Author note: so, for those who don't know which is probably everyone. I'm from Puerto Rico, fun fact we have one of the longest Christmas celebrations, and today is dia de los reyes, aka the celebration of the 3 wise men that visit the baby Jesus. Basically a second Christmas, so as present you all getting a extra chapter

The morning after

*Unlike what ruby said last night, she didn't get any nightmares when she fell asleep, there weren't any good dreams, but there weren't any nightmares. There was just a dreamless sleep, which was alright with her. She took a deep breath and slowly opened her eyes slowly seeing Glynda still asleep next to her*

Ruby:what happened last night....

*Ruby muttered her sleepy mind still not fully awake, all she knew was that Glynda was spooning her, and ruby was a little spoon. She started cuddling closer to the warmth Glynda was giving out, that's when she flinched and the memories of yesterday came running back to her. Making her have a soft groan, that groan woke Glynda up and looked down at ruby*

Glynda:morning, sorry for having you on such a position, you were begining to cry and whimper in your sleep, so I had to hug you to make you feel better

Ruby:I...thank you kindly for that, yes. It did help, but please let go

*Ruby said softly, part of her didn't want to be set free, but you one doesn't change there toxic traits over night. Glynda did as she was told and ruby moved away from her, away from the warmth and sat on the bed. She placed her hands on her face and took a deep breath*

Ruby:I fucked up didn't I? I shouldn't have lost my cool with Pyrrha

Glynda:no. You shouldn't have. But it's understandable that you did, both of you said things that you shouldn't. Now the question is, what are you gonna do about it?

*Glynda asked gently rubbing her back, ruby got up and stretched. Glynda took that for her to get up and started changing for the day to start*

Ruby: I....I have to apologize?

Glynda:that's something you have to figure out for yourself, think about what you want, not what the alcohol you wants, or what others want. What does ruby rose want?

*Ruby bit her lip in thought, she nodded and walked to her room to change out of the pajamas*

Meanwhile with Pyrrha

3 days later

with Pyrrha

*Pyrrha opened the door to the dorm and walked inside. She was numb, has been since her fight with ruby. And she just wanted to go to sleep, after spending hours in class not being able to pay attention.*

Mini flashback

Port:and that's how me and my team finished off a group of highly dangerous grimms hahaha!

*Everyone was in class, Pyrrha glanced down at jaune, he's been giving her the cold shoulder since that daym she sighed and looked back at the board, remembering the story ruby told her when she faced the same race of Grimm*

Port:Mrs. Nikos!!

Pyrrha:eh?!

*Pyrrha yelped in surprised, she looked down at the professor who had a deep frown on his face and his arm crossed*

Port:now that I have your attention. Can you answer my question?

Pyrrha:uh...I..I'm sorry what was your question?

*Pyrrha said with a nervous chuckle, port didn't find it funny, quite the opposite*

Port:the question is how many days of detention you'll get

Present

*The answer was 5, 5 days of detention, Pyrrha wasn't happy about that in the least*

Pyrrha:seriously, everyone always ignores his stories and he doesn't say anything. But when I get distracted I get basically a school week's worth of detention?

* Pyrrha said to herself feeling completely outraged that she's the only one suffering. But her day wasn't done after that, she had Another 3 hours training and losing to jaune,

Mini flashback

*Pyrrha grunted falling to the ground, she tried to grab her spear but she felt Jaune's sword on her neck*

Jaune:I uh....I win?

*Jaune said so shocked that he beat the great purrha nikos that he finally spoke to her. Pyrrha could use her magnetic semblance to easily push the blade away, bit one look at the board told her everything, jaune in yellow and Pyrrha was completely in red. So she just sighed and nodded giving jaune a small smile*

Pyrrha:it would appear so jaune, congratulations

Jaune:thanks, but....I don't know, I thought I would feel more then this?

*Jaune said with a frown since he didn't feel like he actually won. Purrha just shrugged and got up*

Pyrrha;my apologies if you feel cheated, I'm....just not feeling it today, haven't been feeling it since...that day

Jaune:you know, you would feel better if you told her I'm sorry

Present

Pyrrha:as if it's that easily arc

*Pyrrha crumbled thinking of what her opponent/trainee told her. Pyrrha just wanted today to end*

Nora:you look like shit

*Nora said with her usual smile, Pyrrha ignored and and walked straight into bed crashing herself on it, covering her face with the pillow. Small part of her hoping it would smother her and kill her*

Ren:are you ready to talk? You've been quiet for the last 3 days

Pyrrha:I fucked up, and I fucked up bad...

*Pyrrha managed to say I'm a muffled tone, she felt Nora rubbing her back to make her feel better*

Nora:I'm sure it's not that bad.

Pyrrha:me and ruby got into a fight, we both said some awful things to each other. And in the heat of the moment I screamed the secret out, the secret she didn't even knew she told me.

*Pyrrha said as her mind showed her again a picture of Ruby's sad face, and Jaune's disappointed face making pyrrha feel absolutely dreadful*

Ren:good. That thing doesn't deserve to have her secrets respected after what she did

Nora:Ren!

*Nora yelled, she loved Ren, really she did. But when he got overprotective he can be a but much even for her, hell even for chibi RWBY version her and yes they've met in a coffee high don't question it. Ren just shrugged*

Nora:ren, it's over. She's going through enough shit, I'm gonna need you to go down to a 4 in your overprotection. And help me with this

*Nora said waving at all of Pyrrha, Ren sighed and both of them started having an argument with there eyes. An argument that Nora ended up winning*

Ren:you should go see her

Pyrrha:it's Wednesday, I'm already behind on my school work. By the time I finish I'll be night, and....how can I face her after what I said to her?

*Pyrrha said, she sat up straight and hugged her legs looking sad. Ren sighed and rubbed his chin*

Ren:you said you both said awful things to each other. Ruby is...close to you, so I'm sure in her own repressed way she feels sorry for what she said. But she'll never make the first move, so you have to make it

Pyrrha:I'm not so sure, you haven't seen the ruby I've seen. I know that if I go there she'll apologize, and then i will

*Pyrrha said with a small smile remembering the ruby she liked, her ruby. Sober ruby. Pyrrha blushed a little*

Pyrrha"wait, my ruby? Why did I think that?"

*Pyrrha thought, but didn't have the time to process that thought since Nora spoke, putting that thought at the back of her head*

Nora:then what's the problem?

Pyrrha:I'm just scared, I don't have that many friends and I hurt one of the few I do have, how can I not be nervous? This isn't like a fight, I can't just train to be better, I...don't have a lot of experience in this department

*Pyrrha muttered, since "not having any friends" was a understatement. She had zero friends before coming to beacon, not a lot of people had the confidence to be friends with a champion. Plus Pyrrha never had the time to make friends with all the training her parents placed on her*

Nora:your just gonna have to rip it off like a band-aid

Pyrrha:I suppose that is the best solución, I'll... I'll do it on Saturday, hopefully coco will keep velvet busy that day, I would rather have that conversation alone

*There conversation was interrupted from a knock on the door, pyrrha opened up and was surprised at who she saw*

Pyrrha:r..ruby?

Ruby:h...hey a..Angel, m..mind if I come in? P.. people are s..staring at me

*Ruby stuttered softly, her social anxiety clear on her body language. Pyrrha looked behind ruby and sure enough, people were glancing at the "rose of vacuo" wearing normal clothing*

Pyrrha:r..right, right, come in we...we have a lot to discuss

*Ruby nodded quickly and walked inside. When Ren saw her, he frowned deeply. He tried to control himself for Nora's sake, but it was so hard*

Ren"she shot Nora and dares to act like nothing happened?"

*Ren thought darkly, and being completely unfair to ruby since she just walked inside a second ago. Nora walked in front of ruby to block Ren gaze, and forced a smile looking at ruby*

Nora:hey rubes it's...

Ruby: I'm sorry

*Nora stopped smiling and looked at ruby surprised, Ruby's tail started to rattle, not as a threat but of nervousness*

Ruby;I..I said it t..to quickly didn't I? Uh h.. hello Nora, i...it has been a w...while, I imagine that's what you... you wanted to say right?

*Ruby said acting completely different then when Nora and Ren last saw her, this ruby being so much more nervous, then the overly confident rose of vacuo of a few weeks ago. Ruby flinched when she felt Pyrrha's hand on her shoulder*

Pyrrha:let's sit down, before we all start to speak ok?

*Ruby took a breath and nodded, she gulped a little and prayed to whatever god was listening to not let the chip or her own illusions start acting up now*
