2.)  Pay rent on the 25th of each month
3.)  No guests allowed during the weekdays (family or not)
4.) ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED
5.) No illegal things (please)
6.) Clean after yourself (I'm not your maid)
7.) Make sure to keep quiet by 10:30 PM - 5:10 AM (because I need sleep too)
8.) ABSOLUTELY NO SEXUAL ACTIVITY
9.) Don't expect us to be friends.
10.) Don't take any of my food in the fridge
