~the next morning~
I wake up in the guest room.
I climb out of the bed & I throw on a comfy yet cute outfit.
I tie my hair up in a bun & put on sneakers.
I walk out of my room & I see Jack in his room.
I walk in & I see him getting dressed.
"Jack can we talk?" I ask him frowning
"Sure go ahead." He says trying to put on his tie.
I sit down on a chair & I cross my legs.
I sigh loudly.
"When you came to America a month ago..you & I met..sparks flew a lot throughout your visit." I say
"I remember those times. You helped teaching me things about America" he says smiling
"Yes..well..that one time we had..you know" I say wiggling my eyebrows
He smirks
"Yeah..that was a fun night." He says biting his lower lip
"Well..Jack I'm not gonna try to steer away from it..anymore" I say
"What's wrong?" He asks & grabs a chair.
He sits now across from me & holds my hands
"I'm pregnant" I say covering my face with my hands
"I know it's sudden. But I've known for a month..I didn't know any of this. I didn't know of your engagement to Penelope. I didn't know much of nothing." I say frowning
"I'm gonna be a father...omg" he says looking at the floor
"I'm gonna pack my stuff so I can go back to America. I'm sorry Jack...it's better you marry Penelope & I do my thing alone." I say frowning
I'm stopped from leaving his room when I see a angry Penelope & a even more upset queen.
They storm in & his mother orders me to sit down.
"Did you plan on getting on pregnant? Did you plan to trap him?" His mother asks yelling
"No your majesty I didn't. Not at all..It happened so fast. I didn't know about Penelope at the time. It was a month ago." I say frowning
"A month ago? You were in America!" She says to Jack
"Yes mother. She showed me around." He says
"She showed you more than just America" she blurts out
"You will stay here & give birth here..then the baby will be handed over to us. We will keep the baby & you will leave to America." She says crossing her arms
"No I cannot leave my baby here. I need to go back with the baby!" I say tearing up
"Mother this is crazy let her go to America. I just wanna the birth of my child Nothing else.." he says
"Until further notice..this baby is royal blood. It must live like a true royal. Which she cannot show it that life. It must stay here." She says
"NO NO NO. I'm carrying this baby..this means I bring it back with me. No matter what you say" i let out & yell at her
"It does matter..I'm the queen. I control everything on this country." She says smirking
"Get some rest..the family home doctor will visit you tomorrow evening for the ultrasound" she adds & walks out the door.
She grabs Penelope.
"Also when you go back to America. The baby will be raised by Penelope." She says
I look at Penelope
"Please stop her please. I love my baby" I say rubbing my growing belly
"See you tomorrow Mani" she says tearing up & walks away..
I look at Jack & he hugs me tightly
I push him away from me & I slap him
"Your the one who got me in this problem in the first place. If you only believed in such a thing called a condom!" I yell
"Go rest Mani..I want you & the baby healthy" he says
"I'm not done talking to you" I say
"YES YOU ARE DAMNIT! We are done!" He lashes out.
I stay silent & he grabs me by the waist.
He kisses me passionately & lets go of me..
"I'll see you later..bye" he says & leaves his room.
I walk out of the room & I step inside my room.
I lock the door & I slide down it.
