I know.

It's been a while. 

Calling this insane period of time a "while" is a joke, but let's not get technical.

I'm not going to apologise for taking so long to reach out, but I am sorry for leaving you on a cliffhanger. I've explained the reason for this delay on my message board, so you can go check that out if you like. It's not an excuse, it's an explanation. I get that some of you must be angry and upset, but as I've explained there, these are circumstances I cannot control.

For those of you who are still here, I love and appreciate you more than you can imagine.

Now for the main part of this announcement, I'm making a promise to you guys.

Chapter 13 WILL be out soon. I give you my word. May 7th is my exam. I'm officially free from 5:20 pm that day onwards (my fellow neet aspirants will understand the specificity).

The chapter will be out on the 12th of May.

If you're one of the people who read this book as I was writing it, you know I never really had an updating schedule. I've been lax with my updates ever since I began writing, so that's it. I'll update every alternate Friday starting from May 12th.

Alternate because every chapter I write averages over 7-8k words and that's about a thousand words a day to write if I update weekly. I'd die doing that. Also, I edit my chapters thoroughly, reading the chapter multiple times, adjusting tiny details to fit the previous chapters and all that.

Anyways, to summarise,

CHAPTER 13 WILL BE OUT ON MAY 12TH.

NEW CHAPTERS WILL BE OUT EVERY ALTERNATE FRIDAYS.

Obviously all this will happen if I clear the damn exam. Pray to whatever higher power you believe in, or if you don't have any specific beliefs, manifest.
