After the two children went out of the Royal Guardians' Top Secret HQ, Leo found himself feeling honor and delight occurring inside of him. It felt like he had never thought of having two destinies to fulfill, but being the Royal Guardians' leader also fits his role to become king.

Me? King of the Leone Kingdom and the leader of the Royal Guardians? I never really thought about having two destinies, but it feels... well, nice, he thought.

His facial expression turned into a downward one with theoretical thoughts running in his head. At the same time, it feels like a lot of responsibility. At least I'm going to have a team by my side, but what if we don't get through those obstacles in the secret cave.

That's when his head moved ahead of him with a determined expression on his face. But either way, I have to do what it has to be done such as assembling the Royal Guardians.

His thoughts were interrupted by Intellizo's voice ringing in his ears. "When are you gonna assemble the Royal Guardians?"

"I'm thinking to do it right now. I thought you were going back to the tower to practice alchemy with your father," Leo told him.

"I'm just checking on you. Anyways, good luck assembling the team!"

With that being said by Intellizo, he turned to his northwest corner and skipped ahead in this direction. Leo then, turned his head to him with a smile on his face.

"You too. On the alchemy training, of course."

The next thing he could see after he said this was Intellizo going through the castle doors.

Leo began to go in deep thought about assembling the Royal Guardians. Not only that, but he's also planning on when to take the challenge in the secret cave.

When I'm done assembling the Royal Guardians, I have to make a schedule mentally since I'm too young to go out alone. We'll have a training session with Solenan looking after us. Then, when we get older, it's time for us to face the unending challenge, he thought. Now, where do I start?

Just as he began racking his brain on where to start, a familiar male voice grabs his attention. And it wasn't Intellizo.

"Hey, Leo! It's been a while! What are you thinking?"

Leo's head snapped towards his northeast direction to see three figures standing before him. One was a 7-year-old panda with navy blue eyes. He also wears a navy blue kiddie cape with blue shorts with a red stripe at each of the two bottom ends, blue boots with a triangular collar at each of its center and gray thin soles and blue gloves with the same collar design as the boots except the fact that it also has a red stripe on each collar.

Another is a 6-year-old white German Shepherd dog with brown eyes, pink ear interiors, black nose and she's wearing her own ninja GI. It was mostly in a lighter shade of mulberry purple with a secondary color being violet while her under outfit is lilac. She also has a slang bag wrapped around her body with a staff case on her back. Her staff is wooden brown and can be almost as tall as her.

The third was a 5-year-old green lizard with chartreuse muzzle and chest with a green crest on top of his head. His eyes happened to be navy blue. He was wearing white gloves with a black band on each of its collar and black and white rubber shoes.

"Oh, hey guys. It really is been a while," said Leo. Then, his voice lowered into a voice only the three could hear. "If you ask me, I think it's best if we talk about it in my bedroom."

"Okay. Lead the way, your future highness," said the lizard gesturing him to make way for Leo to take a lead.

"No need to go with the formalities, Rover. Leo is fine," he told him.

You can hear a growl from Rover behind him. "I told you, Leo!!! It's Nixue Spage!!!"

"Alright. Whatever you wanna call yourself," Leo shrugged jokingly.

This lead the dog and the panda to cover their mouths while trying to prevent themselves from snickering at the nickname Aldrich had given him the first time he played with Leo and his friends. With that, the three followed Leo to his bedroom to have a talk about what he's thinking.

In Leo's bedroom...

The group had gathered around the cozy mat Leo had used for push-ups and warm-up exercises. Once they're gathered in a circle with their legs crossed, the female dog was the first to ask Leo.

"So, what are we gonna talk about?"

It took him a few seconds before speaking up, "Well, you might've heard of the Royal Guardians, right?"

"I've heard its history from my father."

"Then, she passed information to me and Rover," said the panda.

"It's Nixue!" Rover — or Nixue as we must call him — corrected him.

"Whatever..." the panda shrugged jokingly. "...Nixue."

"Well, you see..." said Leo, then his eyes turned to the white female dog. "I need your help on this one, Bashiri."

"What's the problem, Leo?" asked the female dog known as Bashiri.

"It's not exactly a problem. You're still training with the power to foretell the future, so I thought you could practice it on me. I was thinking of assembling the Royal Guardians, but I'm not sure where to start."

"Wait-wait-wait, I'm sorry. Are you saying this because you're the new leader of the Royal Guardians?" asked the panda.

"Yes, Billie. My father told me it's not only my destiny to be the heir to the throne, but also to lead the new Royal Guardians."

"Well, in that case, now's your time to shine, Bashiri!" said Billie.

Bashiri's eyes rolled playfully as her lips stretched out a playful smirk on her face. "Alright, Billie Orson."

With that being said, she rose into her standing position and walked to the center of the circle. Then, she closed her eyes. Then, she inhaled and exhaled to calm her nerves. That's when her eyebrows lowered in concentration as she used her skillful hands to warm up her powers. Once her powers were fully warmed up, her hand reached directly towards Leo's forehead.

You can see Leo closing his eyes as he let Bashiri see what his future holds when it comes to assembling the Royal Guardians.

After a few moments, he could feel her hand reaching away from him. This lead him to open his eyes. Once Bashiri is on sight, he could see a little bit of a shocked expression appearing on her face.

"I... I think the Royal Guardians are here this whole time."

"What do you mean?" asked Leo in confusion.

"We... We are..."

You can hear heavy breaths escaping her mouth. That's when realization hits all of them especially Leo.

"We're the new Royal Guardians!"

"Yes... and Intellizo... is with us, too," Bashiri said between heavy breaths.

That's when Billie rose into his standing position. Then, his hand reached to Bashiri's and gently pulled her back to her spot. He helped her lowered down back into her sitting position. That leads to himself back in his sitting position as well.

After a few moments of silence, it was Leo's turn to rise in his standing position. That's when he made a determined look on his face. His lips stretched out a smile as words escaped his mouth.

"Okay. We all know how we're destined to be the Royal Guardians and how we're not allowed to go out on our own according to the laws in the Leone Kingdom. But I have a plan: We'll train ourselves to be the best Royal Guardians in the Leone Kingdom until we grow old enough to go out on our own. It can be any style you want. Plus, we'll have Solenan looking after us just in case something bad happens. Now, are you with me on this?"

"Count me in, Leo!" replied Billie with a determined expression on his face.

"I could say the same," replied Bashiri with a smile on her face.

"We're with you 'til the end, Leo!" replied Rover with a somehow cocky expression on his face.

"Alright. We'll inform Intellizo after he's done with his alchemy lessons. While waiting, we're also gonna inform Solenan about us being the new Royal Guardians," said Leo.

With that being said, you can see the rest of his friends rising onto their standing positions. That's when their feet pushed themselves up high with their fists in the air.

"Yeah!"
