Yes this hottie (that's what y'all call him anyway) finally has a suit design.

It's simple, but in my opinion it looks pretty badass. And it fits him quite well.

Meet Blackout.

His powers are simple, but deadly really. Steal others' life force, and powers (the powers only lasts for a while though). So he can basically stuck the life out of you just by touching you and concentrating. Thought he can also give up his life force.
