I hadn't known how long I slept but it was clearly longer than a couple hours, more like a couple days, the room had about 10 people including me left, many had died while I slept but the room seemed cleaner.

The echo returned "2 days left." Wait two days left I'd slept straight for 3 days! How had I not died!

A man dropped again "We've decided to give you all food so eat up," bread and water were pushed around the room to everyone, and others began to eat some did not, I didn't either.

For the few who did eat blood started pouring from there eyes, nose, mouth, and ears, they screamed for help and mercy but nothing they bled and bled until they bled to death and lay there on the floor, the food was poisonous, filled with cyanide and some other poisons, obviously, so now there was 5 left and me.
