*Ruby had her eyes closed, she wasn't in her body right no. She was in her happy place she was in a quiet meadow where no one could get her, harm her. Jake seeing this frowned and slapped her hard enough to take her back to the real world. Her trembling bloody, sweaty body underneath Jake's body as he used her. Jake grabbed her face she winced tears started to fall from her face from the slap, from the fact that Jake's claws pierced her skin, from everything it was all too much for the young girl's brain to process*

Jake:no, no you stay awake and you like it. Where's the fun if i can hear you moaning?

*Jake said as he got close to ruby's lips his snake like tongue coming out of his dried lips*

Real world

*ruby woke up first again before the sun was even out. She sat on her bed and cleaned the fresh tears that fell while she slept, she opened her nightstand and took out a bottle of cactus juice, she took a swing letting the burning sensation stay on her mouth for a moment enjoying the pain before she let the burning fall down to her stomach. Ruby got up and shook Pyrrha awake*

Pyrrha:MH...ruby...? It's not even the crack of dawn is everything ok?

*Pyrrha said in a clearly still tired voice. Ruby didn't care as she turned around and started changing to some clothes Nora let her borrow*

Ruby:I want to go for a run let's go

Pyrrha:ok ok...give....give me a second

*Pyrrha said yawning as she got up and stretched until she heard a snap, ruby glanced at her*

Ruby:stupid city girl she even wakes up pretty....

*Ruby muttered bitterly as she looked down at her jagged and scared skin*

Jake:your no good anymore only damages goods.....

*Ruby heard Jake's venomous words in her ears she took another swing of her cactus juice and Shook her head placing those increasingly fuzzy memories be placed back at the back of her heard. Once finished changing with Pyrrha finishing around the same time*

Pyrrha:how about a nice jog, we take a shower after and finally have some breakfast

Ruby:sure I could use some French toast

Nora:pancakes....

*Both girls heard Nora muttering in her sleep hugging a body pillow of Ren. Pyrrha giggled softly as ruby walked out, Pyrrha stumbled but caught up to her*

Pyrrha:ok so a quick 8 kilometer run does that sound good?

Ruby:it's fine I just need to get out of that room for a bit

Pyrrha:bad dream?

*Even if ruby didn't want to her body flinched and Pyrrha caught it. Ruby clicked her serpent like tongue and spat on the ground*

Ruby:it was nothing, just an old memory

*Ruby said surprising herself that she shared that much. Pyrrha hummed*

Pyrrha: must've been a mighty big memory to have your eyes red from crying

Ruby:my eyes are red from waking up so early and nothing more

*Ruby spat darkly, her tail rattling as she shot a warning glare at pyrrha who was just seeing where the line was. She gave ruby a little space*

Pyrrha:ah I see I'm sorry for making assumptions it was rude of me

Ruby:be careful little girl cause assumptions can be a dangerous trait to have

*Ruby said doing the closest thing her mind would allow her of hugging herself. She crossed her arms and kept a cold stare in front of her. Pyrrha sighed guessing any conversations are good as dead now. After a few moments they made it and ruby looked inside then started walking out*

Pyrrha; what?! Ruby where you going?!

Ruby:imma go for my run outside rather be in the cold then in that room

*Pyrrha sighed slightly annoyed at her new teammate as she followed her*

Inside the gym room

*We see yang with headphones on punching a Sandbag*

Ruby:Yang, yang help!!!!

*Yang heard ruby screaming inside her head as he guilt filled nightmare still haunt her even as she's awake. with each punch she would punch harder until a new image appeared on her head of ruby being eaten up by the beowolfs. That mental image made yang punch so hard her hand finally went through the bag. Yang was breathing heavily as she felt someone pick the headphones off her head, she glared at who would dare do that*

Weiss:there you are I've been looking for you everywhere! Why the hell are you in the gym this early in the morning?

Yang: couldn't sleep decided to burn off some of this energy

Weiss:Uhu, is that why your eyes are bloodshot?

Yang:.....

*Yang turned around and went to another machine. Weiss sighed frustrated, she walked to yang and grabbed her shoulder, Weiss wasn't Blake she's not gonna be gentle about it*

Weiss:so you had a nightmare and now your gonna act like a bitch and ignore me?

*Yang eyes flashed red but then returned to normal just as quickly*

Yang:it's not any of your business Weiss....

Weiss:as the second in command I would say it's very much my problem you've trained enough, let's get you a bath because you smell like a pig, and I swear if you say no I'm gonna freeze your feet and drag you do our dorms myself. So what's it gonna be?

*Yang gave a mix of a snarl and a grumble as she walked ahead with Weiss following her both with there arms crossed*

Yang:you have no idea what I'm going through

Weiss:because your being a stupid dunce keeping it all to yourself. And also

Yang:I'm not in the mood Weiss!

*Yang snapped back at her but Weiss was having none of it*

Weiss; then get in the mood cause this is happening. We don't know what your going through? You have any idea how selfish you just sounded? Blake is a former member of the white fang hiding from her old life and the crimes she very much have done, Jaune entered in to this school illegally and every day is terrified that he'll be found out, my father is a racist piece of shit that caused my mother to be an alcoholic, my sister to runaway to the military, and is currently making my brother in to a perfect miniature clone of him!

*Yang was taken by surprised when Weiss pushed her against the wall and slammed her hand next to her giving yang a murderous look*

Weiss:your not the only person with trauma yang get over it and realize that we're a team and we help each other get through it

Yang: Weiss....

*The moment was ruined the second Weiss slapped her behind the head and kept waking*

Yang:ow!

Weiss:now take a bath you stink to high heavens honestly I don't know why I put up with you

*Yang gave Weiss a cheeky smile feeling a little better about her dreams as she followed Weiss to there dorms*

With ruby

*Ruby had her eyes closed enjoying the bath of the morning sun touching her skin and warming up her blood. Sadly her moment was interrupted by a returning Pyrrha handing ruby a bottle of water and a smile on her face. Ruby grabbed it and drank it down in one sitting before Pyrrha could sit*

Pyrrha:you must've been real thirsty huh

Ruby:just enjoying the water while I have it, I don't see me staying around these parts after the mission is done

Pyrrha:what? But what about the full scholarship?

Ruby:I don't give a rats ass about education. I know how to use a gun that's all I need to know to make money in this world

Pyrrha; that's....sounds like a very sad way to live

Ruby:but it's my way to live it and mine alone

*Ruby said as she opened her eyes and saw the sunrise one of the few times pyrrha saw ruby smiling since she got here*

Ruby:my fate has been sealed the moment I was foolish enough to make a deal with the devil to not die I don't see myself living any other way then the life I already know

Pyrrha:of an outlaw gunslinger? What kind of living is that?

Ruby:..... The only living that feels right anymore

*Ruby said with a hint of sadness, after his death ruby tried to live a normal life she truly did but in vacuo? There's a reason it has the highest rates of crimes of all kinds. Ruby shook her head and got up with a stretch*

Ruby:that's enough talking about a foolish things let's go take a shower and all that

*Ruby said as she walked ahead of pyrrha. Pyrrha got up and followed her with determination behind her eyes*

Pyrrha "ruby rose I promise to show you a better way to live!"
