(At a bar, the main leaders of the League Of Darkness, except for Edwin Black, are gathered in a bar along with some members.)

Dr. Wily: Ack, of all places we could arrange a meeting, it has to be a bar? Who had such stupid idea.

(M. Bison takes off his hat as he combs his hair.)

M. Bison: It could only be All For One's idea.

Rizevim: (glares at A.F.O.) Told you it would be a bad idea. I mean, seriously. Did you forget the last time you and your goons had a meeting in a bar?

M. Bison: (crosses arms) Agreed, if it weren't for my Psycho Power, All Might would have already killed you.

All For One: You think I wanted this power of yours, Bison?

Vega: Tch, Psycho Power this, Psycho Power that. At least you're wearing a helmet so nobody can see your ugly face.

Tomura: (angry) WHAT DID YOU SAY TO MY MASTER? SAY THAT AGAIN IF YOU'RE BRAVE ENOUGH! GRRRRR!

Vega: Heh! Speak of the devil...

(They are about to have a fight, but Hazel stops them.)

Hazel: Settle down, everyone. We're here for an important meeting.

(Suddenly Kazuya and Yokai come in, seemingly unaware that Hiro and Peni are sneaking up.)

Rizevim: Well, considering that Roberta Torchwick and Adam Taurus are busy, we can start the meeting without them.

Kazuya: So? Did you already chose who is gonna be Edwin Black's replacement?

Salem: Yes, we did. (turns around) Come in.

(Then a female figure shows up. It's revealed to be Oboro.)

Oboro: For Lord Black, I shall lead the League along with you.

Salem: Good. Take a seat so we can discuss our next plans.

(Oboro takes a seat, and then they start discussing plans, seemingly unaware that Hiro and Peni are overhering them.)

Rizevim: Raynare is currently being interrogated by Ironwood and his soldiers, including the Ace Operatives. I sent her group to invade Atlas and rescue her.

Salem: Yeah, but the White Fang is losing numbers due to mysterious attacks. And with The Joker dead, we're at risk of being betrayed by Harley Quinn.

Dr. Wily: No need to worry. I sent Enker, Punk and Ballade to take care of her and the other traitor, who is Bass.

Kazuya: Good, I hate loose ends.

M. Bison: (turns to Yokai) What about the control chips, Callaghan? Are they done yet?

Yokai: I've tested some of them... discretely. Thanks to the chips, I have some of the Auradon Academy Heroes under my control. To be specific, the former student's former team.

Dr. Wily: Hehehe. Things are getting interesting.

Oboro: What about who killed Lord Black?

Kazuya: He proved to be a loose end at the moment he got caught and mysteriously killed. We still don't know who is the responsible. The same can be said of who slaughtered some of G Corp Soldiers and The Joker himself.

Salem: We need to do something about whoever is the mysterious killers.

M. Bison: The accurate term would be who ARE the mysterious killers. (smirks) Luckily I have a plan.

Dr. Wily: What is it, Bison?

M. Bison: I have chosen a few select members to infiltrate Verse Academy.

(M. Bison then shows a scroll containing the mugshots of Himiko Toga, Kunimitsu II and Yuga Aoyama.)

M. Bison: Toga and Kunimitsu will pose as transfer students from another superhero school named "Hope Academy", and help Yuga in sharing some intel about Verse Academy with us.

All For One: That's a good idea. Especially because we have one of ours among the Headmasters of Hope Academy.

Salem: Leonardo Lionheart. He's being useful to us so far.

Kazuya: Right, what about the control ships.

Yokai: I'm currently mass-producing it. Once it gets mass-produced, I'll have my microbots implanting them into the rest of Auradon Academy's minds. And then we'll have all of them under our control.

(Everyone chuckles, except for Kazuya.)

Kazuya: Before we end this meeting... I can tell there are two spies among us.

(Then Adam Taurus' current right hand, Scar, who became a traitor of Auradon Academy after killing one of its old Headmasters named Mufasa.)

Scar: They're just two kids. (smirks) Piece of cake.

(Hiro and Peni gasp in shock as they were discovered. They then leave as Scar chases after them.)

Kazuya: ANNA!

(Anna Williams comes in.)

Kazuya: Help Scar to dispose of those two.

Anna: Right away.

(Anna goes to help Scar to chase after Hiro and Peni as the chapter ends.)
