"We just captured Rodissius and his kids so I'm fine." Maddie sighs, in relief. "What about you? How are you?"

"Uhg that guy" Harper rolls her eyes, she sighs "I'm great! Really good! Guess where I'm calling from" she moves the camera around her a little showing a bit of the room lit only by the glass doors of the balcony behind her

"Ah." Maddie smiles. "Your new house."

Harper nods several times with an excited smile "Yes! Can you believe it?! Everything is so perfect, Chase thought of everything..." She bites her lip to keep from smiling too much.

Maddie chuckles softly. "I know. Smartest man in the world and your fiancé for a reason."

Harper wrinkles her nose "Yup!" She turns the camera around, and gets up from the bed "Look at this, this is our room! Ours!" She shows the room with an excited smile "Not a room we have in someone else's house, it's our room! I know it sounds silly but it's exciting!" She states.

"I'm so happy for you, guys." Maddie smiles.

"Thanks" Harper turns the camera to her "Check the..." She climbs over the bed to the other side of the room and jumps in front of the balcony door "View" She goes to the bedroom balcony and shows the direct view of the beach "Isn't it beautiful?"

"Wow, I knew the view was going to be beautiful, but... Wow!" Maddie exclaims.

"Right!" Harper chuckles "It looks like a screen saver. That's the view I wake up to every morning, well..." she turns to the bed "Actually it's Chase's view I sleep on the other side of the bed" she frowns "But still" she shrugs.

"The view you wake up every morning to is Chase. That's better." Maddie chuckles softly.

Harper giggles and walks around the room "Yeah It is, Besides his sleepy voice saying good morning every day, it's the best alarm clock ever" she smiles

"His morning voice is the best sound ever." Maddie says.

"There's no way to resist his voice in the morning" Harper sighs loudly "I give in every time"

Harper shrugs and walks into the hallway of the house. "Maybe you'll understand one day." She smiles.

"I wish you could come visit us one day, but in the meantime I'll show you a little bit of everything." Harper stops in front of a door.

"Maybe we could soon. I mean, everything is pretty calm since Rhea destroyed half of National City." Maddie sighs.

"Yeah, but for now everyone is settling in, which means the city is a mess. Not to mention that I discovered that some super villains took advantage of the loophole to escape from prison unnoticed. Believe that?!" Harper frowns.

"You're kidding?" Maddie sighs. "I hate villains."

"Me too, one of them is Dr Gao. However, we are trying to track him down, without success yet" Harper rolls her eyes.

"Ugh. I hate him." Maddie frowns.

"Same" Harper says "Look, here's our office, my monitors and my chair and that's Chase's" she points "But our official office is still on the plane carrier"

"No, you didn't. But I know." Maddie snickers. "Are you excited to take long warm baths with your fiancé after a long day?" She smirks.

Harper blushes and looks at the camera trying to contain a mischievous smile.

"Ha! You already thought about it." Maddie laughs.

Harper shrugs innocently "I'm not the kind of girl who just thinks about it" she leaves the office slowly closing the door.

Harper clears her throat "Anyway..." She walks into another room "This is the guest room, with my sister's stuff" she steps over boxes and suitcases "She's going to be staying with us for a while, just until she gets an apartment and a job, She has no one else but me, it's the least I could do," she explains.

"That's really nice of you." Maddie replies. "I hope she manages to get back a bit of normal life."

"Well she never had one so just being with me and Chase is a big deal" Harper smiles faintly.

"I know." Maddie nods.

"Harp? Who are you talking to?" Chase says from afar. Harper smiles "It was too quiet to be true" she looks at the camera as she walks to the room Chase is in.

Chase was in the music room hanging a guitar on the wall.He looks at his tablet and rolls his eyes "Oh it's just you" he shakes his head and bends down to pick up a rag from the floor "Hey! don't be rude!" Harper kicks his butt lightly and he glares at her standing up "Hello Maddie, it's lovely to hear your voice again" he forces a sarcastic smile.

Maddie laughs. "Thank you, Harper, for this moment that I will never forget." She smirks. "And it's nice to see you, smart-ass."

Harper smiles and Chase rolls his eyes in amusement as he wipes a finger mark off his guitar "Good to see you, how are you?" He asks, returning his gaze to the tablet.

"I'm fine." Maddie nods. "You?"

"You Sure?" Chase asks for reassurance.

"Yes. Don't worry about me." Maddie replies.

"Don't ask us to do something we can't do," Harper smirks and Chase nods lightly.

"I'm hearing my Chase all over again." Maddie sighs, amused.

"He knows what he's doing tho" Chase shrugs.

"Except that I'm the only one out of the four of us, who can't get hurt. So I have more reasons to be worried about you guys than the opposite." Maddie says.

"Oh you always have to play the "woman of steel" card don't you?" Chase rolls his eyes and Harper chuckles.

"It's a fact though. You have one brutal bike accident and you're dead. I don't even have a scratch." Maddie shrugs.

"Fair enough" Harper starts to leave the room "Yeah, well I'll never fall off my bike because I'm working on antigravity wheels, when I'm done I'll be able to ride on water." Chase smirks

Harper nods and Chase rolls his eyes, the two walk down the stairs "So Harper showed you the whole upstairs right?" Chase says and Harper smiles at Maddie.

"Yep. You did an amazing job, it's even better than the blueprints." Maddie replies.

Harper looks at Chase and smiles "I know, when I started getting things off the ground I had to make some adjustments but the decor is all Harp tho" He smirks gesturing around.

"You both did an amazing job. Your home is beautiful." Maddie smiles.

"Thanks" The two respond arriving downstairs "This is the living room, like all the rooms this one also has a view" Harper shows "For two people who work their asses off we deserve to feel on vacation in our own home" Chase adds.

"Hey who's that?" Lara asks sitting at the kitchen counter making a sandwich, Harper walks over to her "This is Maddie" she says.

"Seriously you have another one of these in your universe?" Lara points to Chase as he pours two glasses of juice and Harper sits next to Lara putting the tablet on the counter.

"And a Bree, Leo, Adam, Donnie, Douglas, Tasha, Naomi, Grandma and a lot more people." Maddie lists. "But some have the same names like the Davenports and some are totally different. It's really weird. I mean in my universe, your alter ego is an actress."

"Actress?" Lara frowns and looks at Harper "do you think i could..." "No" Harper says dryly, Lara rolls her eyes at her sister.

Maddie chuckles.

"Cool, you have friends from other universes. Is that the only weird thing I'm going to have to deal with while living here?" Lara asks as Chase hands Harper a cup "Look who's talking? Cyborg Woman" Harper frowns at her

"The Davenport siblings are part of the weird things you will have to deal with." Maddie sighs. "As much as I love them most chaotic and weirdest people ever!"

"I wish I could say that wasn't true, but that would be a lie." Chase sits down next to Harper. "But your sister is still the weirdest of us." He takes a sip of juice. Harper frowns at him. "But you make it adorable" He kisses her cheek and she chuckles, Lara makes a disgusted face.

"Well, I have bags to unpack and a job to look for....So this is what adulthood is like?" Lara stands up "It took 27 years but here you go Sis" Harper smiles sarcastically "It's not that bad," Chase says, Lara presses her lips together in frustration.

"Oh yeah Maddie also had a brother who had to adapt to the...real world, you know" Harper frowns "Really? You have a brother?" Lara asks.

"Yep. He turned 27 a couple of months ago. He was a prince, so basically he never learned how to do anything for himself or work, so he learned and adapted." Maddie explains. "He's doing great, now. He has a job that he loves."

Lara laughs "You turned so red, you looked like a short, freckled traffic light" She says, Harper looks at Maddie in frustration blushing

Maddie laughs loudly. "That is the best description ever!"

"That's exactly what she looked like" Lara laughs "Thanks Lara" Harper says annoyed and Chase snorts "You're lucky Tara saved your ass that day" Lara says nostalgically looking at the brass knuckles in her hand "You slept with a picture of me" Chase smirks, Harper avoids eye contact with him blushing more.

"Stop it, Chase." Maddie warns.

"Shut up!" Chase mumbles annoyed

Maddie laughs. "He didn't know that."

"No I didn't but that's so cute" Chase softens his gaze at her "It's humiliating" Harper mumbles.

"While you were drawing hearts, Chase was eating walls." Maddie smirks.

Everyone looks at the screen and Chase widens his eyes "What?" Harper and Lara asks "Shit" Chase mumbles.

"There is the practice kiss wall in the lab of the mansion, but there is also all the times he woke up in pain because he hit his face on the wall of his capsule, because he was dreaming of kissing you." Maddie gives Chase a shit eating grin.

Chase blushes deeply "Really?" Harper chuckles "Oh you two are perfect for each other" Lara scoffs "No! I mean I...Maddie!" Chase frowns annoyed "He really did that?" Harper asks Maddie

"Wanna see?" Maddie smirks, ignoring Chase's annoyance.

"You're not doing it?" Chase says to Harper "I am I'm gonna love seeing this" she chuckles "Why?" Chase says "Because you never told me you dreamed about me" she replies "You never told me you kissed my picture!" Chase replies "I haven't told you many things Chay" She whispers teasingly and Chase frowns.

"I'm only gonna show the kiss dreams though." Maddie teases as she put her phone on the kitchen counter of the penthouse.

Chase shakes his head "This isn't happening" he says and Lara pushes him out of the way "Yes, it is, Cap" she says.

Maddie steps backwards. She puts her fingers of her left hand on her temple and extends her right hand. She shows the memories of Chase's dreams about to kiss Harper and then, Adam's and Bree's memories of Chase bumping his head in the wall of his capsule.

Lara laughs "Oh you look like an idiot" She says, Chase blushes and grits his teeth "Aw if you wanted a kiss you just had to ask, Baby" Harper chuckles blushing too "Okay enough" Chase says turning the tablet towards him away from them "I'm going to kill you!" He mutters

"Payback for last time I came." Maddie mouths as she stops the illusion.

Chase tilts his head with a wide-eyed look of annoyence "You kissed me in your dreams like Bob kissed Bree" Harper chuckles, Chase sighs blushing more.

"If only that's the only thing he did." Maddie mumbles.

"Wanna Stop!" Chase frowns "Don't stop!" Harper chuckles "Definitely" Lara smiles in amusement.

Maddie laughs.

"At least it was worth it, thanks to those dreams you're a good kisser" Harper goes to him trying to comfort him "I hope his picture taught you something too, Sis" Lara adds "Shut up!" Harper shouts

Maddie laughs louder. "Given Chase's reactions when she does, it would say yes." She wipes the tears in her eyes.

Lara laughs mischievously and Harper and Chase give the two annoyed looks "I don't know what you're talking about" Chase says

"Of course you don't." Maddie shakes her head. "Portal lab." She says as she coughs.

"What?" Lara asks "Nothing!" The couple exclaims both blushing.

"You're impossible" Chase says annoyed.

Chase glares at her "Fine Chay" Harper smiles "I had a picture of you that I kissed goodnight on" she admits blushing "It's pathetic I know" she crosses her arms "It's not" Chase chuckles "Yes It is" Lara murmurs.

Chase rolls his eyes and looks at Harper "Yeah I dreamed about you. Often..."

"Not only soft dreams like that though." Maddie says.

Chase's eyes widens more but he doesn't even look at the screen, Harper blushes biting her lip and looks at Maddie

"Anyway" Chase frowns at her "I dreamed about you and yes I may have practiced kissing on the lab wall thinking about you" He admits blushing up to his neck.

Chase throws his head back in frustration "Well I don't know why I never told you this before tho" he says to Harper "Because you wanna pretend you're not a little boy in love" Harper smirks "Look who's talking Lover Girl" He smirks back.

Maddie chuckles.

"You're such a fool for me, Baby." Harper wrinkles her nose, Chase bites his lip and shakes his head.

Harper smiles at Chase and pulls him into a soft kiss "Uhg! I'm gonna throw up" Lara rolls her eyes.

"You can leave the room you know?" Maddie whispers.

Chase breaks the kiss "She started it" he points at Harper "I saw in your eyes that you wanted it" she hugs him, He softens his gaze towards her and grins.

"That's always your excuse, Chase." Maddie snickers.

Harper chuckles and nods "But it's always true she's evil" Chase says as she kisses his neck "Okay I'm out" Lara gets up and goes to the living room.

"Bye girl!" Maddie chuckles. "Prepare yourself to be more traumatized!"

"Here we go" Chase rolls his eyes "Stop Maddie we're not that bad" Harper smirks as Chase glances down and nudges her "Harp stop that silly hand!" he stands up as Harper laughs.

Harper shrugs "See my point?" Chase takes her hand and puts it aside, pushing her away lightly

Maddie chuckles. "Poor Chase."

"Yep." Maddie nods and turns around to where the voice was coming. "Sorry!" She turns back to the phone. "I can't curse with him." She snickers.

"This can't be easy, especially for you." Harper chuckles "You should listen to him more, he seems like a very wise and polite guy, Keep that in mind" Chase smirks

"You curse as much as I do." Maddie scoffs. "And I don't even try to not curse. I just got used to the "Mads!" And "language!" And the glaring and the putting his hand on my mouth." She chuckles softly.

"I know it's a bad habit but I'm trying to stop this shit" Chase says "You're doing really fucking good Babe" Harper says sarcastically

"Yeah, fucking fantastic job." Maddie nods. "Chase is complaining because we all just cursed." She snickers.

"Sorry" Harper says "Apologies" Chase says "We forgot that we can't curse in front of kids" Harper says sarcastically, Chase chuckles.

"Five days. Just five days and he's not a kid anymore." Maddie frowns.

"Aw good to know" Chase smirks "In a month I will definitely not be a kid anymore" Harper sighs "And I'm gonna be the lucky one who gets a 22 year old girl" Chase smirks

Chase closes his eyes "But these are facts, Chay" Harper shrugs "Wow, you're insane today, aren't you?" Chase narrows his eyes at her "I'm in a good mood" she grins.

"Then...Why don't we take this opportunity to end this call?" Chase leans toward the tablet and Harper uses molecular kinesis to pull the tablet toward her "Not that fast!" she says, Chase sighs impatiently "Don't touch my tablet"

Maddie chuckles and turns away as she sees her Chase walk by. She smiles, her gaze following him as he walks out.

"He's the one who just passed by, wasn't he?" Harper asks.

"What?" Maddie looks at her phone again.

"Never mind" Harper chuckles in amusement, Chase sighs loudly behind her "you're just going to prove Maddie right about you if you keep this up" she says glancing at him, Chase presses his lips together.

"Sorry, I kinda fazed out." Maddie snickers. "But yeah, Chase is the worse one. I already know that."

"I'm not!" Chase stands up "And to prove it I'm going to leave and go to my room alone..." He says leaning over Harper's shoulder looking at the screen

"And go play with yourself until Harper hangs up?" Maddie mocks.

Harper laughs softly, "No!" He scoffs

"So, you're gonna wait to be needy when she comes?" Maddie snickers.

Maddie chuckles. "But you guys, you have to promise me something."

"Wait after your sister has her own apartment to start baptizing every surface in your house." Maddie smirks.

"Ugh! You're unbelievable" Chase groans "Yeah....we've been living here for a week now what do you think?" Harper says "Harper!" Chase widens his eyes blushing.

Maddie snorts. "Okay. Damn. You go guys. Just try to spare Lara from the awful details."

"I would never tell her anything" Harper shakes her head "Oh my God" Chase covers his face.

"They're so cute" Harper smiles "I know I should have told him about the picture thing too. But so many things happened to us that these details ended up getting lost. But maybe it's good to rescue them," she admits.

"I know. And I'm happy to know that you trust me and feel safe enough with me to talk to me about her." Maddie replies.

"Ah, here they are." Maddie crouches down and shows the two cats, sleeping next to each other in a cat bed. "Hey, babies, look who's here." She shows the screen to them. Marie and Maxwell, immediately, get up and Meow at the screen.

Newton leans on the kitchen counter and meows at the tablet "Hey guys" Harper smiles, Newton runs his paw over the screen.

Harper rolls her eyes blushing more and picks up a pen "Here Buddy..." She writes something on the note "Go and give this to your daddy" she folds the note and puts it back on the collar, Newton meows and goes down running up the stairs, Harper giggles.

"Mm-hmm he must be writing in agony up there by now, what I wrote will make him fall hard to the ground" Harper chuckles.

"I hope he actually does and we hear it." Maddie snickers.

"If we stay quiet we'll be able to hear" Harper says looking up

Harper frowns "It wasn't always like this, why do you think he's so cocky and stubborn like that, he's afraid that no one will respect him, because there was a time when that happened, with all of us"

"She's right. As much as I want to strangle him when he grins with that smug face, it's just a facade." Maddie says.

Her Chase nods.

"Yeah, it's like a protective shield, not just for him. He uses it to protect me, Adam, Bree, Leo, all of us." Harper smiles.

Maddie smiles softly.

"That's cute." Her Chase says.

"Yeah, he's got that family patriarch instinct in him" Harper chuckles.

"Chase being Chase." Maddie snickers, making her Chase roll his eyes.
"I'm not like that." He says.

"Uh-uh." Maddie, sarcastically, nods"Nobody touches my brother. And i won't let anything happen to her. Watch your tone when you speak to her. If anything happened to my family, i will end you." She imitates his voice.

Her Chase frowns at her.

Harper laughs "That's exactly how it is"

"I know!" Maddie chuckles.

Her Chase rolls his eyes at both of them.

Harper chuckles, Chase walks down the stairs and leans against the wall "Harp" he says softly, Harper looks at him "Oh Yeah, I lost track of It" She chuckles "It's okay" He smirks.

"Oh. No." Maddie frowns.

"Oh, it's me again." Her Chase snickers.

"Yeah" Harper chuckles "Bree texted, asked if you want them to bring anything to help with dinner?" Chase says "Tell her to bring the whole dinner" Lara says and Harper laughs.

"This is so weird." Maddie's Chase replies.

"You already said that." Maddie smiles.

"I know." Her Chase snickers.

"I have to go" Harper smiles at the screen.

"Okay." Maddie and Chase nod "Harper, before you go, can I ask you something?" He asks.

"Sure thing" Harper nods

"I don't know if I'll ever talk or meet your Chase, so can you thank him for me for everything he did for Mads?" Chase asks as Maddie smiles softly at him.

Harper glances at Chase leaning against the wall typing on his cell phone replying to Bree "Sure, I'll tell him. But I think you'll be able to tell him yourself one day" she smiles gently.

"Thank you." Maddie's Chase smiles back.

"You're welcome" Harper smiles "It was nice meeting you Maddie and Chase 2. Girl, I was having a bad day, but talking to you made my day" Lara smiles

Maddie chuckles softly. "I'm glad. It was nice meeting you."

"Chase 2?" Her Chase frowns. "And yeah, nice to meet you too" Lara smiles "Okay" Harper looks at her watch "Now it's for real, bye Guys!" she smiles.

"Bye." Maddie's Chase says.

"Sorry for earlier, Chase." Maddie says loudly.

"What did you do?" Her Chase frowns.

"I just annoyed him a teeny tiny bit." Maddie replies.

"Of course, you did." Her Chase chuckles softly.

"Not taken" Chase says from afar "It was fun" you can hear him chuckle from afar and Harper smiles
Maddie snickers "Bye, guys."

"It was great meeting you, Harper." Her Chase smiles.

"You too Chase" she frowns "That's weird" she says "Bye! Take care" She waves and hangs up.

Chase is on the stairs, he smiles and crosses his arms "I love her" she says putting the tablet on a dresser "I know you do" Chase chuckles.

"But I think her Daxamite side has a bad influence on you" He holds the note in his hand "Maybe yes, maybe no" she shrugs, Chase rolls his eyes in amusement.

Chase and Harper enter the room and Chase closes the door.

Harper walks up to him and gently pushes him against the door, giving him a soft kiss. She lifts her thigh against him and he mumbles "Doorknob" into the kiss.

Harper pulls away a little "Sorry" she sighs and Chase chuckles. "Come here" she whispers "Damn you're really in a good mood today huh" Chase whispers back.

"Why wouldn't I be?" Harper pulls him towards the bed. "I have a beautiful house, a great job," she says.

Chase nods slowly and sits on the bed looking at her "I'm making up with my sister." Harper says and slowly takes the bandana off her head.

"And..." She puts the bandana around his neck and pulls him closer "I have the best fiancé in the world" she says softly and slides the piece of fabric around the back of his neck making him blush more.

Chase looks away from her lips "And I have the best fiancée ever" and grabs her hips pulling her to sit on his lap, Harper chuckles blushing.

"The best of all universes" Chase says softly as she hugs his neck "The best of all existence" he whispers and kisses her firmly.

Harper holds the hair at the back of his neck as the kiss becomes more passionate, she wraps her legs around his hips.

Chase leans back a little, supporting himself with his arms when Harper puts her hands inside his shirt, Chase breaks the kiss, blushing more.

Harper chuckles "What's wrong?" She says "Nothing, I love having these moments with you" he says softly.

Harper frowns teasingly "You know, those moments" he says softly biting his lip and lifting his hips and she gasps with the slight jolt.

Chase laughs "You're ridiculous" Harper wrinkles her nose "You like it" He smirks "Uhg! I do" she rolls her eyes.

"You do" Chase grins "Mm-hmm" Harper chuckles and cups his face "Wait a minute" she gives him a quick kiss and gets off of him "Harp" he throws his head back in frustration.

Harper goes to the bathroom to change "Oh before I forget. Maddie's Chase thanked you" she says picking up the toothbrush.

"For what?" Chase asks "For everything you did to help Maddie" Harper says as she changes the shirt she's wearing into a nightgown

Chase smiles slightly proudly "Well she deserved much more than that. She deserved happiness that was the least I could do but I would have done more if I could"

Harper smiles hearing the sincerity in his voice "Really?" She says "Yeah, she's our friend. I'd do it all over again if I had to" Chase leans against the headboard.

Harper comes out of the bathroom in a black nightgown and walks to the bed, Chase blushes but tries to keep a serious look.

"That's so cute." Harper sits down next to him, Chase glances at her up and down. "I know you would do the same."

"Yeah but...Coming from you it's cuter" Harper chuckles, Chase smirks in amusement "Well, one day I'll tell the other me that it was an honor to help and take care of his...friend"

Harper nods and Chase puts his hand on her thigh "I wish we had the whole night off" he says, Harper chuckles "Me too, but adult life and family call in 2 hours"

Chase nods biting his lip "Now show me how you kissed the capsule" Harper smirk "Show me what that picture taught you," He says softly and the two lean towards each other for a soft and slow kiss.

Later, the Davenport family arrives for dinner. Harper is busy setting the table with a steaming lasagna that Lara made, along with other dishes she and Chase cooked.

"Hey! Look who's here!" Adam grins, holding the baby in his arms. "Hi!" Chase smiles warmly. "Aww, look at my baby," Bree coos, approaching and taking the baby from Adam.

Lara, standing at the kitchen counter, watches quietly as the family enters and greets the couple.

Kaz strolls up to Chase, a playful grin on his face. "Brought you a beer, and a non-alcoholic one for you princess," he teases. Chase rolls his eyes. "Just put them in the fridge," he replies with a smile.

"Everything looks amazing!" Grace exclaims, beaming. "My sister It's on the blame for the lasagna," Harper says, giving Lara a mock glare.

Douglas, Melody, Finn, and Daniel enter the room. "Hello!" Douglas says with a smile. "Harper!" Finn grins, rushing over to hug his sister. "Hi, King Trouble. How are you?" Harper laughs, ruffling her brother's hair.

Melody walks over to Harper and kisses her on the forehead. "Hi, Sweetie."

"Hi, Mom," Harper responds warmly. Lara feels a flutter in her chest when she sees Melody and slowly steps forward. "Melody?" she says softly.

Melody turns, her eyes lighting up as recognition dawns. "Oh my God," she smiles widely. "Darling, Lara, you've grown." She steps toward her, and Lara feels a rush of emotion. She presses her lips together, fighting back tears.

Melody sighs, wrapping her arms around Lara. "Welcome back to the family, Honey," she says, her voice thick with affection. Lara's smile widens, and she hugs Melody tighter, her heart full as she reunites with the woman who was like a mother to her.

Just then, Mr. Davenport, Tasha, and Naomi arrive. "Hello, everyone!" Donald says with a smile. "Hi!" Tasha beams. "Hi!" the others greet in return.

"What are we waiting for? Let's eat!" Leo announces, his voice booming. "Big D, you do the honors!" he says, pointing to the plates.

Harper walks over to Chase in the kitchen, slipping her arms around his waist as they watch the family serve themselves at the table. Adam approaches them, holding something in his hand.

"Hey, guys," he says, catching their attention.

"What's up, Adam?" Chase asks, his hand gently brushing Harper's back. Adam holds up a small, worn diary. "Grace found this during the move. Thought maybe you'd want it or..." He shrugs.

Chase flips through the pages of the diary, pausing for a moment as memories flood back. He exchanges a glance with Harper.

Sighing, Harper nods. "Actually, I know exactly what to do with this." She looks at both of them, a mischievous smirk playing on her lips.

The trio, once fugitives but now leaders, stood before the towering steel structure rising at the heart of the city-a symbol of the nation's rebirth. The tower, still under construction, was destined to be a central monument, bearing the names of every hero who helped build the nation.

Harper, Chase, and Adam stepped past the construction tape and cones, their boots crunching on the dirt surrounding the unfinished tower.

Adam knelt and began digging a small hole, while Harper stood beside him, holding a small box in her hands. Inside the box were mementos of their past lives on the run: Adam's diary, the stuffed dog Vince had returned to Harper, and Chase's pocket knife.

The three of them stood in silence, staring at the box for a long moment.

"As hard as it was, we wouldn't be standing in front of this tower today if it weren't for everything we went through," Chase says quietly.

"We wouldn't have any of this-any of this country-if it weren't for all that," Adam adds, his voice tinged with the weight of their past. Harper says nothing, her gaze fixed on the box.

"Let's just... leave this here," Harper speaks softly, breaking the silence. "We can seal that chapter of our lives and leave it with history."

Adam looks at her, his eyes reflecting the same uncertainty that lingered in her voice. "Can we finally say it's a new beginning now?"

"Yes," Chase answers firmly, his gaze sweeping over the towering structure before them. "The three fugitives we were-the reckless people we had to become to survive-end here. It's just a chapter in our story, but one that shaped us into who we are today. Tomorrow starts now."

Harper and Adam nodded in agreement. Together, they placed the box into the hole, and Adam covered it with dirt. It was a quiet but powerful gesture, laying the memories of their past as the foundation of the city that had become their home.

Harper glances at the tower where one of the names forged into the steel is barely visible and readable: 'Tara Krane'

"That's the part of the story no one will ever know," Harper says, her words carrying a weight of finality.

Chase turns to her, his expression thoughtful. "No one, but every story has a hidden side."

Adam smiles softly, his gaze fixed on the towering monument. "But I like to think that what's really important-the part that matters-no one can ever take away. Nothing in the world can separate me from you guys."

Chase chuckles, and Harper smiles, her heart swelling at the sentiment.

"Like it's still the three of us against the world, right?" Adam asks, his voice light.

"Always, bro," Chase replies, his tone steady.

"We're too tangled up to be otherwise, buddy," Harper says, shaking her head in amusement.

Adam grins, his fingers wrapping around something in his hand-a tape player. "I didn't have the courage to put this in the box," he says with a half-smile, pressing play. The familiar strains of "In the Meantime" by Spacehog fill the air, the same song they had once listened to during their time on the run.

The couple smiles at each other, and Adam pulls them both into a hug. "I love you guys."

"Me too," Chase says, his voice warm.

Harper grins, her voice full of affection. "I love you even more."

The three of them begin walking, Adam's arms wrapped around them both, the song accompanying their steps as they strolled through the heart of the city.

"♪We love the all, the all of you,♪" Adam sings, his voice filled with laughter.

"♪Where lands are green and skies are blue,♪" Chase joins in, his voice carrying through the quiet streets.

Harper wrinkles her nose, then adds, "♪When all in all, we're just like you.♪"

"♪We love the all of you♪" The three sing together, their voices blending in harmony, as they walk through the city center. Towards a completely new future.

A/N - We finally reached the end of this Spin Off!!!

There are no more secrets about what happened to Adam, Harper and Chase during their escape, the drastic changes they went through and how it changed them forever.

This chapter is just a taste of what's to come, how all these characters will eventually come together in the future of the story. But that's history for Mighty Force the next book.
