Looks: Basically Helen Looks like Kid Akagi (From Azur Lane) but Emerald Green Eyes and Pitch Black Hair an no Fox Ears.

Personality: Mischievous, Yandare-ish(Kinda Like Akagi), Overprotective, and a Tease, She is also is bold and manipulative; she remains civil around Strangers, patronizingly so, even in the face of hostility, and perhaps even to attract hostility. 

Herrscher Personality: Sadistic, likes to see people Suffering, Caring only for herself and Sirin,is evil, vicious, calculative, and twisted. Behaving unpredictably Helen-H. She also remains casual and unfazed by the world around Her. She has a dark sense of humor, sarcastic wit and an utter lack of empathy, finding cruel ways to taunt others she has Little to No Care about.

Herrscher Looks: One Eye Green and the Other Frosty Blue, Her Clothing while in this State are very Similar to Sirin's Pet Dragon Bella.

Herrscher Powers (Dormant): Herrscher of Mind and Ice:  She can manipulate  Minds and Create Dreamscapes so real that the person cannot tell if it's a dream or not. and Herrscher of Ice powers, she can Decelerate Molecular Motion to the Point that Cause Extreme Cold ie She can Engulf the world in an Ice age if she so wished and if her Original Herrscher Persona Reawakened.

Helen Potter is Technically a Clone of the Original Helen who was killed in the Nuclear Strike along side with her close Friend Sirin and Cecilia Schariac. She has the Genetic Make of Siegfried, Cecilia, and her Original Self when the Scientists of Babylon Facility extracted some of the Genetic Material to Study and Otto Decided to Put it into Good Use.
