It's the year 2015  Ezra and his best friend was on the roads of Detroit. Ezra and Jack his best friend cop partners for 5 years now but still rookies youngsters cops of the force, they where with their boss their chief little does Ezra know something is going too happen.

Ezra's pov
I was in my police car as I was waiting for jack too come with our chief and the mayor of Detroit too come out. I then noticed some people were watching me in my car, I had to keep it cool knowing that if they see if I lose my cool they can take me off gourd, then I heard a knock on my window I looked too see it was jack, hey ezra you good man? Said jack, yeah I just have a bad feeling about...Ezra tried too say but a lady scared out saying SOMEONE HELP! Ezra and jack jumped out too see the mayor of the city and the police chief where taken hostage, the bad guys known as the death they call themselves they where dangerous very dangerous, Ezra turned on the car and turned on the police sirens on it too as Ezra followed the van too an old factory from the 80s.

Jack jumped out of the car as Ezra did too they pushed before any back up came too help them but they continued on too save the chief and mayor of the city. Ezra and jack had both of their weapons drown out pointing out every where they stip into. Ezra over here said jack as Ezra saw the death gang was waiting for both of them. I'm going to call for back up said ezra, no we don't have time for that Ezra said jack, don't even think about being a hero jack! It's dangerous! Said Ezra but Jack ran into the room only too see the police chief going to get shot at as Jack open fired at the gang member killing one of them. Jack ran too the police chief and helped him up but then a big man walked into the room with Ezra hostage. Ezra! Said jack, Jack pointed his hand gun too the gangster that had Ezra hostage, the gangster said I'll pull this tigger and kill your cop partner if you don't let the police chief go said the gangster. Okay just let my partner go then as Jack put his hand gun on the ground, good little cop but bad for you said the other gangster as he shot Jack into his chest but the armour couldn't protect jack, the bellite hit jack's heart and went right out of his back. JACK!!! Yelled out ezra as he hit the gangster on his foot and kicked him as Ezra shot the gangster in his head killing him. Ezra ran up too his best friend Jack, JACK DONT MOVE! Said Ezra, as Ezra put his hand on jack's chest that was bleeding badly. More police officers ran into the room as Ezra was trying the best to stop the bleeding. Ezra...it's okay man...said jack weakly, no it's not okay said ezra trying not to cry knowing his best friend is about to die in his arms. Tell my wife and son I love them...do that for me? Promise me...said jack. Okay I will said ezra but it was too late Jack died in Ezra's arms. NOOO!!!! Yelled out ezra crying hard hugging his best friend that just died on the line of duty...

Couple of months later after jacks death...

Ezra was now the new segment in command.

Sabine's pov
I was finally finished my training of the police academy. My parents and older brother where very proud of me but I had to tell them I'm moving too an old police station in Detroit not the safest of them all. I said my goodbyes and went too Detroit where I'll meet my very fast cop partner. I walked into the police department it's old as I said hey hi I'm a rookie for the department and I am looking for my partner? Said Sabine, what's the police officer name? Said the other officer, his name is sgt bridger? Said Sabine. Bridger? Ha! Said the cop, what's so funny? Said Sabine, Bridger hasn't had a cop partner for months after his last one died on the line of duty said wedge. Oh I see but please tell me where I can find him? Said Sabine. He's probably in his office said wedge, thanks said Sabine, she walked too find Ezra as she did to find him past out on his desk. With whiskey on his office desk, Sabine saw him sleeping hard as she looked around his office seeing pictures of him and his old cop partner jack. Sabine grabbed a picture of Jack and Ezra as she heard ezra say Put that down now! Said Ezra as he looked right at Sabine as they made eye contact, oh sorry sir i didn't mean too...said Sabine, who are you and why are you in my office? Said Ezra, I'm Sabine wren I'm your new police partner said Sabine. Hmm yeah right said ezra, I really am here's the proof that I am said Sabine as she gave Ezra the proof as he said okay and welcome too my office and yours too know too said ezra. Nice too meet you sir said Sabine, likewise said ezra.
