Captain Cold,Golden glider and Pied piper sit at a table. Pied piper looks at a piece of paper.

"I know it's been hard since Marden left us but we can get more Rogues" Golden glider said.

"Your right sis. Alright Piper who's up first?" Captain Cold asked.

"Heatwave" Pied piper said.

A man wearing a white fire proff suit walks in. He was carrying a flamethrower.

"So your Heatwave?" Captain Cold asked.

"Yeah and who are you ?" Heatwave grunts.

"The names Captain Cold" He replies.

"So what can you do ?" Pied piper asked.

"I set things on fire" Heatwave said.

"I like your style" Golden glider said.

"Okay your in" Captain Cold said.

"So what's your real name ?" Pied piper asked.

"Mick Rory" Heatwave said.

"Okay take a seat then Mick" Captain Cold said.

Heatwave takes a seat next to Captain Cold.

"Who's next?" Captain Cold asked.

The Trickster walks in with a grin.

"I'm here !" The Trickster announced.

"James buddy Your in the suit again" Pied piper said.

"I know. I'm now health to rejoin the Rogues" Trickster said.

"Are you taking your meds ?" Pied piper asked.

"Yes !" Trickster said.

"Well I don't see why James can't join the Rogues" Captain Cold said.

"So I'm in ?" Trickster asked.

"Yes your in" Captain Cold said.

"Hooray!" Trickster said with excitement.

"Come on buddy you can sit next to me" Pied piper said.

Trickster sits next to Pied piper.

"Alright next is Rainbow Raider" Pied piper said.

"Wait I thought he was in jail because of Rubet Throne" Golden glider said.

"He is" Pied piper said.

A girl with a rainbow jacket and black hair walks in.

"Your Rainbow Raider?" Pied piper asked.

"Well actually Rainbow Raider is my dad I'm Rainbow Raider 2.0. I thought I could take up his mantel while he's in jail" The girl known as the new Rainbow Raider explains.

"Do you have powers like your dad ?" Captain Cold asked.

"Well this jacket can make people happy while hypnotizing them" Rainbow Raider 2.0 said.

"I see that can come in handy while robbing banks" Captain Cold said.

"Dose that mean I'm in ?" Rainbow Raider 2.0 asked.

"Yeah your in" Captain Cold said.

Rainbow Raider 2.0 grins with excitement.

"Alright Rogues since some of you are new to the Rogues we go by a few rules: No killing Women and children, no drugs and we live the good life with riches if you accept theses rules you are now one of us" Captain Cold explains.

"You had me at riches" Heatwave said.

"I'm in !" Trickster said.

"Count me in" Rainbow Raider 2.0 said.
