Pyrrha:let's sit down, before we all start to speak ok?

*Ruby took a breath and nodded, she gulped a little and prayed to whatever god was listening to not let the chip or her own illusions start acting up now*

Now

*They were sitting down, Nora and Ren on one bed and pyrrha and ruby on the other, at the back Pyrrha was holding Ruby's hand to give her some support, she would squeeze it every few minutes which ruby appreciates*

Pyrrha:so what are you doing here ruby?

Ruby:uh, Glynda needed to talk about a mission.

*Ruby said with a shrug, ruby got the attention of the other 3 something that ruby did not like but the squeeze of Pyrrha's hand calmed her down before her tail started rattling*

Pyrrha:a mission?

Ruby:remember Max? The fat man that came to her house? Yeah. The only way Glynda will let me do that mission is if my team comes with me

*Ruby said bitter that she lost that argument, pyrrha wasn't the only one who the last 3 days been hard. Ruby spend 3 days arguing and trying to convince Glynda to let her go on the mission. Pyrrha eyes widen and a big smile started to appear on her face*

Pyrrha:oh! So we're finally gonna have our first team mission that's great!

Ruby:yeah, I'm also gonna get team CRME with us, it should give me another opportunity to get closer to them

*Ruby said making Pyrrha frown since she remembered that ruby doesn't want to stay after the mission is over*

Pyrrha"hopefully she'll change her mind and stays"

Nora:oh yeah them, neo been coming around asking if your back yet, I think she misses you

Ruby:I..I'm n..not s..surprised, s..she's doing to me, w..what I'm doing to them

*Ruby managed to get out, another squeeze form Pyrrha an another calmness washed over the rose*

Pyrrha:I have to say I'm surprised to see you wearing something other then your outlaw outfit

Ruby:y..yeah, Glynda's doing.

*Ruby said as she doesn't meets Pyrrha's gaze and scratches her cheek*

Ruby:she uh, I think She said something about my bandana, gloves, flask are all coping mechanism. So she's forcing me to start being less dependent on them. At least that's what I think, wasn't really paying attention

*Ruby sad with a nervous lick of her lips, not having any of the items that made her feel safe was making her anxiety so much more easy to act up*

Nora:well you look cute in that pink shirt

Ruby:t..thanks I...I s...still h..hate pink but it was either this o..or a shirt w...with a unicorn

*Ruby said stuttering, unlike with Pyrrha who Ruby's used to talking Nora was still new in Ruby's mind, she couldn't help but feel nervous. Ruby sighed and decided to get it over with*

Ruby:I uh,...wanted to say sorry for s.... shooting you, I uh....I'm just not u..used to people h..helping me, and...and...and i thought y...you j..just w..wanted to s...steal the credit

Nora:ok, I accept you apology, we BOTH accept your apology don't we Ren?

*Nora said sending a smiling glare to Ren, Ren sighed his arms still crossed but he nodded*

Ruby:c..cool, uh. I kinda need to talk to Pyrrha a..alone if you don't mind

Nora:ok, come on Ren you owe me soooooo many pancakes!

*Nora said with her normal big smile, she dragged Ren away, Pyrrha and ruby sat there alone, ruby was looking down on her lap. Pyrrha let go of Ruby's hand and rubbed her back*

Pyrrha:ruby I'm...

Ruby:I'm sorry!

*Ruby said quickly, she wanted to be the first one to say it at least. Ruby coughed a little a light blush growing on her cheeks*

Ruby:I...I shouldn't have snapped at you like that, it...i was just frustrated, since every time someone finds out about my investor, they look at me with disgust and start saying...awful things to me. So when you started doing the same I....I didn't take it all that well

*Ruby said rubbing her arm, Pyrrha took a small sigh and hugged her shoulder giving it a soft rub*

Pyrrha: I'm also sorry, you were right, I didn't have a foot to stand on and i shouldn't have judged you like that, it was wrong of me. I'm, I'm also sorry I told Glynda about...what he did to you

Ruby:it's...it's fine, she was going to figure it out eventually. We were both pretty heated heh I didn't even know what I was saying at the end it was all red to me

*Ruby said with a small grin, Pyrrha snorted at that, before she frowned a little*

Pyrrha:I...I owe more then that, I'm sorry I didn't tell you that I knew

Ruby:wait what? What are you talking about? Of course you knew I told you

*Pyrrha eyes widen and her head snapped to ruby who was looking up at her confused*

Pyrrha:you....you remember that?

Ruby:angel, I was losing blood not losing memory, yes I remember. I was in a weakened state, my guards were gone so I told the truth to you since...well I trusted that you weren't going to tell anyone

*Ruby said with a shrug, Pyrrha collapsed on the bed taking ruby with her, with a yelp. Pyrrha sighed dramatically*

Pyrrha:I've been stressing over this since you told me, and you knew this whole time?! God your mean

*Pyrrha yelled/whined out, it made ruby snicker a little and look at pyrrha with a soft smile*

Ruby:I guess this means we're actual friends huh?

*Ruby said with a bit of a shy smile, Pyrrha looked at her with a raised eyebrow *

Ruby:well we fought and made up, that makes us friends right? Like real friends since we don't agree on everything but we still want to make up and I'm gonna stop talking before I start to ramble

*Ruby said with an embarrassed blush, but Pyrrha just smiled at her. She got closer to ruby and kissed her cheek making the poor girl blush become even bigger and her eyes to go wide*

Pyrrha: yes ruby, this means we're friends

Ruby:then I guess I should help you make pretty boy notice you huh?

*Ruby said with a cheeky grin, Pyrrha started blushing and stuttering trying to deny it*

Ruby:it's fine, I know with my bluntness and your beauty he'll ask you out in no time

Pyrrha:you think so?

*Pyrrha said softly playing with her hair, ruby just nodded with a smirk that was growing bigger*

Ruby:of course, who wouldn't want a angel like you?

Pyrrha:I hope your right, and... I'm glad to be your friend

Ruby: I'm... I'm glad to be your friend too angel, I haven't had one since....since Penny

*Ruby said licking her lips, she glanced at Pyrrha and could tell she wanted to know more. With a sigh she looked back at her lap*

Ruby: it's.... it's a story of my life, that takes place 2 year before I came to beacon....

Meanwhile with Nora

*Nora was walking to the community dining room of the dorm rooms while Ren was being dragged by his feet, no one paid them any mind since there used to seeing such things, they just chopped it up to Nora being Nora*

Nora:hey guys!

*Nora said waving with her free hand smiling brightly at team JWBY, the 4 members of the other team saw Nora and Ren in a normal position for them*

Jaune:hey guys, Ren owes you pancakes again?

Nora:yup, also wanted to give ruby and pyrrha some time alone

*Ren head slap himself and sighed/groaned at Nora naiveness, Nora looked confused but still smiling, not noticing Yang flinching*

Yang:r.. Ruby is here?

Nora:yup, she apologized to me and probably doing the same to Pyrrha. We're also finally gonna go on a mission

*Nora said with a big smile, again Ren head slapped himself as he saw the wheels turning on yang's head*

Yang:what?! But Ruby is still injured!

Ren:it's been 24 days since the incident, by my estimations ruby is 78% healed

*Ren said getting up and dusting himself off, he glanced at yang who was scowling at him, still bad blood between the for ren's little action*

Yang:but that's still not 100% she needs to finish resting

Nora:I'm sure she'll be fine, she won't push herself to hard with her crush there with her

*Whatever anger yang had disappeared as she looked at Nora with wide eyes, nora just grinned like the cat that ate the canary*

Nora:I mean it's pretty obvious that ruby likes pyrrha, she just doesn't see it yet

Ren:with how emotionally repressed she is I'm not surprised

*Ren said neutrally, and that's when jaune got an idea, he grinned and looked at yang who bless her souls couldn't see the potential here*

Jaune:we should help get them together!!

Everyone but mostly yang:WHAT?!!

Jaune:yang think about it, if you can help ruby get with Pyrrha, imagine how much happy she'll be? She'll be thankful and you'll be closer into having a closer familiar  relationship with her

*Yang was conflicted on the one hand she really didn't want her little sister to date anyone, on the other hand this could be the opportunity she's been looking for, to make ruby at least like being around her more. In the end we all know what hand she chose*

Yang:.....I'm in

Nora:oh me too!

Blake:your my partner so I'll help

Weiss:sadly Jaune's my partner so I will also help

Jaune:ouch, but I'll take it, Ren?

Ren:.....

Nora:oh he'll help too trust me!

*Nora said with a big smile as they started walking together trying to figure out a way to get the champion and the rose together, while in the bedroom ruby and pyrrha were trying to get the knight together with the champion*
