(Next day, Y/N is seen in the courtyard with Jin as the latter sighs.)

Jin: Just as I promised, I'll tell you what I know about the League of Darkness.

Y/N: Does Raynare work for them?

Jin: Yes, she does. The League of Darkness is composed of villains who regardless of having a reason or not, have one goal in common: to destroy all heroes and take over the world.

(Then a black screen with red mist is shown as the shadows of the Eight Leaders of the League of Darkness are shown, and then said leaders are revealed one by one.)

Jin: (offscreen) The League of Darkness has eight leaders: Rizevim Livan Lucifer, Salem, All For One, Kazuya Mishima, Yokai, Edwin Black, Doctor Wily and M. Bison. These are the most powerful among them.

(Back to Y/N and Jin.)

Jin: And because of one of them... I became... (shows a picture) this!

(Jin shows a picture of his demonic self.)

Y/N: That's... you?

Jin: Yes... I hold this curse ever since I was a child. (stern) That's why I entered this academy, to find a way to get rid of this curse.

Y/N: I see...

Jin: What about you?

Y/N: I seek to become a hero to protect those who I care about.

Jin: I see...

(Suddenly several students are running past them.)

Y/N: Looks like the initiation is about to begin. We'd better get going.

(As Y/N runs, Jin chuckles.)

Jin: He's an interesting fellow.

(Timeskip)

(Everyone is gathered for the initiation as Ozpin explains everything. After the explanation, everyone goes to start the test. Y/N bonds with his symbiote and lands roughly while the others perform different ways of landing, minus Jeanne, who falls into a tree.)

Venom: Looks like Jeanne didn't go well. Better help her.

(Venom then helps Jeane, freeing her.)

Jeanne: Thanks a lot.

Venom: No problem.

(Venom and Jeanne proceed further until they spot four Grimms.)

Venom: Time for those creatures to have a taste of "Venom"!

(Venom then charges at one of the Grimms and punches it to the ground. Jeanne struggles to fight the second Grimm until a redhead spartan comes in and stabs her spear through its head.)

Venom: Hey, aren't you Pyrrha Nikos?

(Pyrrha turns to Venom, and waves at him.)

Pyrrha: Hello!

(As the third Grimm is about to attack, Venom charges at it, and punches it several times before slamming it down like a wrestler.)

Venom: Weak...

(A nevermore charges at Venom, who dodges the tackle.)

Venom: That's a big bird...

(Suddenly someone slashes the Nevermore several times, and it's revealed to be a female ninja.)

Asagi: Let's get moving. (sees Pyrrha) Pyrrha Nikos, you here?

Pyrrha: Hello again.

(They then head to the temple, where they meet other future teammates, and suddenly, several yellow orbs appear, and form a familiar "robot" named Yellow Devil.)

Yellow Devil: Bumo, bumomomo. bumomo, bumomomomomomomomo, bumo!

Isabella: Uh... can anyone translate what he said, please?

Weiss: Sorry, I don't speak whatever is his language.

Mega Man: Don't underestimate that thing. I fought him several times before. Go for the eye, and watch out whenever he splits again.

Venom: (nods) Got it.

Jin: Understood. (to Yellow Devil) Come on!

Y. Devil: Bumomo? Bumomomomomo! Bumomomomomomomomomomomo!

Proto Man: It's going to attack. Get ready, guys!

(Yellow Devil tries to grab Venom, who dodges and punches its eye. Weiss uses her glyphs to shoot icicles at it, but while some hit his eye, others are absorbed by the Yellow Devil, who then splits as everyone dodges its orbs before it reforms again. Jin and Yang combine their attacks, and harm Yellow Devil greatly. The robot then shoots a laser, but Jeanne shields them with her Crocea Mors, and Pyrrha helps her. Blake slashes Yellow Devil's eye while Isabella shoots it. Nora and Rin try to attack the robot, who grabs them, only for Baymax to punch it, forcing it to let go of them.)

Hiro: Nice one, Baymax!

(Asagi throws her sword at Yellow Devil's eye, and then Nora tries to shoot some grenades, but almost all of them are absorbed by the robot. Suddenly Roll swings a grenade that was in the ground like a golf ball, and Yellow Devil is armed as both Mega Man and Proto Man nod in agreement as they charge their shots and fire at Yellow Devil's eye, destroying it completely.)

Y. Devil: (weakly) Bu... mo...

(The robot is destroyed, and everyone does a high five.)

(Some moments later, everyone is at the auditorium as the headmasters announce the teams.)

Clara: Izuku Midoriya, Ochako Uraraka, Shoto Todoroki, Tenya Iida, Tsuyu Asui and Momo Yaoyorozu. You are now known as Dekusquad, led by Izuku Midoriya!

(As a round of applause is heard, they take a bow.)

Heihachi: Katsuki Bakugo, Hanta Sero, Denki Kaminari, Kyoka Jiro, Eijiro Kirishima and Mina Ashido. From now on, you'll be known as Bakusquad, led by Katsuki Bakugo.

(Katsuki smirks as he whispers a "yes" before leaving as a round of applause is heard again.)

Sirzechs: Rachel Grayson, Kori Anders, Victor Stone, Logan Garfield and Rachel Roth, you are now officially a team named-

Rachel: Titans! Teen Titans!

Sirzechs: Okay then... Teen Titans, led by Rachel Grayson!

Garfield: That's a cool name.

Victor: Booyah!

Ozpin: And finally, Y/N Rose, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, Yang Xiao Long, Isabella Hyoudou, Hiro Hamada, Asagi Igawa, Jin Kazama, Jeanne Arc, Nora Valkyrie, Pyrrha Nikos, Rin Ren, Mega Man, Proto Man and Roll, you will now be known as the Defenders Squad, led by Y/N Rose.

(An applause is heard as Weiss is shocked, but happy to be at the same team as Y/N. Yang happily hugs Y/N as Jin simply nods.)

Nezu: This year will become really interesting.

(Meanwhile at the League of Darkness' Base, Doctor Wily is seen slamming his fist on the table.)

Wily: CURSES! Useless piece of junk!

(Suddenly the other leaders come in.)

Kazuya: So the Yellow Devil failed... again...

Bison: By his expression, that's a "yes"... (shakes head) That's really... disappointing.

(Suddenly two figures are seen in the shadows. One is wielding a cane while the other has a sword.)

Kazuya: So you've come... (smirks) I've got a job for you...

(Kazuya's right eye glows red as the chapter ends.)
