*Pyrrha flinched hard enough that her spoon fell to her soup, a few gave them weird glances but ruby just kept eating. Pyrrha gulped as she looked at ruby, her mouth trembled about to ask something when something beat her to the punch. As they all heard someone in pain*

Cardin:no way, there real!

*the table ruby was in everyone but her looked at the source of the sound and saw Cardin pulling on velvet's ears*

Jaune:man there they go again I wish they give it a rest already

Ruby:there the same morons that tried to throw rotten fruit to me. Who are they?

*Ruby asked slightly curious but more concentrating finishing her meal leaving nothing but the tray and the grease of the food*

Ren:there the members of team CRDL
Cardin Winchester, Russel Thrush, Dove Bronzewing and Sky Lark

Blake:there nothing but a bunch of faunus hating bigots

Yang:tell me about it. Sorry guys I'm gonna go, seeing just made me lose my appetite

*Yang said, they all said there goodbyes. Yang got up and looked at ruby. Ruby sighed feeling yangs eyes on her and she gave her a wave, it was a dismissive wave but it was a wave none the less, it made yang smile and she walked out with a bit of pep in her step*

Cardin; ha, she even has a tail

*Blake glared at cardin and ruby finally spared a glance at what was going on*

Blake: absolutely disgusting behavior

Ruby:I couldn't agree more

*Ruby said drinking her strawberry smoothie in one gulp, she frowned putting some of her cactus juice on the next drink making some of the people on her table frown at her*

Ruby/Blake:cardin/bunny girl should be expelled

*Everyone gasped at what ruby said. Ruby not seeing anything wrong she kept eating*

Pyrrha:ruby how can you say that? It's not her fault that cardin's such a reprobate

Ruby:if she's weak enough to let herself be treated like that then she deserves what she gets

*Ruby said looking at her reflection on the water. Ruby was completely projecting seeing her younger self as weak, seeing as if in some twisted sick way that she deserved what she got because she was too weak to fight back . But people like blake couldn't have possibly know that*

Ruby"the strong survive and the weak die that's how the world works"

Blake: but doesn't it make you angry? She's a faunus being discrimination

Ruby:wrong. She's a faunus LETTING herself be discriminated. There's a difference and secondly I couldn't give 2 shits if someone is a human or a faunus, what I care is about freedom.

*Ruby glanced again at cardin more specifically his weapon. As A bit of the old 4 year old ruby showed herself being fascinated by weapon building*

*That part went back to the pit of darkness that is Ruby's mind as she gave Blake her full attention with bored eyes*

Ruby: since news flash you baby with a silver spoon in your mouth, humans and faunus are both slaves in vacuo and I've saved them both. Unlike the white fang I actually make a difference

*Weiss had to hold her laughter seeing how red Blake was becoming. Ruby shrugged and took a gulped of her now alcohol filled drink.*

Ren:so you don't wish to do anything?

Ruby:I don't see any of you going up there and helping the pathetic excuse of a second year

*Ruby looked at her table they all looked uncomfortable and didn't move, ruby smiled her head moving side to side a little. Even with her high tolerance, the amount she drank in such a short period of time she is more then half buzzed*

Ruby;well? What are you waiting for ? You all seem to have a problem with it then get up and stop it yourself. Just remember that if you do, you'll be in trouble along with Cardin for getting involved

*People like Jaune and Weiss remained more frozen then ever at the idea of getting in trouble, for Weiss it was so to not be an embarrassment to her family, for jaune it was for fear that he'll get discovered that he faked his transcript to come to beacon. Ruby gave a hollow chuckle*

Ruby:that's what I thought. Keep your heads down and don't look if it doesn't involve you, don't get involved since.....

*Ruby pupils went as small as pin needles as she felt a searing at the back of her head. Sky Lark threw velvet's metal tray away without looking and it hit ruby right in the back of the head*

Pyrrha:ruby oh my God! Are you ok?

*Pyrrha said but ruby could hear it as she was hearing a peeping in her ears. With a low growl she slowly got up only responding with one sentence*

Ruby:now....it's my problem

*Ruby said grabbing the IV pole and started walking, her teammates tried to stop her but ruby pointing defense at them shut them up real fast. Ruby grabbed the IV bag holding it with her teeth as she made it to the table. Sky turned around just in time to be hit by a pole hard enough to break some molars and send him to the ground. Sky was giving a bloody scream holding his mouth as the blood spilled out *

Russel;sky! Oh you are gonna regret that you...

*Ruby disappeared in a explosion of roses and reappeared in front of Russel, in seconds ruby wrapped the IV tube around Russel's neck and used the momentum of the speed granted her to lift the larger man over her and slam his spine right in the corner of the table everyone could hear the audible crack as he fell on the floor screaming moving side to side. Ruby gave a small muffled scream as she felt a slash on his back. She jumped out of the way of another slash from Dove Bronzewing, ruby kept jumping out of the way from the slashes of the blond, ruby used her fangs to bite down on the IV bag. She spat it out to her hand and squeezed it the liquid landing on dove's eyes blinding him just enough for ruby to dash from behind him and slam the pole right on his neck making him black out. Ruby had to hold her groan, what little aura she regained resting was all but gone now*

*Ruby dropped the pole and turned around just in time to grab cardin's mace with her reptilian hand, the force was enough to cause blood to fall from the hand but ruby showed no reaction. Ruby's legs buckled as they glared at each other, Ruby's right eye started to shine as her silver magic automatically activated, a tear of blood fell from the same eye as she was still not recovered not even close*

Ruby: I'll give you a chance to not visit the hospital you good for nothing yellow belly bastard

*Ruby spat out her southern vacuo accent coming out thick. Cardin must smirked and started adding more weight on his side making ruby fall on one knee grunting. Ruby raised her gun with her free hand and shot self*

Cardin:your aiming sucks

Ruby: wasn't aiming at you

*ruby gestured behind him he looked and his eyes widen as Nora was on the floor with her hammer still sliding away. Ruby shot her own teammate. Ruby glared at Nora who was slowly getting up with help from ren, Nora looked at ruby surprised and a quite hurt. Not physically because of her aura but emotionally very. But ruby didn't care,  not even a little as she sneered at them*

Ruby:let that be a warning, don't interfere this fight is mine and mine alone

Cardin:your a little freak aren't you?

*Ruby hissed at him as she glared at the man*

*Cardin smirked, ruby saw his thumb going closer to the trigger that would make it spit fire. Ruby aimed self at cardin's Chest*

Cardin:are you stupid? In your condition your aura has to be in red while I'm in green you think one bullet is gonna do anything to me?

Ruby:try me and find out. You pull that trigger and I'll pull mine, I'm not scared of being injured. The question is are you?

*Ruby said as more blood started to fall from her face, she couldn't keep the eyes activated for much longer. The room got tense as both combatants looked at each other, cardin glared at ruby angrily for her insinuating that he's weak*

Ruby"little more, just push yourself a little more, if summer could do it so can I..."

*Ruby thought, raven's influence evintend. Cardin pulled the trigger just as ruby let go of the mace and dashed out of the way, forcing her body to activate her speed just in time for the fire to hit sky who was coming towards her from behind. As ruby was sliding away she aimed and shot a silver magic infused bullet at cardin's side, the bullet pierced right through his aura and skin as if it was paper. Ruby winced feeling a few of her stitches in her chest being broken and her wound being opened. She closed her eyes and deactivated her silver eyes as she got up stumbling, she felt someone help her keep her balance she looked and scowled as it was a smiling velvet*

Velvet:i got you, thank you so much for the help I....

*The door was opened with a slam everyone looked and it was a very angry glynda goodwhich*

Glynda:what is goin on here, miss rose what are you doing outside your bed?!!

Ruby:doing your job for....for.....

*Ruby's eyelids started getting heavy, the loss of blood, the adrenaline disappearing, and alcohol in her system finally getting to her as she passed out*
