So panchtatva is a very unique and interesting one, some of the words in it made me question and even made me a little confused however the main point is receivable and easily understood.
It's quite short but feels a lot longer which is good, there was moments where it felt too..real? It didn't have a voice that made me desperate for another chapter not until the end at least.

Your use of paragraphs are very good, I saw good spelling, alliteration, adjectives and description.

The end result is:
Spelling/grammar - 8/10
Reason: you are very good at majority of it but maybe use some exclamation marks to express something, add some excitement!

Reading level - 7.5/10
Reason: I found myself lost at moments and confused by it, the large paragraphs where hard to follow a little maybe split a few up into smaller ones? And for a paragraph or two maybe simplify it for people with dyslexia (don't worry I make the same mistake 😂)

Length - 8.5/10
Reason: reasonable, not too long nor too short, maybe if you were to continue leave a cliffhanger or something to be excited about, example...
Does this mean...all my days until now have been meaningless?
What is my meaning of life..?
Is it...nothing!?

End result -
8.7/10

I would recommend this as a read for a more surreal, psychological person who enjoys questions about life and meanings,
