Miyuka was asleep her arms wrapped securely around her sister as Kiyua wakes up and glances at her sister

" Sissy." She says and Miyuka wakes up

" Yes sweetie?" She asks and Kiyua starts coughing and Miyuka immediately grabs a trashcan and hands it to Kiyua as she throws up with Miyuka holding her hair back and putting it into a ponytail

" C-can we spend time together?" Kiyua asks and Miyuka nods

" Of course sweetie." She says and walks tk her room and texts kirishima

" Maybe you can follow her." Denki says and mina looks ar kirishima

" I hate to say this but I agree." She says and Kirishima nods and gets up Leaving ignoring aizawa and he runs to the park seeing Miyuka Eating ice cream with her sister

" Sissy am I gonna die?" Kiyua asks and Miyuka let's out a shaky breath

" I don't know sweetie." She says and the two get up and walk out of the park and Eijiro grabs Miyukas hand who grabs his hand and twists it making him fall to the ground

" Ow ow ow!" Eijiro yells as Kiyua holds her sisters other hand licking her ice cream

" I wanna talk." Eijiro says

" Come to my house." She says and picks up her sister walking home and she opens the door

" Sissy can you put on Moana?" Kiyua asks and Miyuka nods grabbing moana and walking into her sisters room and putting it on and Pressing play

" I'll be in the living room sweetie." She says kissing Kiyua head and walking into the living room a hand on her hip

" Why does your sister think she's gonna die?" Eijiro asks and Miyuka glares at him

" You followed me?" She asks and he nods

" I had no other choice now answer the question." He says and she sighs as tears start falling down her face

" Kiyua has cancer and the doctors don't think she's gonna be able to see her 11th birthday which is in 2 weeks." She says as Eijiro hugs her

" I'm sorry." He says as she cries into his chest

" Sissy!" Kiyua screams and Miyuka immediately runs into her sisters room sliding to the trashcan and handing it to her sister and picks her up running to the hospital kirishima following close behind

" Help!" Miyuka screams and nurses run to her gently taking Kiyua and Miyuka and Eijiro follow them tk a room

" We have to ask you to stay out here." The nurse says and Miyuka nods tears streaming down her face and she slides down the wall sobbing and Eijiro sits next to her

" She'll be ok." He says kissing her head as a nurse walks out

" She's alright but she has 5 days left to live." She says and Miyuka walks into the room And Frowns seeing her sister asleep on the hospital bed
