Thomas screamed as he felt as if fire was coursing through his veins. He kicked ruby off him, making ruby land roughly on the ground giving out a painful weak laugh*

Thomas:you little shit what did you do?!

*Ruby said with a bloody smirk as Thomas fell to the floor shaking violently, blood coming out of his eyes, ears and in every other whole in his body. unlike with yang in the beginning who ruby only gave her a small watered down version of her venom, since ruby wanted her to die slowly. But with this Thomas? He got an extremely concentrated version of it. Making his final moments extremely painful, having to feel his skin quickly rot from where ruby bite him, and spreading faster then the medical people could come and save him, it was a glorious scene. It was the last thing ruby heard before she was electrocuted again, with enough power to knock her unconscious*

Scene change

*Ruby slowly opened her eyes feeling a huge headache coming along, she looked around and saw herself inside of a heavily secure truck, in front of her was two guards both aiming there guns at her*

Guard one:you move a muscle and you'll be dead before we reach the sight

Ruby: please, you would be doing me a favor

*Ruby sneered, the 3 of them looked at the drive who was screaming, they saw a huge robot coming there way at high speed, to fast to dodge*

Mitch:oh shit!!

*Ruby put her arms on her head to protect herself as both vehicles collided at high speed, it was enough to flip the truck around multiple times. Ruby was groaning, her vision blurry As she touches her forehead, she takes the hand out and in double vision sees the hand filled with blood*

Ruby:losing blood, a concussion, and I smell gas.... yup. That's about right for this night...

*Ruby muttered to herself as she looked at the guard, one of them had there neck snapped by the force, and the other was struggling to get up, ruby grabbed one of the weapons and shot the surviving guard. Ruby struggled to get up, When She pushed herself to the door, trying to use what little strength she had left to push it opened, but it didn't do a damn thing. Ruby gave a weak chuckle as he let herself fall against the truck's wall smelling gasoline filling the truck*

Ruby:dying by explosion? Ok...not the way I saw my death but I'll take it...

*Ruby said weakly, she more then accepted that saving penny would mean she would have to die. And in a sad toxic way ruby was happy, she felt as this was her way of paying penny back for sacrificing her own life for her*

Ruby;I wonder...I wonder if I did enough good to see you again penpen...

*The large steel doors were punched opened and ripped out of there place. The smoke was becoming bad, ruby could barely see*

???:rose?! Rose are you in here?!

*She heard a male voice scream out, she felt his hands on her taking her away from the cythe of death. Both of them coughing heavily, as the man took ruby to a car *

???: take us out of here Klein, the authorities won't be far away for long

Klein:right away sir

*and drove away, ruby looked to her side to see at who took away her way to pay Penny's debt*

Ruby:what the fuck took you so long Whitley?

Whitley: Don't even, you have no idea the amount of effort, it took me to steal these back from my disgrace of a father, and to get the keys of that military vehicle, that is now ruined behind us, so a thank you would be nice rose.

*Whitley said as he gave ruby her pair of guns 'self', 'defense' and her holster belt. ruby grabbed them putting them on and sighed*

Ruby:thank you ok? Now take me to xxxx xxxx xxxx. My team is there

*Ruby managed to say going in and out of consciousness, Klein nodded at the directions given and drove there*

Scene change

Motel

*The mood was down was an understatement, Pyrrha wasn't talking to anyone, Nora was furious at Ren, Ren was happy that the rose died, since he's still hasn't forgiven her for harming his nora, penny was trying to help but could do very little and the members of team CRME on the other motel room,they were pretending to be sad, well with exception for neo, she was a little sad yes. But she's seen people she cared about die before. Penny looked up at the door being knocked*

Penny:does anyone know your here?

Ren:....no

*Penny got up and started walking to the door, while in the background Ren had his guns ready. Penny opened the door and was shocked*

Penny:ruby?!

Pyrrha:ruby?!!!!

*Pyrrha asked getting snapped out of her depressed episode, she almost ran do the door and saw ruby, being held up by Whitley, her hand in his shoulder*

Whitley:good night, you must be Ruby's team. Mind if we come in?

Penny;oh, yes of course come in. Let me help you

*Penny said grabbing ruby like a princess, she walked further inside placing runy gently on the bed. Ruby groaned softly as she positioned herself to sit up straight. Pyrrha was instantly on her side*

Ruby:well this was a closer call then I'm normally used to, but I still call this a...

*Ruby groaned loudly when Pyrrha slapped her, and slapped her hard. Pyrrha was sad,angry,happy, relief, etc. feeling so many emotions at once*

Pyrrha: don't you dare play this off!! Do you have any idea how terrified I was?! How I felt when I thought you died?!

Ruby:if your expecting an apology you have another thing coming. I'm too injured to care at this point angel

*Ruby said still having the audacity to grin at her, Pyrrha looked like she was about to burst a blood vessel*

Pyrrha:why you Little....

*Pyrrha calmed down, this wasn't the time for this. But the looked she gave ruby, promised her that they WILL talk about this later. Pyrrha and the rest looked at the white hair boy leaning against the wall*

*Pyrrha looked at ruby for an explanation, ruby just rolled her eyes*

*Whitley said with a frown, he was blessed on finding a journal of his grandfather that set him on the right path. Whitley sighed but got a determined look on face*

Ruby:Whitley, I'm literally dying over here. Hurry up with the monologue will yah?

*Ruby said as she coughed up blood to emphasize the point. Penny took out a handkerchief and cleaned her mouth, Whitley coughed with a slight pink on his cheeks*

Whitley:ah right, the point Is me and rose help each other out, from time to time. I even have a partner back in atlas, a raptor faunus,the mask warrior, unfortunately he's on a mission right now. He'll be heart broken that he missed you, since he has to be your biggest fan. But anyhow, I do think our little rose here, is in need of medical attention

Ren:well, we can't take her to the hospital, not now when they have people looking for her

*Whitley rolled his eyes, with a snap of his fingers Klein walked in with his sleeves rolled up, and a medical bag in his hand, he walked up to ruby and gave her something to bite on. Ruby bites on it hard already knowing what's gonna happen*

Klein:alright, you penny was it? You'll be my little nurse in this operation. Be warn this will get very bloodied

Penny:I'm surgery ready

*Penny said with a salute, she grabbed one of the medical mask from the bag, as Klein took out a scalpel and placed it on Ruby's skin*

Klein:alright miss rose, deep breaths. This is gonna hurt a lot

Meanwhile with tai

*We see him at the bar, after the rose of vacuo got captured him and his boss left the auction. Tai grabbed his drink and drank it all in one gulp*

Tai:her semblance.... Summer told me the roses are unique to her family only....

*Tai half buzzed muttered, he saw ruby using her semblance the speed petals. There was no denying it, no hiding from the ugly truth. Tai knew the rose of vacuo had to be ruby rose*
