Chapter 3
"Long ago, there were two royal lions, who kept balance in their land. One was named Abner, the noble and wise lion. Another was named Orpheus, Abner's younger brother. The two lions got along like brothers and all was at peace. Except for one thing. Orpheus was secretly known to be envious of Abner's wisdom and knowledge and sought to take his place and keep balance in the land for himself. And so...
"A big war roared the land and famine drew upon mobians. Even persecution happened. For the first time ever, all was lost. But when Abner learned that it was all Orpheus' doing, he decided to confront him. He banished Orpheus to the underground caverns, never to be seen again. And so, the first castle was built. Abner named it, 'The Kingdom of Pride.' From generation to generation, all was at peace and balance went as great as it was before. Especially when battling the evils of the Pride Kingdom.
"There will come a time when big wars, famine and persecution occur again. No one knows, but we must be prepared for what's going to happen."
The Freedom Fighters and the Royal Guardians were speechless at the story Lulu was telling them. Somehow, a curious question popped into Leo's head. "Since there's history about the Royal Guardians, do you mind explaining how the Commando Roar originates?"
"I'm glad you asked, Leo. It all began when Abner's two male cubs were born. A group of Orpheus' followers (the most notable being the tigers and the cobras) attacked the Pride Kingdom. Abner began to assemble the guards and assigned them to defend the whole kingdom. The guards fought the best they could, but it wasn't enough.
"That's when Abner's children made a resolved stand. And when they faced Orpheus' followers, a bright light shone upon them and a great and powerful roar suddenly caused Orpheus' followers to listen to them. The eldest told them to leave now and never return. And so, they did. Well, all except the cobra who turned to them for confirmation. The two lions glared intently at him, with the youngest of the monarchy telling him sternly, 'Now!' Then, the cobra left in fear. Without looking back.
"Cheers of acknowledgement erupted in the kingdom. Abner was shocked about the powerful gift of the roar. He had no idea where that came from. Soon, he found out that the special light gifted his children with the roar. A roar known as the Commando Roar."
"I suppose you mean ze same special light that gave Silver, Aleyah and Blaze so much power, non?" Antoine asked Lulu.
"Perhaps... Perhaps so," Lulu said. "Sometime later, both lions used it for good. The eldest of the monarchy is appointed to protect the kingdom as their ruler. The youngest of the monarchy is appointed to protect the kingdom from those who dare to send chaos and destruction upon it. And so, the youngest lion formed a protective force known as the Royal Guardians."
"Ah, so that's how the Royal Guardians originate!" said Intellizo.
"And the one question I'm about to ask. What happened to Silver, Aleyah and Blaze?" Lulu asked.
I wanna know that, too, Runa thought, her eyes full of concern about Aleyah.
With that, Sonic began to recap the times when Christmas was saved by the trio. After that, the Royal Guardians and Lulu — especially Runa and the five chao — were astonished, yet relieved to hear that Aleyah has changed into a new version of herself. From her obsession with Shadow to Silver's time-travelling partner.
"Hey, Lulu. I'm curious to ask. What happens if someone uses it for evil?" Sonic asked.
"If one lion uses the Commando Roar for evil, the gift will be taken away for eternity," said Lulu.
"Like... forever?" Tails asked in concern and fear.
Lulu nodded in reply. "Forever."
"Then, we have to find the cure immediately before this happens," said Clifton. "This Commando Roar is one unique and powerful gift!"
"I agree, Clifton," said Lariel, then she turned to Lulu. "Lulu, do you know anything that can cure Leo?"
Lulu's eyes widened in shock and fear. "Oh, should I tell you about Venia?"
"What's happened, Lulu? Is everything alright?" asked Bunnie.
"Yeah, what happened?" asked Amy.
"Venia is known to be a high-classed cobra. The venom of her kind is so rare there's hardly any cure prepared for healing. And the one thing I feared the most — the wars, the famine, the persecution — is happening again. Which is why the venom must be treated with balance or there will be destructive consequences," Lulu explained.
The Freedom Fighters and the Royal Guardians turned to each ither in concern.
"I know a kingdom far from here. It is known for advanced technology and advanced medicine. I wish I could take you there, but I am too old to go out of the village," Lulu continued.
"Oh, I see," Sally said in a sad tone. Her eyes were on the ground and her head lowered as she said this.
"The kingdom's name is Afrikonkryk. It is ruled by Kenzo Hudson the Black Panther. The kingdom is kept secret from others, but it can be tracked in a GPS if one knows the password. I visited the kingdom once and I studied medicine there. The thing is, I was not at their highest level yet," Lulu continued. She pulled out the paper with a password written on it. She handed it over to Sally. "Here is the password. Make sure you keep it a secret. We don't want it to fall into the wrong hands."
Sally nodded and retrieved the paper from Lulu. "Thank you, Lulu. We appreciate all you revealed to us."
"You're welcome. If you need anything else, I'm always open."
With that, the whole group unlocked the door and walked out of Lulu's house. Billie and Bashiri were given permission by Chief Wan Orson to help save Leo from being taken over by evil. Then, they headed back to the Sky Patrol. There, Bashiri and Runa had a private conversation in one of the guest bedrooms.
"So, about your question. What does it mean by feeling something you feel like you want to do, but cannot explain?" Bashiri asked Runa.
It took Runa a few moments before replying, "Well... there's some kind of feeling that makes me want to go back to Forest Hill. Some gut-feeling tells me it's for someone. I'm mot really sure who, but that presence is... really strong. It's like some force is pulling me towards that person. It feels like... someone is calling me. Does that make any sense?"
Once again, silence filled the air.
Bashiri found herself looking down in deep thought. She'd never really thought about any experience where some unexplainable force is involved. After a while of silence, she turned to Runa.
"Hey, Runa?"
"Yeah?" Runa asked turning to her.
"Can I hold your hand?" Bashiri asked her, holding out her hand.
Runa nodded. "Okay," she whispered.
With that, Runa's hand reached to Bashiri's.
Bashiri closed her eyes. In a split second, her eyebrows started to furrow. Sounds of low grunt escaped her mouth. Runa's eyebrow raised in confusion as she saw the expression on the white dog's face.
In a few seconds, Bashiri's eyebrows began to soften. Then, after a few moments, her eyes shot open and her hand slipped away from Runa's.
The first thing Runa noticed was Bashiri's completely shocked expression. Bashiri immediately took a few steps back and she almost fell on her back. With that, light panting breaths escaped her mouth.
"Are you okay?" Runa asked her in concern.
"Yeah, I'm fine," Bashiri answered, still panting lightly.
"What's going on? What are you seeing?" Runa asked in a mix of confusion, concern and curiosity.
It took Bashiri a few moments of breathing before answering, "I think you might have to see for yourself."
With that, Bashiri walked her way back to the rest of the Freedom Fighters and the Royal Guardians.
This answer brought Runa into concern. She found herself wondering what made Bashiri completely shocked. Either way, she felt like it could be connected to the somewhat new gut-feeling she had been feeling for six months. But a brief moment later, she shook her head, snapping herself back to reality. With that, she decided to wonder later and walked back to the heroic group.

It's been a few days since the search for the cure had begun. The Freedom Fighters were still in the Sky Patrol to put pieces of a puzzle together and find a cure. Most especially Tails and Rotor.
In addition to that, Sally managed to get access to Afrikonkryk in the GPS by typing the password on the computer located at the Bridge. She did the same thing in her advanced handheld computer, allowing Nicole to track Afrikonkryk when the Freedom Fighters and the Royal Guardians were not in the Sky Patrol.
As for Solomon and the Royal Guardians, they made a decision to stay in the Sky Patrol and keep watch over Leo in case something bad happens. Although, Runa was still feeling the gut-feeling she had inside of her.
As their journey continued, the venom from Venia started to worsen Leo from time to time. As said before, it's not that easy, but with his friends by his side, he was able to soothe his temper and stay calm.
Right now, Runa was keeping watch over Leo with Lariel when a phone suddenly rang in her backpack. Runa had already packed up her things before going on a trip to Afrikonkryk.
When Lariel heard Runa's phone ringing, she turned to her. "What is it, Runa?"
Runa removed her backpack, opened her zipper and pulled out her phone. She closed the zipper before wearing the backpack again. "Someone's calling me. I'll be right back."
"Okay," Lariel said.
With that, Runa exited Medical Bay where Leo was and headed towards one of the guest rooms. When she got there, she tapped the green button on the screen and placed her phone on her right ear.
"Hello?"
"Runa! Thank goodness! I was worried you weren't able to pick up!" she heard Sara saying to her. The sound of Sara's desperate voice was unusual for Runa to hear.
"Why? What's wrong?" Runa asked Sara in concern.
"We're attacked! We're under attack!"
Runa's eyes widened in shock. "Under attack? By who?"
Meanwhile, Sara, Bubbles and Lucy were seen hiding under the desk in the master bedroom. Sara was seen with her phone on her right ear. Her left arm was wrapped around Bubbles. Bubbles was seen with her eyes closed tightly as she snuggled with Sara, with her head on her chest. Lucy was seen holding Junior close to her. Her eyes were closed tightly.
Outside the cabinet, everything in the master bedroom... was neatly organized, but you could hear sounds of planes hovering above their house.
"We don't knowfor sure, but I think they're coming for us!" Sara said with a desperatetone. Her worried expression was plastered on her face.
