I was out with Tank getting groceries when a anti monster gang started a shootout over Tank being with me.

We ran for our lives dodging most bullets. One pierced my left side. Tank carried me, shielding me with his armor.

When we arrived back at the manor, he rushed me to the wall he barked at. By simply pushing in on it, he revealed a room protected by a seal.

Without hesitation, Tank rushed the both of us inside as the door closed behind.

I don't remember what happened next. I know it was cold and there was snow.

I was on patrol in the forest when I heard a canine yowl.

I pursued the sound and came across a trail of fresh blood.

Is it her? Has she been hurt?

I followed the trail all the way to a monster guard dog. He was cradling a feminine figure with long dark Brown hair. She's. Bleeding heavily from the left side.

The dog saw me approach and practically begged me to help his friend.

I agreed to help her. As I lifted her in my arms I got a better look at her.

I couldn't believe it. Morgahna finally came back like she said she would.

She needs help though. Bandaids don't fix bullet holes.

Using my magic, I teleported the twosome to my shared home.
