Pyrrha:what could possibly be worse then this?!

Ruby:mh... getting raped for years by that sick fuck Jake....

*Ruby said as sleep finally catching up to her, Pyrrha on the other hand was so shock at what she just heard she dropped the bandages. The rest for Pyrrha seemed like a blur she barely registered the door being kicked opened and a group of nurses taking ruby to be healed up*

Now

Hours later

Location beacon nurse office

*We see ruby resting in a hospital bed, using a gas mask to breath while her teammates, team JWBY, ozpin, Glynda and a crow that was sitting on the window*

Ozpin:so how is she?

Joshua:let see, she's got bruises all over but that'll be gone in a few days, the worse of her injuries are aura exhaustion, silver eye exhaustion. She's missing her front tooth and 3 back molars multiple broken ribs a collapsed left lung and the right lung was pierced by a broken rib and a cracked skull, there other wounds but those are the worse of the worse

*Yang had her hand over her mouth as she gave a soft cry, Blake rubbed her back to make her feel better*

Joshua: surprisingly her aura is one of the most powerful I've ever seen, normally this amount of injuries one would be hospitalized for 6 months minimum, but she'll be fine after 1 month of rest and fully recovered in 2, With surgery it'll be even shorter. Truly outstanding.

*The doctor kept talking about the things ruby will need, but it was all just ringing in the ears of 2 people, yang who was overwhelmed with relief that her little sister would be fine in a couple of months, and Pyrrha who still had a haunting look in her face from what ruby in her low blood filled haze told her. Ozpin on the other hand had a small frown on his face*

Ozpin"hm, it's not her aura it's the silver eyes that is healing her, but it's much weaker then her mother's eyes. If summer had this type of injuries she would be back on her feets in a week. Being that tai didn't have the silver eyes it's only natural that ruby would be weaker then her mother but still by this much?"

*Ozpin said worried of his plans against Salem if his main weapon was weaker then he originally thought*

Ruby:yeah, outstanding I'm a miracle of science alright, get this crap off of me....

*Ruby said weakly Joshua's voice waking her up, as soon as she finished talking she had a coughing fit. The nurse walked up to ruby and waved his arms around her body, the body quickly started to calm down and ruby was becoming sleepy again*

Ruby:what...what are you doing....

Joshua:rest little one, your body needs to recover. It's my semblance it helps the body heals but it also makes my patients sleepy

*Ruby tried to fight it but ultimately she fell back to sleep. Joshua turned around and gave the visitor a stern smile*

Joshua:visiting hours are over, my patient needs to sleep and her chart tells me she's a very light sleeper. So I'm gonna have to ask you all go leave

*They all individually left, JWBY went to there dorm, ozpin and the crow went to his office, Ren and Nora went to question team CRME and Pyrrha went with glynda goodwitch

With qrow and ozpin

*Ozpin sat down on his chair and took a sip of his drinking his cup of Irish coffee, ozpin enjoyed his drink for only a moment till his chair was turned around showing a angry looking qrow*

Qrow:I think you owe me an explanation oz. Like the fact that my little niece is here and you haven't told me shit

Ozpin:why did I need to tell you? Yang already told you and her story. I saw no reason to repeat, and p.s. you do realize all the rooms in my schools has motion sensors and cámaras right?

*Qrow frown deepened and sat down crossing his arms. Ozpin place his mug down and kept with that same neutral expression that raven never trusted*

Ozpin: I'll take it that we're in agreement that tai should not be allowed to know about her? That would  be disasterous for all the people in volved

Qrow: yeah, I have a sick feeling that tai would want to keep petal locked up in his house to make sure she's safe

*Ozpin hummed thinking of tai, how he just lost it when summer died because of the mission, and how much more he lost himself after Ruby's "death"*

Ozpin:that man may hate me, but he was still one of my best students I would rather see him get better not regress

Qrow:agreed, but you are gonna tell me just what she's doing here, no more keeping me in the dark Oz. As the last active member of team STRQ I'm owed that much

*Ozpin sighed and took out a folder from his desk and passed to qrow, qrow opened it and started reading*

Ozpin:to make a very long story short. Miss rose informed me of this little field trip with team CRME, saying that it'll be another step to get there trust and inside there inner circle. I'll be honest I didn't know that she would get that hurt

Qrow:if you did know, would you have stopped it?

Ozpin: no. It was for the greater good we have to stop Salem from her destruction of the world. Summer risked her life to seal the portal to protect the world and more importantly her daughters.

*Ozpin can still remember that smile summer had when she thought she would come back and be the best mother for ruby and yang. That memory made him want to add more alcohol to his mug*

Qrow:shortstack really did have the worse hero complex in beacon

Ozpin:agreed, and her little girl is going to have to risk her life to make sure whatever plans team CRME is cooking fail

*Qrow sighed closing the folder, it had a summery of Ruby's feat as the rose of vacuo but didn't say anything of Ruby's time as a slave*

Qrow "guess I'll have to ask her directly if I want the full picture"

Qrow:she's only 15 Oz, it's not really fair putting the weight of the world in her shoulders. At least summer was 20 when you told her all this crap

*Ozpin got up and walked to the window, he looked up at the shattered moon*

*the constant reminder of his decision, choosing to side with the gods then with his wife. Ozpin sighed and kept looking at it*

Ozpin:I'm afraid I don't have much of a choice Qrow, you know this. Things would've been so much easier if summer was here but we have to do with what we got. That little girl is at the moment the last silver eyes warrior. She has the only thing that can actually hurt Salem

Qrow: summer's parents were both silver eyes, making summer the strongest warrior to carry the silver eye mantel and she couldn't do it and she was literally once every couple of generations prodigy. What chance does my niece has with only 50% of her mother's powers?

*Ozpin finally changed his expression and frowned, decades of work making summer have the strongest version of the silver eye all gone to waste*

Ozpin: she's gonna have to find a way or this world is doomed. Changing the subject any luck finding the maidens?

*Qrow sighed and went on talking on his mission. Both slowly moved away from ruby with qrow putting her at the back of his mind for now*

With glynda and Pyrrha

*Glynda opened the door to her office and let Pyrrha inside, Pyrrha walked inside with glynda walking behind her*

Glynda: can I get you something? Tea? Coffee? Maybe a soda?

Pyrrha: I'll... I'll take a soda

*They sat down and glynda passed the drink to Pyrrha. Pyrrha took it and started drinking it enjoying the small distraction the bubbles of the drink was giving her*

Glynda:how are you feeling miss nikos? I can imagine seeing your teammate in such a state

Pyrrha:y..yes, it was definitely horrifying. I've seen blood and injuries before that just comes with the job of being a champion. But...it was the first time I saw someone in such a state up close

*Pyrrha said taking another sip of her drink, she wish the sight of Ruby's condition was the reason she was so troubled*

Glynda:sadly you'll become used to it, in this line of work that kind of thing is normal, chances are at least 15% of the students here will die out there in there first year 35% in the first 5 years. So death is something you'll have to come to terms with. But that's not what's eating you up inside is it?

*Pyrrha flinched and looked down, her body started to tremble a little, Glynda passed a box of tissues to the girl who took it*

Pyrrha: while...while ruby was loosing blood her guards must've been lowered and...and she told me something. Something that I know she wouldn't have told me if she wasn't. A..and I don't know what to do with that information

Glynda:then tell me what she said, I can promise you that whatever you say here will remain between us

Pyrrha:I want to, I really to. I want to get this thing out of my chest, but it's not my place to tell Miss goodwitch. I would be breaking Ruby's trust if I told you even if she never intended on telling me

*Pyrrha cleaned the few tears that fell from her face, Glynda placed a gentle hand on top of pyrrha's free hand and gave her a smile of support*

Glynda:being loyal is a good thing miss nikos, but sometimes you need to break that loyalty in order to help those you care about. I'm not gonna force you in to telling me if you don't feel comfortable but I can't help if I don't know what's going on

Pyrrha:I.... she.....

Glynda:shhh, it's ok. You may leave now miss nikos, please take some time to think on what you want to do. Maybe talk to ruby about it when she wakes up. Just know that I'll be here for the both of you if either of you me, day or night

*Pyrrha nodded got up and left hugging herself completely uncertain of what she had to do, never imagining something so awful happening to someone she knew*

Pyrrha:I really have lived a sheltered life huh...
