A/N: This chapter is based of a comic I saw a while back! I don't some of the dialogue in this chapter! Also since Alphys and Undyne started dating, Alphys only stutters when the situation is embarrassing for her or a friend or when she's really uncomfortable/nervous. And last thing, I have a head-cannon that Mettaton doesn't have actual ears, but something like sound sensors so he can hear stuff.

It had been about three weeks since Alphys and Undyne had started dating, and indeed they, and (when he has free time which is sometimes very frequent) Mettaton as he would wanted to make up to Alphys for practically abandoning her in the Underground and would rather not be swarmed by different types of fan girls (because of some yandere fans who scared him a lot), would spend time with the two skelebros. During their visits with Sans and Papyrus, Mettaton would often find his thoughts on the fall and loud skeleton and sometimes he'd stare at him for a few minutes before realizing what he was doing and look away before anyone could notice, which was quite easy as when the robot would stare at the skeleton he was more often than not talking so everyone would usually be listening to what he had to say. Mettaton didn't understand it though, so one day after the two skelebros and Undyne had left, Mettaton was still in the same spot as when he'd first sat down nearly an hour ago. "Uh, Mettaton? You've been sitting there for almost an hour. Is there something on your mind?",asked a very concerned Alphys. So, Mettaton explained what had happened since he had "properly" met Papyrus. After he was done explaining, Alphy's eyes looked very much like a chibi' eyes. "Aww, Mettaton...", she said, feeling happy for the confused robot. "What! What's with that look?", Mettaton said, blushing slightly and also mildly annoyed. When Alphys spoke she looked slightly uncomfortable. "W-well, Mettaton, i-it seems that y-you may h-have a c-crush on Papyrus..." Mettaton couldn't quite believe his nonexistent ears. "Well, that would explain why I've been thinking about Papyrus...", Mettaton thought to himself. "B-but what should I do? I've never had a crush on anyone before.", said an embarrassed Mettaton. "Um, maybe you should go home Mettaton, so you can calm down and think on what you should do?, said Alphys, trying to calm down the upset robot. "I guess you're right, well, see you tomorrow.", said Mettaton sighting at the first part of his sentence. "Ok, see you tomorrow.", said Alphys as the robot left.
