*Yang said shocked, she just told ruby and Raven what she felt. Raven didn't care and just dismissed her, while ruby who was getting ready for her mission, at least acknowledge her*

Ruby:don't like the word and? Then how about so what? Xiao long, if you haven't noticed it yet, this is a tribe of thieves

Yang:ok, I get that. But ruby, they're stealing from people who really need the food

*Yang said, trying her best not to let her emotions get the better of her, but ruby wasn't it making it easy. Ruby shrugged putting and failing to make her head into a small pony tail*

Ruby:and so does this tribe, you see there's the difference. They have the money to buy more food, the tribe doesn't.

*Ruby said, as in the background Glynda got behind Ruby and helped her with her hair*

Ruby:You know what's gonna happen now? They'll still get there food because they took an insurance on it

Yang:and what if they didn't?

*Yang countered, she didn't appreciate that ruby and Raven both rolled there eyes*

Ruby:then there stupid. Since it's common knowledge that this route is filled with thieves, hell this tribe isn't even the only one in the forest

Raven:true, there's the blizzard tribe, sandstorm tribe, hurricane tribe, etc.

*Raven said pursing her lips, since there was 1 tribe left, but Raven hated that tribe*

Ruby:there's also quake. Which I gotta say, quake sounds awesome

Raven:no! Quake sucks! There a bunch of assholes!!

*Raven yelled with a low growl, thinking of those sexist assholes. Ruby snickered at her reaction, and then looked at yang*

Ruby:see? If our tribe wouldn't have done it, another one would've

Yang: but it's wrong! Just because they have more, that doesn't make stealing ok.

*Yang said, showing that even after the beowolves incident, her childhood was mostly innocent, naive even. And raven didn't like that*

Raven"God, tai made our daughter so pathetically weak"

Ruby:and just because you can speak, doesn't make you intelligent.

*Ruby said, trying to end the conversation before it ends in another time she yelled at Xiao long, she walked closer to her*

Ruby:Look Xiao long, you want to talk about what's right and wrong? How about you put your money where your mouth is, and fight against slavery, oh. Wait.

*Ruby grabbed yang's shirt collar and pulled her down to eye level, giving her an evil eye filled with coldness*

Ruby:You won't since that's too hard, no no, you would rather be mad, bitching and moaning, about some rich town, that'll have to wait another week or two, for another shipment. If your done crying me a river, I have shit to do

Yang:ruby, your being infuriating right now

*Yang said, both of them letting there emotions get the better of them, ruby rolled her eyes and pushed yang away, she turned around and went back to getting ready*

Ruby:the feeling is mutual. Look where you are, better yet. Who you came to snitch to. Raven brawnen a master thieve, and total cunt

Raven:guilty as charge

*Raven said with a smirk, she knew what she was and wasn't hiding it from anybody. Ruby gave a small snort, before she signaled at herself*

Ruby:and me, the rose of vacuo, a woman who turns a blind eye to the pain happening, to the slaves under the major's control. You think either of us is gonna give a crap about people suffering unjustly?

Yang:ruby, there wasn't just food there. There was medicine too!

*Yang said, and much to her shock and slight disgust for her sister, ruby actually smiled, it was a fake plastic bright smile, to make fun of yang, if the sarcastic tone ruby was using wasn't clue enough*

Ruby: fantastic, that means the sick in the tribe will get the treatment they need

Yang:ruby!!

*Yang yelled, she was a hair away from letting her emotions take over, ruby was doing better than her. But even ruby didn't understand why, she wasn't as mad or annoyed like she feels she should be*

Ruby:what? You thought that was gonna convince me? You think I care if people I don't know, and haven't met don't get there medicine?

*Ruby said, and then she said it. She said the thing that's gonna get her one hell of a talking too from Glynda, since ruby lost it and let something slip that she shouldn't have*

Ruby: I don't even care about my own life, why would I care about a stranger's who's never had to suffer?

Glynda:ok, let me put my two cents before this deteriorates into a shouting match, so ruby step away from miss. Xiao long

*Glynda said, ruby clicked her tongue but she did as she asked, sitting next to Raven. Raven whined a little, since she was enjoying the show*

Raven:aw, come on. It was just getting goof

Ruby:tsk.

Glynda: splendid.

*Glynda said, she gave ruby a look that made ruby squirm, since she knew that look. It meant "we are gonna talk about his, in our next session" look. And then placed her attention back at yang*

Glynda:Now miss Xiao long, listen And listen well to what I'm about to say, keep it inside your mind for the rest of your life, since it'll help you as you grow up

Yang:ok. And what's that?

*Yang asked, trying her best to calm down, she was even taking deep breaths, since she realized a little too late, but still realized that she was letting her emotions win*

Glynda:the world is not black and white. You see things as bad things are bad, and good things are good. Tell me, do you think that ruby saving slaves is a good thing?

Yang: of course I do, I admire her for that, since it's something I could never do, I... I don't have that kind of bravery

*Yang said softly, ruby just scrolled her eyes, but kept her mouth shut. Since in her mind, what yang said was just a bunch of nonsense that really meant "I don't want to get my hands dirty"*

Glynda:well, what about the fact that she's sponsored by a slaver, in exchange for her turning a blind eye to his slaves. Is that a bad?

Yang:....yes. yes it is

*Yang said honestly, she almost forgot about the major, about the other side of what it means to be the rose of vacuo*

Glynda:well, if ruby hasn't made that deal, she wouldn't have been able to save as much people as she did. That bad action as you called it, allows ruby to save so many more people, than if she would've said no.

Yang:ok, I get that things can be complicated, but my dad always said that bad deed, is still a bad deed. Me leaving the house with ruby that night, being the perfect example of that, since even if my reasons were good, it was still a bad thing I did. A good deed, doesn't erase the bad deed

*Ruby wanted to go to yang, and slap her. What she was saying was so frustrating that it was making her see red*

Glynda:of course it doesn't, but context is always important. Take me for example, is me giving ruby therapy. Do you call that a good thing?

Yang:of course I do. I want ruby to get better, I just want her to be the girl she used to be

*Yang said, and she flinched, ruby lunged at her, but Raven grabbed her in time, Glynda glanced at the two, Raven took ruby outside with her,*

Raven:I'm gonna take her on a walk to calm down.

Ruby:I'm perfectly calm.

*Ruby said through gritted teeth, shooting daggers at yang. Glynda sighed and nodded. Raven closed the door behind her and left. Glynda looked at yang and continued with her little lecture*

Glynda:ok, so you accept that me giving ruby therapy is a good thing. how about the fact, that I'm helping her so much, so that she can replace the daughter I lost? Is that a bad thing?

Yang:uh.

*Yang said, not knowing how to react to that piece of information. Glynda placed her hand on Yang's shoulder*

Glynda: the answer is yes. Yes it is. But that doesn't deny all the good I've done to help ruby accept who she is, I repeat accept who she is, not change her back to who she was

*Glynda said sternly, yang didn't sigh, or show any sign that she regrets what she said, more like she was uncomfortable, since she just couldn't let go of the little girl that ruby used to be. Glynda could see that, and decided to just move passes it*

Glynda:And that's the lesson I want you to learn Miss. Xiao long. As you grow older, you'll understand that you'll have to compromise on your morals in order to do what you feel is the right thing to do

Meanwhile with Raven and ruby

*We see them walking inside raven's house, of course being the leader meant she got the biggest hutt in the tribe, but that's besides the point*

Ruby:you said we were going for a walk

Raven:and we did. But that's not what you need to calm down. I have the perfect thing right here

*Raven said walking past her, to look for the item, ruby scoffed and crossed her arms*

Ruby:unless it's a life like dummy of your daughter I....

*Ruby stopped talking, her mouth instantly felt dry, as she saw what Raven had in her hands. An unopened bottle, of cactus juice*
