Author POV: It didn't take Alphys very long to get to the skelebros' to pick up Mettaton. Though, it did take a little while for Papyrus, Alphys, AND Sans to wake the robot up.when he did wake up, the now slightly bed headed robot seemed fairly refreshed, though it was probably because his battery was now at 50% instead of 10%, as he had been asleep for almost three hours. Papyrus and Mettaton said their goodbyes, and then Alphys and Mettaton went their way back to the ex Royal Scientist's lab. 

Mettaton POV: Mettaton couldn't help but have a little more pep in his step after FINALLY confessing to Papyrus that he had a crush on the adorably innocent skeleton, though the pep mostly came from knowing that said skeleton felt the same towards the glamorous robot star. It didn't take very long for Alphys to notice. "Ok, Mettaton, what has gotten into you?", Alphys said, extremely curious. "Oh, it's nothing, really.", said the robot in a dismissive manor. "Yes, it is! Why do you look so happy all of a sudden?", the lizard like monster said, slightly annoying. The only thing Mettaton said was, "Well, what do YOU think would make me this happy? Also keep in mind that I DID just come from a certain two skeleton brothers' house." Alphys thought for a moment when . . . it hit her! "You mean . . . you actually told him?!", Alphys practically yelled excitedly. "Yes, and it appears that he feels the same way towards me.", Mettaton said in a very calm manor. "That is sooo adorable!",  Alphys said every excitedly. "Also, you don't have to wait to let everyone know who I like anymore, now I really don't mind.", the robot said. "Actually, I'm gonna wait the entire amount of time so as to build up the anticipation.", Alphys replied. "Ok, you can tell them whenever you want. You are the one who posted it after all.", said a robot who hadn't a care in the world, at that moment, as to who knew who he had a crush on, as he had already told that monster earlier that day. "Oh, ok!", Alphys exclaimed, relieved.
