*The door was opened with a slam everyone looked and it was a very angry glynda goodwhich*

Glynda:what is goin on here, miss rose what are you doing outside your bed?!!

Ruby:doing your job for....for.....

*Ruby's eyelids started getting heavy, the loss of blood and alcohol in her system finally getting to her as she passed out*

*We see yang running faster then she has ran in a long time, she was so concentrated that she didn't notice she pushed people out of the way, or that he pushed a boy holding a final 3-d sculpture project destroying it. All she had in mind was one thing that was fueling her like nothing else*

Jaune"ruby got in a fight and she's back in the nurse office"

*With those words in her mind, Yang slammed the door to the nurse office a mix of worry and anger behind her eyes, she saw ruby back on her bed with more machines hooked up on her then last time, she saw the doctor talking to Glynda*

Yang:what happened?! Ruby was fine a moment ago?!

Joshua:fine is a relative turn. She shouldn't have gotten out of bed so fast, much less drink such a large amount of alcohol in such a short time, or any at all with the medications I've put her in. Mix that with the fight she had where she overused what little power she had recovered it was all too much for her body to handle so it shut down

Yang:but she'll be on right?!

*Yang said walking as fast as she could to Ruby's hospital bed, the doctor even had her chained up to make sure she doesn't run away again*

Joshua:after we pumped her stomach yeah, she'll be ok. We just need to find a blood donor, she was already running on just 7 pints of blood, now she's on 5 which is very dangerous

Yang:I'm her sister take my blood, and give it to her!

*Joshua looked at glynda for confirmation on yang's claims, Glynda nodded, Joshua sighed as that meant more paperwork and looked at the blond girl*

Joshua: fine, before you get your hopes up let's see if your even the same blood type. Give me a few minutes to get everything ready

Yang:great, gives me time to talk to them...

*Yang growled as she turned around and saw the other people that were also in the room, team CRDL. Cardin being the only one awake glared right back*

Cardin:hey she attacked us!

Glynda: I saw the security footage and not only did you and your group were harassing Velvet Scarlatina, already a ground for expulsion but you threw a metal tray to miss Rose Head. So you really did attacked first

*Cardin waved his hand dismissively, it made yang furious, but Glynda's hand on her shoulder kept yang in place*

Cardin: actually all me and my team is gonna get is a slap on the wrist, seeing as our families combine donate over 51% to beacon. Just imagine what'll happen to this school is those donations suddenly run out

*Cardin said with a smirk, Glynda scowled but kept her frustrations in control being a professional, corruption ran everywhere beacon was no exception. But seeing it happened to ruby who's technically under her protection made it all the more frustrating. Thankfully before yang could attack the smug boy Joshua came back*

Joshua:alright yang, I've got your file and you are a match for your sister, sit down on the spare bed and we can begin

*The fact that she can finally help her sister in something made yang calm down and do what the doctor told her. Glynda glanced at the other team in the room and frowned in thought*

Glynda"miss rose won't be able to rest properly here. Hm, I'll have to bring her to my home till she's all better. I'll have to speak to ozpin on using my vacation days"

*Glynda thought as after a few moments the other members of team JWBY came into the room*

Weiss:yang what are you doing?

Yang:painting the Sistine Chapel, what does it look like I'm doing? I'm giving my sister some of my blood, how much blood am I giving her?

*The other members of yang's team walked in to her bed, although Glynda noticed Jaune flinching when he saw Cardin*

Joshua:1 pint is the safe amount someone can give

Yang:1? My sister needs more then that! Give her more I'll be ok

*Yang said in her usual tone but if you knew her like Blake you could tell there was a hint of desperation. Joshua looked at her and sighed*

Joshua:that's not recommended, but seeing as this is a very fragile circumstances, I'll give her 2 pints of your blood so that she can be at the same place she was before the fight. The rest she'll have to make it on her own by resting

Glynda:in the meantime, the rest of you out. This place is getting far too crowded, the other members of this school need to rest. Miss belladonna, you stay and look after Yang. Make sure she doesn't start something, I have to go discuss Ruby's living arrangement while she's healing up with ozpin

*Blake nodded as everyone left, Blake looked at her partner who's eyes never left Ruby's face*

Yang:she...she looks so peaceful, what to you think she's dreaming of?

Blake: probably one of her adventures if I had to guess

*Blake said with a shurgged, sadly that couldn't be further from the truth, since ruby's body was alcohol free it meant Ruby's mental problems could run free to torture the poor girl in a hell she couldn't escape from*

Inside Ruby's brain

*we see a 4 year old ruby and a 6 year old yang watching cartoons while eating a patch of cookies summer made for them before she left. The door opened and they heard her voice*

Summer:guys I'm back! Where are my cookie monsters?

Tai:watching T.V. welcome home love

*Yang and ruby turned around just in time to see there parents kissing. Ruby frowned, that frown turned in to a hissing growl*

Ruby;I'm not doing this again get out!

*the world froze and summer looked at the frowning daughter. The medicine was just doing her job giving her patient the best possible dream the mind wants, and this is what Ruby's mind wants even if it's fake*

Summer;miss rose for your mental health I highly recommend.

Ruby:that I don't get sucked in by false hope? I couldn't agree more. Give me the ugly truth while you work, I won't let this weakness have control over me

*Ruby spat out with venom, she refused to even look at summer this time as the world started turning black*

Summer:as you wish. I wish you luck you poor broken girl

*Ruby scowled hearing pity in the semblance's voice it made ruby furious. That fury quickly disappeared as Ruby fell to her knees feeling blood coming down her abdomen. She looked around feeling a sense of fear consume her body completely, she was hiding behind a rock while the sound of footsteps came closer and closer*

Jake:where are you, you little shit. Come out now and I promise your punishment won't be that bad

*Ruby heard Jake's voice echoing throught the cave making hard to know where the voice came from. So ruby just stood still the little girl was silently sobbing terrified, as this was the first time ruby tried to runaway*

Jake:come on kid I can smell your blood a mile away, get out here. Or maybe I should give my pal a call see if he can beat the rebellion out of you

*Ruby just crawled in to a ball and kept silently crying, her body was shaking like a leaf as the steps got louder and louder until they stopped, ruby screamed as she was pulled by her hair, she tried to fight it, but she was no match for Jake's strength. Jake having enough of her whining grabbed his gun and slammed the grip so hard against Ruby's face that she passed out, as she was blacking out she could hear Jake say something about a man named "ironwood"*

Real world

Joshua: Alright all done, I suggest you get yourself a cookie and a juice to get your blood sugar running.

Yang:can....can I stay a bit longer? Please?

*Yang said as she kept looking at her sister, Joshua sighed and nodded as he went back to work healing the other patients. Yang felt Blake's hand on her shoulder*

Blake:you did a good thing for her yang, I'm sure she'll appreciate it when she finds out

Yang:no, she's not gonna find out

*Blake looked at her partner/friend confused, yang cleaned the tear that fell from her face and gave a sad smile her eyes never leaving Ruby's body*

Yang:no, how do you think she'll react if she finds out that it was me that shared my blood with her?

Blake:yang...

*Yang just shook her head with a sad smile still ever present. She jumped out of bed and walked to ruby who was sleeping peacefully in hers, she kneeled over and kissed her forehead*

Yang:I...i got to help her, even if she'll never know. I'll know, that's....that's enough at least for now

*Yang said with a sigh before walking away, Blake following behind her with a look of pity for her friend*
